The dumpling restaurant we ate at was owned by a Northeastern man who made the dumplings with his own bread and the braised carp very authentically. [Everest Route] Brother Dorji, the hotel owner, answered all questions about the Everest route. After understanding our itinerary, he also put forward his own suggestions, including but not limited to departure time, ticket status, driving route (Tashi Zongxiang) When you arrive at Gangga Town, you should not turn back) etc. [Others] After giving advice, Brother Duoji also took the initiative to leave his contact information so that we could contact him anytime if we had any questions on the way.
