"The location is fantastic, right next to the pier, making it super convenient for island hopping. The rooms are clean and tidy, and all the staff are young, friendly, and very attentive. I highly recommend the sea view rooms – the large balcony offers breathtaking ocean sunsets. The rooftop restaurant serves delicious food with stunning panoramic views of the pier and surrounding mountains. Dining there at sunset creates an amazing atmosphere! I accidentally left cash behind when checking out, and the hotel proactively helped me wire it back. Their integrity and service are both top-notch. This is my top choice for a trip to Komodo!"

"The double room and its en-suite bathroom at this hotel are quite spacious, offering a comfortable environment. However, there was an issue with insufficient hot water supply at night, which could affect the showering experience.
The air conditioning's cooling performance was poor, and it produced a lot of noise when running, somewhat impacting the room's peacefulness. On the positive side, the in-room facilities are well-appointed, and the hotel's service is very attentive, promptly meeting guests' needs.
Additionally, the hotel does not have an elevator, so guests with heavy luggage will need staff assistance for carrying it, which is a slight inconvenience for travel convenience."
