"Overall, we had a pleasant stay at the F1 Hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming, greeting us with smiles and offering help whenever needed. The hotel arranged transportation for us several times, which made getting around very easy. The room was comfortable, though it lacked consistent hot water and felt somewhat dated. Breakfast was enjoyable, with plenty of options to choose from."

"This hotel is right in BGC (Bonifacio Global City). The location is very good, you can easily get access to most places, like Bonifacio High Street and Uptown Mall. It’s very safe and nice to walk in the evening. There are lots of shops and restaurants. Near the hotel are Macdonald’s, Starbucks and 7/11. The room is good, very new and fresh. The staff was very polite and check-in was so fast. It’s definitely a good place if you come to Manila for the first time."

"The room size was decent, and it was clean and well-maintained. However, I did not feel the level of hospitality that I usually expect from a hotel stay. The front desk staff were not particularly welcoming, which affected the overall experience since they are often the first impression of the hotel. Before booking, I read several reviews, and many guests mentioned issues with the hotel staff. Unfortunately, my experience was similar. I hope the management can provide additional customer service training to improve guest interactions. Interestingly, the housekeeping staff were much more hospitable and friendly than the front desk team and the staff in the breakfast area. The buffet breakfast was acceptable, but it lacked variety and had no real ”wow” factor. Another drawback was the elevator service. Waiting times could be quite long, especially during peak hours, which was sometimes inconvenient. Overall, the hotel has good potential because of its clean rooms and decent accommodations, but improvements in service and hospitality would greatly enhance the guest experience."

"The room facilities were quite old, and the bathroom, in particular, looked very cheap. The bathroom exhaust fan wasn't working, and there was a sewer smell coming from the drain. The sound insulation of the room windows was terrible; I barely got any sleep for three nights because it was so noisy, even at 2 or 3 in the morning the noise didn't lessen. The room cleaning was strangely half-done; I left in the morning and came back to find the bathroom cleaned but the bed untouched, exactly as I had left it, which was confusing. Overall, the stay was not good. I'm very familiar with BGC in Manila, and I didn't expect the room this time to be so disappointing. I hope it was just a 'bug' I happened to encounter at the hotel. It really wasn't worth the price."

"I extended my stay for many days over the May Day holiday. I always come to this hotel whenever I'm in the Philippines. It's quite close to the airport, and most importantly, it's clean. The bed isn't saggy either. However, being close to the road, there's constant noise from tricycles and cars all day long. The Wi-Fi needs significant improvement; it frequently disconnects, and the signal coverage is definitely inadequate!"

"It's okay for booking if you're in a pinch and just need somewhere to stay, the room itself is clean which is where you're staying 99.99% of the time but some areas are not clean, water pressure in the bathroom is inconsistent, same with the AC. The electric sockets are far from the bedside tables. No slippers. The location is a bit of a hassle to get to, at least compared to other similar priced accommodations in the area"

Best I’ve had - The small bathroom in the room with just the sink and toilet is so nicely done (see photo. - Bathroom has a bath - The gym is the best I’ve seen in the Philippines (see pictures) - Jacuzzi and warm bath in the gym is awesome (see pictures) Cons - minibar is woeful (see pictures)… one snickers bar, one bag of M&M’s when I paid for a room for three people. - TV’s are too small in both bedroom and living room. - There are two small lights under the bedside cabinet each side of the bed that are literally impossible to switch off at night.. - The Davidoff shop has a smoking lounge which is more of a cheap cafe than a lounge (see photo). The alternative smoking area in the hotel has no seats and not really very pleasant either. - The road noise from outside late at night and early in the morning is completely unacceptable. We booked the best room available and the notice late at night ruined our stay so much we checked out a day early instead of accepting a DOWNGRADE as all of the Premier Suites overlook main roads and crossroads! Not exactly ‘luxury’. Book a cheaper room

AAnonymous UserMy family booked 3 rooms for our stay to celebrate the New Year Countdown in BGC. It was a last minute booking but I could say that it was actually worth it. Pros: ●Near Market Market, 5 mins ride if using grab/indrive and 5 mins jeepney ride from Market Market and another 5 mins walk from Buting to the hotel( as it was new years eve booking a ride takes time so we opted to ride a jeepney) ●Complimentaries are complete, from toiletries to coffee ● Wifi is working very fine ● The hotel staff are very easy to talk to, as there was no refrigerator in our rooms the staffs accomodate our ice to be put in their refrigerator. ● The rooms are very clean and the airconditioning is very cold ● The hotel location is near in a convenience store(7/11) and a grocery(Dali). They are also near a very good biryani chicken, ice cream and coffee shop. It may be located near residentials but it felt calm and the neighborhood is actually clean Cons ●Do not expect for a astonishing view as it was in a residential area, which we actually didn't mind cause we are only staying for a night ● Our room is to small to eat in one room for 7 people, (but the staff actually recommend their breakfast area downstairs to be use if we want to) ● One room we booked has a smelly feet smell Overall the cons didn't affect our stay, and it was a very good stay, i am definitely recommending it.

AAnonymous UserWe were very disappointed with our stay at this hotel. Despite paying over PHP 4,000 per night, the level of service was far below expectations. One of the biggest issues was the leaking toilet bowl in our room, which caused significant inconvenience and raised concerns about the hotel's cleanliness and maintenance standards. To make matters worse, we also encountered cockroaches in the room. Unfortunately, the issue was not resolved promptly, and since there was no staff available to assist us at the time, we ended up cleaning the water and mess on the floor ourselves after using the toilet. In addition, guests are required to dispose of all their trash in a designated area after their stay. This is unusual and unacceptable for a hotel charging this price range. Proper housekeeping and waste disposal should be part of the service that guests are paying for Overall, the facilities and service did not match the hotel's rating or price point. We hope management takes these issues seriously and takes steps to improve the guest experience.
