"Without doubt this was the best place we've stayed in during our six visits to Thailand. The location was stunning. The level of service and unfailingly courteous and friendly attitude from every single member of staff was something to behold. And you could tell that this attitude stemmed from the owners themselves, who were so warm but professional in all their dealings with everyone. This attitude was infectious, and we found that all the guests were relaxed, and perhaps engaged more with people who they'd not normally mix with. A truly magnificent facility, which perfectly matched its jaw dropplinly stunning location."

"This hotel is convenient for a layover. It's next to the Central shopping center, about a 7-minute taxi ride away. We booked a room with a pool view but ended up with a view of the parking lot, and in the morning, it turned out to be a construction site, which was a shame since we wanted to sleep in. The pool is clean and open late. I wish they provided disposable toothbrushes."

"Great resort. I really liked the location, just outside of Ao Nang, surrounded by quiet nature. It genuinely feels like a little oasis away from everything. The pool was a big highlight for me. No loud music, no alcohol, just a calm and relaxed atmosphere without drunk or noisy crowds. It made it easy to actually enjoy the surroundings. The property itself is beautiful, with a pond in the middle and lots of greenery and flowers everywhere. Everything feels well maintained and peaceful. It’s also very convenient, about a 5 minute ride or a 30 minute walk to the main pier. The free shuttle is super handy, and Grab or Bolt work fine too. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a quiet and scenic place to stay near Ao Nang."

"I recently had the pleasure of staying at this resort, and I can confidently say it is the best place to stay in Krabi. Everything about the experience was absolutely outstanding. The Service The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the service. If I could rate it 100/100%, I would! The staff went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of my visit was perfect. They are attentive, professional, and genuinely warm, making me feel welcomed and well-cared for from the moment I arrived until the moment I checked out. The Experience The resort itself is beautiful and perfectly situated. Whether you are looking for relaxation or a base to explore Krabi, this property provides the perfect atmosphere. The facilities were clean, well-maintained, and exceeded all my expectations."

"We had a very disappointing and disturbing experience during our stay at this hotel. Unfortunately, money was stolen from our room. What makes the situation even more concerning is that not all of the cash was taken — exactly half of it was missing. This made it less immediately noticeable, but it was very clear to us that the amount had been deliberately reduced. We always keep track of our belongings, and there is no doubt that the money was taken while we were out. This raises serious concerns about security and trust, especially in a place where guests expect their personal items to be safe. We only discovered the issue later the same day, after we had already checked out of the hotel, which made the situation even more upsetting. Because of this experience, we cannot recommend this hotel and strongly advise future guests to be extremely cautious with their valuables."

"Facilities: You can borrow a hairdryer from the front desk, but there's no kettle. Everything else is available. Ambiance: Absolutely fantastic! Super natural and refreshing. Service: Surprisingly good! The welcome ”fruit juice” upon check-in was delicious. We visited during Chinese New Year, and everyone was dressed in festive red and had their hair in cute top buns – everyone was so friendly. Cleanliness: Very clean, and the staff meticulously cleaned our room every day. You can book cars, boats, and rent motorbikes directly at the hotel. Overall, I really loved it! The rock climbing next door is also highly recommended; too bad we ran out of time. I'll definitely come back next time!"

"Travelled in a family of 4 including two toddlers during early June. Unfortunately our room was very wet, and no it is not because of the rainy season. Went to check out the rooms of my cousins, they are dry and fine. To describe the wetness. Couch, bedsheet, pillow, every fabric you can touch is damp. The floor is constantly having a layer of water as if you wiped it with a very wet mop. Run a tissue across tabletop, it gets soaking wet in a few seconds. Called the front desk but there’s nothing they can do and they did not allow to change a room. Other than that everything else is great. The last bit- we wanted to celebrate my daughter’s birthday there but they offered a free cake only minutes before we check out."

"This hotel in Krabi was excellent, upgrade at check inn Room was clean and inviting.View from balcony was straight over ocean to amazing rock outcrops Short walk to shops and restaurants. A little way to the night markets but a pleasant walk. As far as I'm concerned this was an amazing value for money compared to a lot of places I have been to Only down side is I was here during the wet season so rained a lot,was unable to enjoy the boat trips to islands but definitely coming back"

"The Railay Princess Resort & Spa was very very good. First time we’ve stayed there and we were very happy with the resort, facilities and location … great location! The restaurant offers very good meals and in particular breakfast was terrific! It’s true there’s quite a few monkeys hanging around but leave them alone and they’ll leave you alone. Overall a lovely resort and will be our “go to” accommodation when we’re back in Railay Bay. Highly recommend!!"

"Stay on 8/5/2026 The location was great, very close to the beach. The room itself was okay and comfortable enough for our stay even it old concept. However, we requested a queen bed but were given two single beds instead, which was quite disappointing. We were also placed in the room at the very end, and the view outside the room was not pleasant at all. There were piles of thing with unfinished construction materials, and rubber pipes scattered around, making the area look messy and poorly maintained. Even though we only stayed for one night and not even a full 24 hours, but we paid because we simply wanted the experience of staying near the beach. Guests should still be treated properly regardless of how long they stay. I also don’t understand why guests would be placed in a room facing an unfinished work area with construction materials right outside the stairs. I understand the hotel may have been fully booked and changing rooms might not have been possible, but at least maintain the area better before assigning guests to that room. The staff service was also disappointing. One of the female staff members seemed unfriendly and gave us the feeling that she judged us based on our appearance because we had just come back from the beach and went straight to check-in after checking out from our previous hotel. The way she treated us felt unwelcoming bcs she pass us to another staff & she happily treat next guest bcs they are same nationalities. Unfair Overall, the location is a plus, but the service and room experience could definitely be improved. I dont have much photo but i have many video from my camera your hotel's room bcs we not satisfied"
