It's one of the best hotels in St. Moritz. The room is big enough for 2 people. The best thing about the hotel is the shower. It's automatic with multiple shower head systems. Breakfast is also not bad. But can have more choices. The view is supervise from the room.

The hotel is clean and neat. Staff was very friendly. The hotel entrance is located on the upper slope. Don’t walk on the wrong side. Location near city area. Bus stop is just 5min walk from the hotel.

The lake view from my room was fantastic. But the service experience in the breakfast is bad. We were singled out and asked/ordered “not to take anything away, ok!” I don’t know why she said that, may be we were eating too much as per her standard.

The service was excellent. I accidentally left my passport on the bed in my room this time, and the hotel staff were very friendly and helped me mail it to the hotels for my next two trips, so I didn't have to worry about anything. Their response was also very prompt and quick. The hotel was near the lake during mealtimes, and the weather was so good that it was perfect for taking photos. I would definitely stay there for two nights next time.

I stayed here to catch the Glacier Express from St. Moritz to Zermatt. It was a bit of a climb from the station, but it was close enough.

The service attitude of the restaurant is very good, the facilities are average, and the location is not very convenient - it costs about 20 Swiss francs to take a taxi from the train station to the hotel.

August/1 Arrived at St. Moritz Station. It was drizzling. I didn't take any photos. It rained again the next morning. I hurried to catch the 9:42 Glacier Scenic Train. The hotel was decent.
