The room cleaning was quite subpar. We stayed for two nights, and on the second night, we found the bedsheets weren't made, the bathtub hadn't been cleaned, and there was a layer of dust on the counter where the kettle and coffee machine were placed.

Pros - Great easy check in experience. Best I’ve had - The small bathroom in the room with just the sink and toilet is so nicely done (see photo. - Bathroom has a bath - The gym is the best I’ve seen in the Philippines (see pictures) - Jacuzzi and warm bath in the gym is awesome (see pictures) Cons - minibar is woeful (see pictures)… one snickers bar, one bag of M&M’s when I paid for a room for three people. - TV’s are too small in both bedroom and living room. - There are two small lights under the bedside cabinet each side of the bed that are literally impossible to switch off at night.. - The Davidoff shop has a smoking lounge which is more of a cheap cafe than a lounge (see photo). The alternative smoking area in the hotel has no seats and not really very pleasant either. - The road noise from outside late at night and early in the morning is completely unacceptable. We booked the best room available and the notice late at night ruined our stay so much we checked out a day early instead of accepting a DOWNGRADE as all of the Premier Suites overlook main roads and crossroads! The description of the apartment is incorrect and misleading information provided. We were being advised ”If you wish the 3 br I suggest cancelling the reservation and rebooking and book the Standard Family Suitee” which we did and it turned out that the third bedroom that we have is a utility room,, with a washing machine and just a ventilation fan in the roomwith no windows and very small, and it mentioned 2 futon beds which was wrong. Instead there was a bunk bed. The room was stuffy, smelly, no air condition. We ended up renting another room for the third person as the utility room is not liveable. It will be good if it is fully indicated that the third room is in such bad condition in the description instead of putting misleading information. Very dissappointed with it as it doesn't match what mentioned though the service of the staff are good, very helpful, but still not able to do anything. The other 2 rooms are normal and up to our expectations.

My family booked 3 rooms for our stay to celebrate the New Year Countdown in BGC. It was a last minute booking but I could say that it was actually worth it. Pros: ●Near Market Market, 5 mins ride if using grab/indrive and 5 mins jeepney ride from Market Market and another 5 mins walk from Buting to the hotel( as it was new years eve booking a ride takes time so we opted to ride a jeepney) ●Complimentaries are complete, from toiletries to coffee ● Wifi is working very fine ● The hotel staff are very easy to talk to, as there was no refrigerator in our rooms the staffs accomodate our ice to be put in their refrigerator. ● The rooms are very clean and the airconditioning is very cold ● The hotel location is near in a convenience store(7/11) and a grocery(Dali). They are also near a very good biryani chicken, ice cream and coffee shop. It may be located near residentials but it felt calm and the neighborhood is actually clean Cons ●Do not expect for a astonishing view as it was in a residential area, which we actually didn't mind cause we are only staying for a night ● Our room is to small to eat in one room for 7 people, (but the staff actually recommend their breakfast area downstairs to be use if we want to) ● One room we booked has a smelly feet smell Overall the cons didn't affect our stay, and it was a very good stay, i am definitely recommending it.

AC unit is noisy and it's near the flight path and above venice mall vents so it's very noisy. Service is excellent and the apartment is located above venice and a 5 minutes walk under the mall's superstructure. It is well priced but we left due to the noise.

We stayed here for a special family occasion and needed somewhere reliable and convenient. The apartment met all our expectations and made the trip more enjoyable.

Beddings - Since luma na yung mga ginagamit nilang beddings particularly bed sheets and pillow cases, expect that there were old stains and marks. You may raise it with the reception if the look is so shabby for your eyesight. They will happily replace it. If the aircon is not cold enough for you or anything that creates you discomfort, they will do their best to address your concern even if it takes you move to the other room. Staffs were very helpful. Location is is strategically located but during night it may appear unsafe because it is near in the residential area (many workers from BGC walks there at night since it was their way going to their respective dorms or transportation) so for me, personally, I don’t feel unsafe at all walking going there from BGC during 12mn. Amenities not so much, just a very basic accommodation.

Good Location. Near Shangri La. Near High Street. There's a drugstore, fast food and convenience store near the area. Check In process was fast as well as the elevator. Airconditioning takes too long to cool the room..

Nice bed, clean room, good toilet with bidet and hot shower with shampoo, bath soap and towels. Kettle and mug available. No complimentary water. Toothbrush not included, bring your own or purchase from 7 11 just beside the lobby of the hotel. 😊 NOTE: refundable Php2000 cash deposit required upon check-in.

We were very disappointed with our stay at this hotel. Despite paying over PHP 4,000 per night, the level of service was far below expectations. One of the biggest issues was the leaking toilet bowl in our room, which caused significant inconvenience and raised concerns about the hotel's cleanliness and maintenance standards. To make matters worse, we also encountered cockroaches in the room. Unfortunately, the issue was not resolved promptly, and since there was no staff available to assist us at the time, we ended up cleaning the water and mess on the floor ourselves after using the toilet. In addition, guests are required to dispose of all their trash in a designated area after their stay. This is unusual and unacceptable for a hotel charging this price range. Proper housekeeping and waste disposal should be part of the service that guests are paying for Overall, the facilities and service did not match the hotel's rating or price point. We hope management takes these issues seriously and takes steps to improve the guest experience.
