"One of my favourite stays in 6 months across China Communication before arrival was smooth via WeChat, and the staff proactively helped me plan a full itinerary for the region, all in English, which as a foreign solo traveller in China I truly appreciated. The hotel arranged a driver who picked me up directly at the train station gate and took me wherever I needed to go. I could adjust my plans at any time, and he was always there waiting or arrived right on schedule. The whole organzation was genuinely flexible and reliable. The location of the hotel is perfect, like less than 10 minutes walking from Danxia Park West Gate, so you can catch the 5:30 AM opening for sunrise at Platform 1 and go for sunset at Platform 3. The staff helped me to go to Binguo, Kangle Grassland, Alien Scenic Park, Pingshan Grand Canyon and Mati Temple. Over 5 days, I saw far more than I ever could have managed on my own, especially as this area is really remote and no didi is available. It is one of my favourite trips and stays from six months in China and I’ve seen quite a bit. Would come back without hesitation."

"The hotel is located in Danxia Town, with Danxia Night Market right outside the door. There are also several restaurants with high review scores around it. There is also a supermarket a few steps away. The location is very convenient. The room is very comfortable and clean. The hotel owner, Ms. Zhang, is warm and friendly. I will stay here again if I have the chance. I took a few photos of the night market and scenery in front of the hotel."

"the owner was so friendly and helpful. they brought us to the entrqnce personally. i only found out that there were two main entrances when i arrived. The North and West entrance. I ended up staying at the West entrance. Not much activities at night. The North was a lot more shops and restaurants around the area. One thing I like was the quietness and the hospitality shown by the owner. They provide a lot of water and a fruit platter too. We walked to the entrance the next morning. Only took about 15 min. Problem is the shuttle busses were not so frequent in the morning session from the West gate. One point to consider. Other than that, this place is superb for less noise. Thank you."

"Located right on a main road, less than a kilometer from the west gate of Zhangye Qicai Danxia, ​​it's very convenient. The hostess's service was exceptionally good. We were greeted with sweet apricots upon entering, and the room was clean and tidy, odorless. In the evening, she recommended nearby specialty restaurants and a local specialty restaurant. We ordered a bit too much due to the generous portions of Northwestern cuisine. After a phone call, the hostess even offered to put our food in the refrigerator for free the next night, reheat it for free, and even gave us a few steamed buns. Such personal touches are rare. Therefore, a five-star rating. Highly recommend this place."

"The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was super convenient. It was a quick walk straight out the door to the Colorful Danxia景区, and there were plenty of restaurants nearby. The owner was really welcoming too. We arrived at the hotel after 5 PM, and to help us save time, the owner even drove us directly to the scenic area entrance."

"I was pleasantly surprised by the accommodation experience. I booked a parent-child room. The room is very clean and the surrounding is very quiet. It is only one or two kilometers away from the scenic spot. The boss is very enthusiastic and sincere. He introduced the surrounding restaurants to us, and even picked cucumbers grown by himself. I hope the boss's business will get better and better! I will recommend it to friends who come later to choose accommodation! Really good! ! His hospitality didn’t stop there—he kindly assisted us in booking tickets for a local show and even drove us there himself, which made our trip so much more convenient and enjoyable. The room was spotless, one of the cleanest we’ve stayed in, and it was clear that great care is taken to maintain high standards. We also really appreciated the free laundry service, which was incredibly helpful during our travels. The location is perfect—just a short walking distance to the west entrance of the Danxia park, making it easy to explore. Right across the hotel is a fantastic restaurant, so finding great food was effortless. To top it all off, the owner even prepared thoughtful departing gifts for us, which was such a warm and memorable touch. His kindness and attentiveness truly set this place apart. If you’re visiting the area, this hotel is an outstanding choice."

"I won't repeat the positive points mentioned by other guests, but I'll add one point: I didn't get a good night's sleep the first night because the pillows were too high. I reported it to the owner that morning, and it was immediately fixed the next day. I slept very comfortably the second night. You won't regret choosing this place when visiting Qicai Danxia! It's also very close to scenic spots like Alien Valley and Kangle Grassland!"

The location was very convenient, just a five or six minute walk from the scenic area. The front desk was extremely friendly and even offered us helpful suggestions for nearby restaurants, which was very thoughtful. The room was even cleaner than the pictures showed, the bathroom was neatly maintained, and the water temperature was stable. The breakfast was homely and delicious.
