"It was just me and my son. I was surprised that the room was huge, and our window was facing SM AURA. And on the 21st floor, the view was fantastic. It had a water heater, microwave, complimentary coffee, refrigerator, safe box, large bathroom, closet...I was so happy when I opened it."

"The room facilities were quite old, and the bathroom, in particular, looked very cheap. The bathroom exhaust fan wasn't working, and there was a sewer smell coming from the drain. The sound insulation of the room windows was terrible; I barely got any sleep for three nights because it was so noisy, even at 2 or 3 in the morning the noise didn't lessen. The room cleaning was strangely half-done; I left in the morning and came back to find the bathroom cleaned but the bed untouched, exactly as I had left it, which was confusing. Overall, the stay was not good. I'm very familiar with BGC in Manila, and I didn't expect the room this time to be so disappointing. I hope it was just a 'bug' I happened to encounter at the hotel. It really wasn't worth the price."

"Overall, we had a pleasant stay at the F1 Hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming, greeting us with smiles and offering help whenever needed. The hotel arranged transportation for us several times, which made getting around very easy. The room was comfortable, though it lacked consistent hot water and felt somewhat dated. Breakfast was enjoyable, with plenty of options to choose from."

The front desk staff were not particularly welcoming, which affected the overall experience since they are often the first impression of the hotel. I hope the management can provide additional customer service training to improve guest interactions. Interestingly, the housekeeping staff were much more hospitable and friendly than the front desk team and the staff in the breakfast area. The buffet breakfast was acceptable, but it lacked variety and had no real ”wow” factor. Another drawback was the elevator service. Waiting times could be quite long, especially during peak hours, which was sometimes inconvenient. Overall, the hotel has good potential because of its clean rooms and decent accommodations, but improvements in service and hospitality would greatly enhance the guest experience."

"Great location in BGC. We arrived early and they helped us store our bags in an empty room. They got our room ready before normal check in and moved the bags for us as well. Really nice service, very helpful. The room was good, nothing too special, but worked perfectly for us."

"Location & View: 💯 Highly recommended. The location and view are excellent. That said, the place is very busy, so late check-out isn’t accommodated—which is understandable considering the constant turnover. With guests coming in and out and a full unit to clean (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living area), it’s realistic to expect that it may not always be pristine. I booked this place twice, one week apart, staying almost a week each time. I’m a bit of a clean freak, so even in 4–5 star hotels I bring disinfectant and alcohol. For Airbnbs especially, I don’t feel comfortable using towels or beddings knowing how some guests can be inconsiderate. This place is a combination of pros and cons for me. I love the location, space, and layout, but during my first stay I noticed signs that the bed linens may have been tidied rather than fully changed. Because of that, I brought my own bed cover and sheets and didn’t use the comforter. For my second booking, I communicated with the very responsive owner and requested flexibility with check-in so cleaning wouldn’t be rushed. That made a big difference—the unit was noticeably cleaner (even the couch was vacuumed), which I really appreciated. One suggestion: adding shower curtains or upgrading to shower doors would help keep the bathroom floors dry—it’s always nice to see dry bathroom floors. Overall, I love the place and would still recommend it, especially for the location and space, but cleanliness details really matter for guests like me."

"I extended my stay for many days over the May Day holiday. I always come to this hotel whenever I'm in the Philippines. It's quite close to the airport, and most importantly, it's clean. The bed isn't saggy either. However, being close to the road, there's constant noise from tricycles and cars all day long. The Wi-Fi needs significant improvement; it frequently disconnects, and the signal coverage is definitely inadequate!"

The location is good for those people working in Mckinley and wants to recharge for a bit with access to convenience store and walking distance mall."
