Great location, right across from Terminal 3. The rooms are spacious, making it an excellent choice for early morning or late-night flights. The service is quick, professional, and efficient. Breakfast isn't a buffet, so you might consider booking without it.

It is a beautiful hotel. Probably the best hotel in mississauga. There are two restaurants on site. The one in the hotel is overpriced, however there is a chop steakhouse in the parking lot. The rooms are huge with balconies and comfortable beds and pillows. The pool is amazing with a water slide and hot tub. The gym is amazing. The only downside is paid parking.

This location provided an airport shuttle service from 6am-10am and 4pm-8pm. It worked out for my flight schedule to get me to and from the hotel when I needed to. I called this Hilton Garden Inn location's phone number and requested that the shuttle to come pick me up from the airport. There was a little confusion as there are multiple Hilton Garden Inns and I took the wrong shuttle, but it was sorted out in the end. The front desk workers also texted me to make sure I was happy with my room/stay. This hotel had a pool and a gym. I checked out the gym which was pretty nice and clean and had a decent amount of equipment. It was a small gym, but sufficient. The room was clean and spacious and I enjoyed my stay. I also liked that there were a few food places within walking distance, so I ordered food and brought it back to the room to eat. Very cozy!

I really enjoyed my stay here so extended it for another day. This hotel has great front desk staff that answer all questions and put me at ease. It has the perfect location for a quick exit, being beside the airport. The restaurant food is delicious. The room I stayed in was clean with airport views. It was quiet and extremely effective at keeping the light out for a great sleep.

We were very disappointed with our recent stay from April 27–28. Upon checkout on Monday morning, the receptionist, Arshiya, did not greet us or show any signs of friendliness. When I asked a few questions before leaving, her responses were curt and came across as rude—she didn’t smile or make any effort to be welcoming. We’ve stayed at many hotels across the U.S., and this was by far the coldest reception we’ve experienced. We expected a higher standard of hospitality, especially in Canada, where friendliness is something the country is known for. The room itself was okay, but there was a strange odor that made our stay less comfortable. The wifi might seems have a problem too. On a positive note, the food was excellent—fresh and well-prepared—and the person who greeted us during the meal was warm and welcoming. Their kindness really stood out and helped improve our experience. I would recommend providing Arshiya with additional customer service training to ensure she can offer the level of hospitality that guests expect and that will enhance the overall quality of your business.

Location was clean but dated. Room was damp as A/C was not turned on high enough. Brought this to the attention of the front desk staff when checking out. Shuttle to airport was quick but bumpy. The shuttle bus is old with not a lot of suspension.

Fantastic staff and very close to the airport with. Free shuttle to and from. Such a breeze to chekc in after a delayed flight fast queue and upgraded room for free. Breakfast was 6am to 9:30 or 10am on weekends and was fantastic good variety and very good staff especially Sylvia - thank you for a wonderful dining experience. Rooms are huge all with AC and fans if needed and very well stocked and clean no issues and rebooked to stay again at the end of my trip and wood definitely recommend.

We stayed there for many days and had a relatively rich breakfast. The strong wind even blew away the filter, but luckily we changed rooms.

It wasn't a mind-blowing breakfast, but having it included was definitely a plus. Making my own waffles was a fun touch. I had an early flight at 5 AM for my next leg of the trip and was planning to take an Uber. However, the front desk staff, during check-in, proactively asked when I'd need the shuttle bus and arranged it for me (free of charge, of course). This made my trip so much more stress-free. Both the front desk staff and the shuttle driver were very friendly and kind.

The kitchen suites are absolutely gorgeous and have all you need to cook ! It felt just like home instead of a hotel. The rooms are big with comfortable beds and pillows. Elevators can get busy during peak hours. Friendly staff and fast check-in process. Lots of parking.
