"We normally stay at this hotel for family staycation. However, this time, it was a bit disappointing. There were a lot of things that really made our stay not enjoyable. 1. Construction noise - no one informed us about the construction. Previously, front desk would inform about it upon check in and they also left a note in our room. But now, nothing. And as a person who works at night, i normally sleep in the morning til afternoon but we were disturbed by the construction noise. 2. Plates, utensils - if you want to borrow 1 set of playe, bowl & utensils, you have to pay Php150 per set, which is so unbelievable! Your room rates aren't cheap & you can't even allow your guests to borrow plates, spoons & fork, which are usually necessity when staying in a hotel. So we just went to the nearby Lawson & bouth 10pcs of plates, spoons, forks & cups for only Php80! 3. Parking- they said 1 room has an alloted 1 parking space but when we had to park, no more available space. You should prioritize your check in guests! And how come the parking is already full when you kept saying you alloted 1 parking space per room. 4. Missing chair- in the pictures, you will see 2 chairs but when we entered the room, there's only 1. 5. Old furniture- their sofa bed is squeekingly old, you can't sleep bec every move, the sofa bed will create noise. Not worth it anymore. Their only redemptions are the king bed, free chocolates & nuts & nespresso coffee."

"This hotel is right in BGC (Bonifacio Global City). The location is very good, you can easily get access to most places, like Bonifacio High Street and Uptown Mall. It’s very safe and nice to walk in the evening. There are lots of shops and restaurants. Near the hotel are Macdonald’s, Starbucks and 7/11. The room is good, very new and fresh. The staff was very polite and check-in was so fast. It’s definitely a good place if you come to Manila for the first time."

"Hotel Review: Brittany Hotel BGC (Stayed October 1, 2025) I booked Brittany Hotel BGC purely for convenience since my appointment at the KVAC Korean Visa Center was scheduled the next day—and it happens to be located inside the same hotel. The property is also right beside SM Aura, making the location a huge plus. Parking & Check-In Parking was free (validated upon check-in), though spaces were very limited—by noon there were only a couple left, so arriving later might be tricky. Reception staff were warm and attentive, and I appreciated that my room was ready before the official check-in time. The lobby itself was modern and pleasant. Room & Amenities The room was clean and the bed comfortable, though far from five-star quality. The carpet in the hallways looked old and worn, which cheapened the overall feel. The bathroom layout was practical, with separate areas for toilet, shower, and sink, though the hairdryer placement made it awkward to use. Amenities were basic—kettle, beverage fridge, and coffee sachets (which were very poor quality). I ended up buying coffee at 7-Eleven instead. Small maintenance issues like chipped walls were noticeable, but not a dealbreaker for a short stay. Service Staff were consistently polite and greeted us whenever we passed by. The in-room phones weren’t working, but a QR/Viber system was available for requests, which I didn’t end up needing. Breakfast Breakfast was decent overall (7/10). Options included pastries, an egg station, Filipino dishes, congee, and noodles. I enjoyed the garlic rice and local dishes, though the pastries felt a bit stale and the bacon/ham weren’t great. Coffee from the percolator was watered down but still better than the sachets provided in-room. Overall Impression If you’re after convenience—especially for KVAC appointments or quick access to SM Aura—this hotel works. But for the price point, you can find more premium stays in BGC (e.g., Ascot or Seda). It’s not a bad choice, just not one I’d recommend for a staycation or if you’re after luxury. For me, it did the job because of the location. ⭐️⭐️⭐️ (3/5) – Good for location, average for everything else."

"Great location and good value for money. The breakfast spread was plentiful, though it did get quite crowded. Being right next to the high street was a huge plus for shopping and dining. The only downside was that the gym was a bit on the small side."

"We decided to book a hotel near BGC for an event, knowing we would be staying out late. I'm so glad we found this place! It’s a very affordable hotel in the area that offers a cozy yet luxurious vibe. The bed was absolutely comfortable. We booked a standard room, and it was incredibly budget-friendly. The air conditioning worked perfectly and gave us the exact comfort we needed. Plus, the room size is just right for two people. We stayed on the 6th floor, and guess what? The water pressure in the shower was excellent, making a hot bath so relaxing. The bathroom is also wonderfully designed, letting in plenty of natural light even without turning on the bulbs. Their Wi-Fi is incredibly fast—highly recommended for anyone looking to stay and work! They also have an indoor restaurant that everyone can enjoy. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel!"

"Close to BGC, cheaper option than stay within the area. Hotel is fine, staff great Few cockroaches running around in the room and bathroom, so they may want to spray more often :D"

"Overall, a clean room, a little small, but it did have a balcony and everything you needed, the bed was good.The water pressure was fine.The only thing I would say is it's on a very busy road occasionally you could hear road.Noise, especially if you're not on a high floor and additionally the buffet breakfast was subpar.The staff was friendly easy check in mostly depending on how many people were waiting to check in with you.Overall price was decent value and fairly good location near BGC and Malls"

"Indeed a good location - went here to stay for a year end party at nearby place and brought my family. My baby had rashes when she slept in their bed, not sure if it is the detergent used for the bed sheets etc 🤷♀️"

"It's okay for booking if you're in a pinch and just need somewhere to stay, the room itself is clean which is where you're staying 99.99% of the time but some areas are not clean, water pressure in the bathroom is inconsistent, same with the AC. The electric sockets are far from the bedside tables. No slippers. The location is a bit of a hassle to get to, at least compared to other similar priced accommodations in the area"
