TTerriWGreat location near YYZ. Take the link train from T1 or T3 and get off at Viscount then hotel is right there next to the station. Easy check in with friendly staff. Restrauant on first floor was good and opened late for food. Comfortable bed and would stay again. Can take the luggage carts with you to your room, which is very convenient

GGuest UserWe decided to do a quick staycation with our 3 year old twins and this place was perfect! Big pool, spacious rooms with balconies and great Starbucks coffee served downstairs in the hotel store in the morning along with croissants, cinnamon buns, oatmeal, etc. All for extra cost but great to have that available!

JJemelWe were very disappointed with our recent stay from April 27ā28. Upon checkout on Monday morning, the receptionist, Arshiya, did not greet us or show any signs of friendliness. When I asked a few questions before leaving, her responses were curt and came across as rudeāshe didnāt smile or make any effort to be welcoming. Weāve stayed at many hotels across the U.S., and this was by far the coldest reception weāve experienced. We expected a higher standard of hospitality, especially in Canada, where friendliness is something the country is known for.
The room itself was okay, but there was a strange odor that made our stay less comfortable.
The wifi might seems have a problem too.
On a positive note, the food was excellentāfresh and well-preparedāand the person who greeted us during the meal was warm and welcoming. Their kindness really stood out and helped improve our experience.
I would recommend providing Arshiya with additional customer service training to ensure she can offer the level of hospitality that guests expect and that will enhance the overall quality of your business.

GGuest UserVery clean & nice hotel. The floor was super quiet and peaceful as well. The pool was great to enjoy during the summer heat. The stay were very friendly and super accommodating. Lots of restaurants and shops close by to grab all your essentials.

HHNQ20061129I chose this place because I had an early flight the next morning. The room wasn't huge but was decent, the bedding was comfortable, and there was a fridge but no microwave. The male Korean staff member at the front desk was incredibly rude. He had a cold expression the entire time, as if everyone owed him something, and was very unfriendly towards Chinese people. My daughter's flight was canceled, so I was at the front desk trying to communicate with him, asking him to write down the location for the pickup car. He was very reluctant and pulled out a long sheet of text for me to take a picture of and send to my daughter. I asked him to just write the location, and again, he was very unwilling, just scribbled on the paper. I used a translation app, and he said something about needing to speak English if I came to Canada, all with a straight face and a bad tone! It was infuriating. Later, my daughter found the manager, who reprimanded the Korean staff member. Both the manager and the female staff at the front desk were very warm and helpful, especially the manager, who enthusiastically helped me sort everything out and arranged the room, which allowed me to go to the airport with peace of mind. That male Korean front desk staff member is completely unfit for his position.

ė¼ė¼ė¼They offer a shuttle bus for pick-up and drop-off at the hotel, which is super convenient! It's about a 15-minute ride from the airport. Just a heads-up, the pick-up points for Terminals 1 and 3 are on the business card, so make sure to check that out. And you absolutely *have* to call the number to arrange the pick-up! This hotel offers great value for money, and the staff are really friendly, though it does have a bit of an older feel to it.

GGuest UserI stayed for three days with my daughter for a mom and daughter trip. Appearance is beautiful and desk staff was nice and helpful but I donāt think the room we stayed is appropriate for guests who pay for it. I chose this place for a free parking and close to YYZ.
The room was incredibly small and structurally wrong for people to move inside the room. The washroom door fully didnāt open and the ceiling was very low so I had to be very careful not to bump my head to the ceiling. The room picture they posted on the website looked great and cozy but that isnāt important anymore if we canāt move around. One more, they had a wedding party on the second day and very loud music was on by 1 am and next day there was another party but it wasnāt that loud. You have to check if they have party guests during your staying before you book.

The hotel offers essential amenities like heating, air conditioning, WiFi, TV, toiletries, a microwave, fridge, and a coffee maker. The spacious double bed and clean room provided a comfortable environment. The quiet atmosphere added to the overall comfort. It would be nice if the hotel provided complimentary water bottles.
A free airport shuttle service is a great perk. Call the hotel upon arrival for pickup and speak to the staff for drop-off for your next flight. You can also conveniently order food through DoorDash or Uber Eats and have it left outside your door.
The reception staff, Taran, was kind enough to allow a slightly late checkout, which was a blessing given our exhaustion. The only downside was the hotel taking a record of my credit card, which they claimed was for their file.
I highly recommend NU Airport Toronto Hotel for travellers seeking a break, rest, and rejuvenation before continuing their journey.
