"Let's talk about the accommodation first. Although there wasn't a private bathroom, I still found it quite comfortable. Figure 1 shows a rough overview of the camp. Our tent had six double beds, Figure 2 showed the communal dining table inside the tent, and Figure 3 showed the room (which only had a bed and two nightstands). The tent had a sink with a water heater next to it (Figure 6), as well as a basin and disposable basin cover (Figure 5), making washing quite convenient. The bathroom was portable and a little further from our tent, about a minute's walk. We couldn't find a shower, but at 5,000 meters above sea level, it's best not to shower. 😅
As for the value for money, we checked in around 3:00 PM and left at 12:00 the next day. We didn't have to worry about the bus's arrival time back in town. If the weather was good, we could easily watch the sunrise and sunset from Mount Everest. We didn't have to pay for two bus rides, which was equivalent to saving one. Minus the room rate, I think it was a good value."

GGuest UserFirst of all, the hotel's front desk staff were incredibly helpful. When our car had a flat tire, they changed it for us, getting themselves all dirty in the process. Then, they were the ones who cooked our food, and it was absolutely delicious, with flavors perfect for northern tastes. They even carried our luggage for us, saying, ”Our job is to provide excellent service to our guests!” Having such responsible employees is a blessing for any business owner!

**Cleanliness:** The place was impeccably clean.

**Service:** Absolutely exceptional! The owner was incredibly kind, going above and beyond by offering complimentary water and drinks. He even shared a fantastic secret spot for photographing the Milky Way.

最讓我滿意的就是服務特別到位，從辦理入住到日常需求響應，工作人員都特別熱情耐心，有任何疑問都能第一時間幫忙解決，讓在高海拔地區的旅途多了份安心。
酒店的位置也特別方便，離班車點非常近，對於體力還在適應的人來説太友好了，節省了不少精力。老闆還可以約車到酒店，
另外必須誇誇酒店的供氧設施，24小時彌散供氧讓整個房間都保持着舒適的氧氣濃度，完全沒有擔心高反的困擾。同時配備的製氧機器也很好用，操作簡單，有需要時隨時能補充氧氣，睡眠質量和白天的精神狀態都特別好。
無論是服務、位置還是硬件設施，這家酒店都做到了滿分，下次來珠峯還會選擇這裏！

It is no exaggeration to say that this is the most stable and comfortable night I slept in after entering Tibet. The whole stay experience was impeccable. I really want to recommend it to every friend who enters Tibet!
Service: The hotel's service is particularly intimate and warm. When I first checked in, I took the initiative to give glucose water for free. The meticulous and thoughtful move instantly made people feel particularly warm. Whether it is reception or room service, any needs can be responded quickly. Check-in and check-out procedures are efficient and convenient. There is no cumbersome process at all, which makes people feel comfortable during a tired journey.
Hygiene: It is impeccable, the interior of the room is clean and spotless, the bedding is clean and skin-friendly, there is no stain and odor, the corners of the bathroom and the tabletop floor are cleaned very carefully, and there is no sanitary corner. The overall public sanitation of the hotel is also very good. The corridors and halls are spacious and bright, clean and refreshing. The overall environment is quiet and elegant, making people live in peace of mind.
Facilities and equipment: The hotel facilities are well-equipped and well maintained, the bedding is moderately soft and hard, it is particularly comfortable to lie on, and the room has excellent sound insulation, which can make people quickly enter deep sleep. This hotel is newly opened, clean and comfortable. The configuration is also very complete. In addition to the regular configuration, there are pipelines for maintenance in the room, as well as disposable oxygen pipes, which are supplied throughout the day, so you don’t worry about high reactions.
The staff was warm and thoughtful, treated people kindly, and gave my son small snacks.
The hotel's shower is relatively advanced, the shower comes with a variety of water stalls, the bath is soft and comfortable, and the experience is excellent.
The hotel breakfast room is relatively large and there are many dishes. I went to eat more than eight o'clock. There are many meals. There are several disinfection cabinets in the restaurant, which are clean and hygienic.
When I went to the car to get things at 6 o'clock, there were other people waiting for the first bus to go to Everest Base Camp. The hotel provided them with free road meals. This is really good and considerate.
I finished my meal almost 9 o'clock, asked how the weather at the front desk was, the front desk said that the weather was good and I could see Everest. I asked the front desk to make an appointment for the scenic pick-up and drop-off car. Go up at 10 o'clock, take a photo and punch in, and return to the hotel at 12 o'clock. More smooth. I was prepared to go to base camp, unlike others who went up Everest and were blocked by clouds.
The hotel's breakfast room is open to the outside world at noon and afternoon. The boss Shandong people, the Shandong dishes, delicious, large in quantity, affordable, in the Tibetan scenic spot with very high prices, more than 20 per capita eat very well.
