The room facilities are complete and well-maintained, with oxygen and underfloor heating both working effectively. What truly stood out was the centralized humidifier, the only one we encountered during our entire trip in Tibet, which made sleeping incredibly comfortable. The restaurant environment was also very clean. Before our arrival, they proactively contacted us with information about the hotel's location and check-in details, and even provided reminders about high-altitude precautions, showing great warmth and professionalism. Upon check-out, they thoughtfully provided glucose drinks, demonstrating truly comprehensive and personalized service. Honestly, I never expected such a comfortable hotel near Everest Base Camp. Highly recommended!"
