"Rai Leh Beach Hotel Family Trip Experience This hotel is right on Rai Leh Beach. After disembarking at the pier, it's about 60 meters to the left of the wooden boardwalk to reach the lobby, where check-in was very efficient. The hotel policy states check-in is after 2 PM, but if the room isn't ready, you can store your luggage in the lobby, allowing both adults and children to head to the pool or beach. We arrived around noon, and the waves were quite big at the time. There's a changing room next to the restroom, so after changing into our swimsuits, the kids played in the pool. Our room was ready shortly after, and we checked in smoothly. We were traveling as a family, and the hotel arranged two adjacent 'Sunrise' rooms for us. The connecting door in the middle could be opened, which was incredibly convenient, allowing the kids to move freely between the two rooms. Our rooms were on the first floor, with the balcony directly facing the pool. The hotel has three pools in total: the one next to the lobby has fewer people; the pool near Rai Leh Beach is right by the sand, next to the restaurant, making it very accessible; and another one is in the central part of the hotel, which our room was right next to. We could step straight out onto the pool area from our balcony. The ecological environment here is fantastic. From the balcony, we often saw monkeys rummaging through trash cans for food. We always observed them from a distance, careful not to get too close to avoid them snatching food. Occasionally, lizards would crawl out of the bushes, which we could also observe from afar. We even saw small squirrels, making the natural ambiance truly immersive. It's about a ten-minute walk from the hotel to Phra Nang Beach, one of Rai Leh's most beautiful beaches. Visiting in the afternoon was particularly pleasant. The sand on the beach is fine and gentle, and there aren't many tourists, so children can play in the sand safely. You can even catch small crabs in the seawater. We saw a father and son from China catching quite a few crabs there at the time. We spent a delightful time playing in the water and digging in the sand with our child. The hotel's breakfast offers a rich variety, and dinner can be enjoyed right by the sea, dining with the sea breeze – an excellent experience."

"It was our first visit to Krabi and we wanted an open space type of accommodation. ANAWA fits the concept perfectly. Great space if you want somewhere off the beaten track with no disturbance from the typical hustle bustle of the city. Pros 1. Suitable for honeymooners, peace and quiet space to unwind 2. Staff hospitality is prompt. They use WhatsApp to communicate anything and everything needed. 3. Atmosphere is serene and quiet 4. They provide wellness activities like Yoga, YogaPilates, Jungle Trail walk, Pickle Ball, Archery. Certain activities comes with a nominal fee Areas to Improve 1. Doesn’t have sound proof and you could hear the noise from your neighbours hence it’s important to know who will reside next to you :) 2. Food - while they look pretty in pictures, taste and quality can be improved. We opted breakfast. It’s Ala-carte on demand but their American / Continental breakfast was not up to standard. They do better with local food order 3. While you can order for Grab delivery but it’s one of our biggest challenge due to super limited options due to the location which brings me to my last and perhaps the most struggle we had 4. Location. It was remotely located, a ride to town was easy but anything after 6pm, Grab drivers will decline driving you over because they have to ride back empty. They will haggle with you and face multiple cancellations. Pro-tip! Get to town and get some basic food so you could cook them in the kitchen or prepare your own light snack when you’re hungry :) Of course renting your own vehicle will save the expenses on Grab back & forth. Big shout out to the team for preparing that lovely jelly cake. It was superb and tasty - much to our surprise."

"The environment is good, and the location is excellent, right by the beach. If you turn right and walk about 100 meters, there's a small massage shop called OSCAR that's super good, cheap, and comfortable. It's also very close to the night market. The service was just okay, probably due to the slow-paced nature of the Thais. It took forever to check in, even though there weren't many people. The hotel only provides two bottles of water in the room, and you have to pay for more. Breakfast is mediocre and the same every day; there's absolutely no variety. I stayed for three days and ate the exact same thing for all three. The pool is decent. Special note: There are three Holiday hotels nearby. This one is called ”Holiday” without ”Inn” at the end, otherwise the driver might get confused."

"The hotel location is absolutely amazing, Breathtaking views, quiet, relaxing, Natural, access to snorkelling. The food they had in the hotel: some of it was really really good, and some of it was not so good. The only weakness is the fact that the logistics to get there by boat are quite complicated ~ I found a single fast boat provider which can directly access the resort but they only have one boat a day all the rest require you to stop and switch companies in the middle. Once i found out which food in the resort was better i ordered that more frequently. If you wait for low tide you can walk along the beach to get to the village and avoid the other resort but during high tide that's impossible. A staff were very good and provided access to snorkeling equipment were happy to help you drive up the steep mountain and even helped with luggage whenever needed (We always walked down, but the walk back up was hard, and were happy for their service). 酒店地理位置绝对令人惊叹，景色令人叹为观止，安静、放松、自然，可以浮潜。他们在酒店吃的食物：有些真的很好，有些不太好。唯一的弱点是，乘船到达那里的物流非常复杂~我找到了一家快速船供应商，可以直接进入度假村，但他们每天只有一艘船，其余的都需要你在在中间停下来换公司。一旦我发现度假胜地的哪些食物更好，我就更频繁地点。如果你等待退潮，你可以沿着海滩走到村庄，避开其他度假胜地，但在涨潮时这是不可能的。工作人员非常好，提供浮潜设备。他们很乐意帮助你开车上山，甚至在需要的时候帮忙拿行李（我们总是走下去，但走回去很难，我们很高兴他们的服务）。"

"OUTRIGGER Phi Phi Island Resort left me with the exact emotions that make me want to return to Thailand again and again. From the very first moments, you feel the high level of service and an incredibly warm atmosphere. The staff here truly goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is comfortable and carefree. I particularly remember a dessert the chef prepared right in front of me. It was tiramisu – incredibly delicate, perfectly balanced, and, without exaggeration, one of the best I've ever tasted. It was clear how much attention and love they put into even these small details. It's the people who make this place special. The entire staff creates an atmosphere of calm, comfort, and genuine care, making the vacation feel truly exceptional. "The breakfast was amazing. The grounds are beautiful with pretty flowers and lots of cute cats, however, finding our room was tough. And the internet didn’t work. As well, the bathroom was not the cleanest. I had to walk to the front counter in a towel and pass a drunk guy who literally wanted to jump my bones, because in order to reach the front you must scan the QR code which is not possible without the internet access. Anyway, the front desk staff were great in going above and beyond to replace the kettle which didn’t work initially. They also hooked us up to the alternate internet that always works on the ground and that I believe the staff use. And the front desk person also got us the dental kit as this doesn’t automatically come with the room or at all. The agent secured us the dental kit that I assumed comes with a 200 + a night room because I asked and to compensate for all the things that were not up to par with the room. The sheets had some rips or rouging from wear and tear I noticed when I got under the covers. Overall, the breakfast the next morning made it all worth it. And yes it is really that good. You get the best Thai dishes, western dishes and more for breakfast unlimited and the chef is top tier. Do what you will with this information. And there were NO roaches or lizards, only a few ants near the kettle that didn’t work lol."

"Great place. We loved everything. The bungalow is on the shore of a small lake with fish. It's a quiet place. There's a restaurant and breakfasts. The staff is wonderful 💟. They can recommend places to go, help with bike rentals, taxi bookings, and massages. There's a free tuk-tuk transfer to Ao Nang. The room was cleaned every day and complimentary water was left in the room. Thank you so much. We had a great time. There's also a pool. The room had a balcony. Simply gorgeous!!!!"

"We chose to stay at this resort for one night during our short visit to Krabi. Aonang is quite an active area, but once we entered the resort, it immediately gave us a real sense of serenity. The resort’s design is smart, with different levels that make the experience more interesting as you move around. The parking area is also quite extensive for a resort of this kind, which was a nice surprise. Our check-in was quick and efficient, saving us a lot of time. The bellman escorted us to our room, and the staff were kind enough to upgrade us to a sea-view room when availability allowed. We had read some reviews complaining about being given the last room, but for us, it turned out to be a great option. Our room was quiet and private, which we really appreciated. The room itself was spacious, with a good-sized balcony and bathroom. It smelled pleasant, the AC kept the temperature just right, and the water pressure was good. These may sound like small things, but personally, they are some of the main points I look at when judging the overall room experience. But the big wow for us was definitely the pool. We loved both the design and how functional it was. The kids’ pool, complete with a slide, along with the shade from the trees, was really well thought out. The pool was clean and peaceful, and it was probably our favorite part of the resort. Overall, we really enjoyed our one-night stay. It gave us a nice escape from the busy atmosphere of Aonang without being far from everything."

"This resort is really good. Bring my mom and niece for birthday trip, they did a decoration for us and give us a complimentary cake. They're so happy. We can just call to reception counter to request refill water or one more blanket. The breakfast buffet was nice too, there's a lot of local and international food that can suitable to all guest. Recommended!"
