"This is a new hotel, and I was so satisfied with all the facilities, furnishings, bedding, interior design, and room layout that I stayed for three days. However, it's a pet-friendly hotel. Ugh, how can such a clean hotel be pet-friendly? Large dogs were riding the elevator with me, and a dog was barking in the breakfast restaurant. Seriously... this is just... shouldn't such a nice, upscale hotel at least have separate areas for the restaurant?"

"There are two accommodation providers in one building: (Sota Suites and Urban Stay) I booked through Urban Stay and checked in via their website. The lobby on the 2nd floor does not assist with check-ins for the other provider. Parking Facilities There is ample parking space, so there are plenty of spots available even late at night. Cleanliness There were flying insects on the balcony, but since I did not open the door, there were none inside the room. Nearby Facilities There is a variety of restaurants and several convenience stores nearby. Breakfast I did not use the breakfast. For that price, there are plenty of restaurants within a 10-minute walk. Swimming Pool They provide two swimming pool tickets per night. I received four tickets for my two-night stay. The staff there were very friendly, and the water is shallow, so it is not dangerous. However, the water is on the colder side, so if you have children, I recommend having them apply sunscreen during the day. If there was anything bad about it, it was the air conditioner control function. It doesn't maintain the temperature even after you set it. It just turns on when it starts getting really hot and you're exhausted from the heat. It doesn't adjust even when it gets extremely cold, so I woke up several times. It seems to have a ”windless” function, but it only turns the air conditioner on and off."

The beach and commercial facilities are within a reasonable distance, so it was a great location that was easy to walk to and away from noise. However, as mentioned in other reviews, there may be inconveniences in using the elevator during peak season. But considering everything, I think I will only use this accommodation."

"The glass table is low and the chairs are unique. There is an outside parking lot, so parking is easy. There is a convenience store and Norangtongdak on the first floor. You can call the first floor, get the room number by text, and just leave to check out. There is no toothpaste or rinse. The refrigerator is large and works well."

"I went there for a good price. It's far from Yangyang Market, but there's a sea nearby and I don't have to go out at night, so it was okay. There was a bit of noise between floors. The hot spring was slippery and very nice. I think I'll go again if I get the chance."

"Check-in and check-out went very quickly and without problem. Some of the employees spoke English. The hotel was directly on the beach, some rooms have sea view. The city of Yangyang is a little far away but you get quickly with the car. Restaurants and Convenience Stores are available around the hotel. Also the Naksan with the temple are not far away."
