Let me preface this with I’ve never written a review before and I’m not a complainer but I had to express my feelings as no one here seems to care. I’m currently in this hotel and I’ve been here since 4 pm last night (Nov 2/2023 to Nov 3/2023). We were celebrating our Anniversary and everything was perfect until my boyfriend and I ordered room service from the Terrazzo Ristorante Bar & Grill downstairs in the hotel. We ate around 7 pm I believe and by 8pm, he was violently throwing up and had diarrhea, he was freezing but had a fever, muscle aches all over. When I called down to the front desk to ask for an extra blanket, I also wanted to let them know what was happening and I was dismissed, talked over and told a blanket was on the way. He continued his symptoms until 1 am then we both fell asleep. He then woke up around 630am and left for work and that’s when I started with the symptoms. Vomiting, Diarrhea, cold and body aches. I called down to the front desk and told them I got food poisoning from the food downstairs and I’m not able to make the 11 am check out. That I’m having every symptom my boyfriend had last night, I’m feeling horrible AND after a long night of helping my boyfriend with the same symptoms and all they could do is extend check out to 12:30pm after that they’d have to charge me. I tried to ask for the manager but I was ignored and dismissed AGAIN. I didn't have the strength or energy to argue with anyone as I’m still sick from the food poisoning. I’m honestly in physical pain and feel miserable. I want to sleep, not get in a car for 40 mins to go home. And I’m frustrated that this establishment is so unhelpful and uncaring. The worst thing is if I had more of a back bone I’d make a fight about this because I feel I deserve better. The worse service and treatment ever.

The hotel itself is a decent 3.5 star hotel. But the WiFi there is the worst of any hotel I've stayed at in the past 10 years. With download speeds usually around 0.50 MBps and upload speeds often 0.00 MBps as per SpeedTest, the Internet was completely unusable. I complained several times but nothing was done. If you don't need to work at this hotel, then it will be perfectly fine. But, if like me, you were all set to work there for a couple of days, you will be in trouble.

The room is clean and towels are fluffy white. We had a good night sleep. We had king room and bathroom is big and comfortable. We had a fridge with no icebox. The hotel reception hall has wood beams, wedding room is beautiful. We had Mississagua promotion of visa gift card and Square one gift card. It was fun going to the big beautiful mall.

GGuest UserOne of Hilton’s hidden gems: luxury is a sensation, we experience it in place as excellence, in this case of accommodations, the Meadowvale Hilton gifts an air of sophistication without haughtiness. Within this post-modern masterpiece (built in 1981), a gentle atmosphere balances its very castle-like quality - this is not only through a recent renovation, but also the level of confidence and qualified demeanor of the staff; this experience introduces a fresh look at what resort accommodations can be, in the best possible sense.
GGuest UserThe room, the washroom was surprisingly very clean which is very unlike other Airport hotels I have stayed at.
The sound proofing is very good you can not hear the noise from the airport at all.
Only down side is it is in Terminal 3 so if you are flying Air Canada you have to take the train to get to the Hotel, but it is maximum 7-8 minutes away which is nothing as compared to the other hotels nearby.
Worth every cent. Even the restaurant at the hotel has very good food.
GGuest UserDuring my stay in the Hilton Gardens hotel at Toronto airport mistakes were made. Let me start with my own. I didn't realize there are several Hilton hotels at the airport and took the shuttle to the wrong one. Let me tell you: Canada is not made for pedestrians and it was a cumbersome walk to the correct Hilton on foot. Also: because of the name Garden I expected a hotel surrounded by a lush garden. No such thing. It's on a bleak, grey, asphalt area with no garden or any features at all. Or do they consider the giant car parks to be ”gardens”? Another mistake by me: this being the first visit to Canada, perhaps I should be prepared better. However, the breakfast at Hilton Gardens is not suitable at all for vegans. Smoothies have cow milk in them and other options are just sweets disguised as actual food. As Canada is not designed for pedestrians, there's no supermarket anywhere and thus I went seriously hungry. Next it's the hotels turn. Hotel airports need good sound insulation to keep the airplane noise out. And indeed: not an airplane can be heard in the room. However, the air conditioning is the loudest I have ever encountered. Parking a car with a petrol engine in the room and running it would be more quiet! Luckily, the airco can be turned off. However, the frig cannot be turned off and it kept me awake basically all night. And the worst thing is: when I opened it in the morning hoping to find a mini bar, it turns out it's empty! Why waste so much electricity and noise to cool an empty space? How about just running it if in use to cool stuff? On top of the noise of the a frig a constant 24 hour droning mechanical noise could be heard in my room (#1516). It sounded like a factory or perhaps a huge aircon unit on top of the roof?
GGuest UserIts our first time here and i am impressed, very simple, not too crowded and elevator is fast, breakfast is amazing the cook and alex in tye breakfast area were amazing, inlive how alex consistently greets you with the warmest hello and Try ti engage in short talks and hi’s and hellos from every guest that comes in. For me thats just amazing, its not everytime you see someone who does it consistently. Im staying here for 3 days and two nights. And been observing coz i too worked 19 years in customer service and providing feedbacks and teview i take it seriously to support those whi work hard and to give constructive criticism to better their kraft and help clients make tge right choice to were they can soend their money. I also love the use of the marriott app so easy to ask for service request using the app although they are nit precise to give you the number of toiletries you ask ive asked 3 lotion coz theres 3 of us several times and i keep getting just one so i ended uo asking so many times. Their pool is smaller that it showed on the photo the hot tub looked dirty but they were cleaning it last night, the gym they have good equipment that the other hotels ive been to, the rooms are perfect exactly what i was looking for i booked a suite and also tye shuttle service is very convenient very close to the airport and they run every 30 mins. Its a decent hotel although a bit expensive that the others but you pay for what you get and its reasonable, laundry facility, everything you need and you dnt have to go far or lastly the water filter for drinking in the room sink was added bonus. Thanks guys and keep up the good work. Thank you for taking care of us. Im eating at the breakfast area while im doing the review kets see about check out later 😊
SScott LeonardThis hotel is a must-stay for me whenever I have a morning flight departing Terminal 3 at YYZ. The terminal is just a short walk across the street! No worries, if you are traveling from T1 or happen to have lots of heavy baggage there is a free shuttle service. The restaurant offers a great regular menu and an extra good breakfast if you include this in your booking.
GGuest UserWe stayed at the DoubleTree in September prior to flying to Greece and were really impressed! Everything was very clean and the decor was modern and updated. Robert, our server at the Taza Grill, was delightful to talk to, and the meal was excellent. Joseph and the front desk staff were very friendly and professional and the airport shuttle driver, Qurshi, had a wonderful sense of humour and helped to make our experience a really enjoyable one. We will definitely be back!
GGuest UserWe are staying now at Four points by Sheraton. We satisfied with our room. Its large and clean. In room you can found a coffee mashine, coffee, tea, sugar (any kind of), small refregiretor and microwave. In bathroom you can found a hair dryer, towels and bathroom staff. Also hotel provide a free parking. Inside a hotel a small shop with a souvenirs. Javid, who is working in shop very helpful and friendly guy. The hotel located out of city, but in walking distance (around 10 min) you can found a couple of restaurants. If you would like to visit a big shop such as Walmart, you can use bus number 38N (driving around 10-15 min).
GGuest UserI had a fantastic stay at this hotel! Its proximity to the airport made my travel seamless. The rooms were spotlessly clean, the convenience was unmatched, and the customer service was top-notch. I highly recommend it for a hassle-free and enjoyable experience.
PPeton ChanI have booked a room for 3 guest but there are two incidence charges (CAD20x2). According to my travel experience, there should be one charge per room.
Upon check out, there is no mention about the refund of incidence charge, UNTIL I raise this question.
I think better communication skill can avoid any unnecessary miss-understanding.
This could possibly be THE WORST hotel I have ever stayed in. For Gawd sakes people...upgrade! Were you trying to match the hotel with the neighborhood? Decor is late 70's Taj Mahal until you get to the room which is marvelously late 70's Ron Jeremy porn chic, complete with a TV that doesn't work and voila! No room service available. The ”dining room” and ”bar” which shall remain nameless because it is nameless, is a room with some chairs. No appeal, no nothing. And it seems to close at 8PM so no late night cocktail for you! What do you expect from a hotel in the middle of the city that fun forgot? Perfect for weary business travellers who are half blind from staring at computer screens, old folks too frightened to leave their rooms (it is Mississauga), and families with kids who go to bed at 8:30. Man oh man...what was I thinking. Shout out to the staff who are lovely but the next time I want to go back to the 70's I will pull out my Saturday Night Fever album and dance baby! Yeah!
