GGuest UserStayed at this hotel with my family and everything was great. But when we went to the rooftop restaurant, we were told that we were not allowed to wear slippers. The overall cost performance is not as high as Hotel Okura

AAnonymous UserWe had a wonderful stay at Shangri-La The Fort Manila. The location is excellent—right in the heart of everything, with so many places just a short walk away. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and very comfortable, and the service truly lived up to the Shangri-La standard.
Yes, it’s on the pricier side, but it’s absolutely worth it for the convenience, comfort, and overall experience. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

AAnonymous UserMy family booked 3 rooms for our stay to celebrate the New Year Countdown in BGC. It was a last minute booking but I could say that it was actually worth it.
Pros:
●Near Market Market, 5 mins ride if using grab/indrive and 5 mins jeepney ride from Market Market and another 5 mins walk from Buting to the hotel( as it was new years eve booking a ride takes time so we opted to ride a jeepney)
●Complimentaries are complete, from toiletries to coffee
● Wifi is working very fine
● The hotel staff are very easy to talk to, as there was no refrigerator in our rooms the staffs accomodate our ice to be put in their refrigerator.
● The rooms are very clean and the airconditioning is very cold
● The hotel location is near in a convenience store(7/11) and a grocery(Dali). They are also near a very good biryani chicken, ice cream and coffee shop. It may be located near residentials but it felt calm and the neighborhood is actually clean
Cons
●Do not expect for a astonishing view as it was in a residential area, which we actually didn't mind cause we are only staying for a night
● Our room is to small to eat in one room for 7 people, (but the staff actually recommend their breakfast area downstairs to be use if we want to)
● One room we booked has a smelly feet smell
Overall the cons didn't affect our stay, and it was a very good stay, i am definitely recommending it.

AAnonymous UserToilet is really slippery but you don't have to worry, since it's narrow, you'll still be standing even if you slipped, elevator is out of order, good thing we've packed lightly, I can't imagine those who've booked here with full luggages, as the rooms are in the 3rd and 4th floor, they managed to fix it the following day. Don't expect much on the free breakfast. Cleanliness is okay, Service can be further improved, staff in the morning doesn't even greet you, I don't know if they're having a bad day or what.

DDenciongThe room has a separate bedroom and the room is so spacious enough for 2 people. However the room is dusty and the water supply is too slow at night that you can't take a bath and poop

AAnthony TabunanWe booked it for last minute like early in morning around 4AM because me and my friends are looking for short rest after we went to KTV bar and I like how the reservation get smooth until we checked in. Though the location is quite far but it saved us from that day . We are 6 pax and we were able to sleep well even in a short period of time. The room is clean and they have extra beds. We love the amenities. I recommend this for emergency stay.
