"The hotel's location was great, being very close to the beach. However, perhaps because it was the off-season, the check-in process felt a bit unsettling, like a self-check-in hotel.
The room condition wasn't bad, but even after the remodeling, it still had an old-fashioned charm.
The bedding and such were clean. There were at least four bottles of water stocked, and the shower room was also quite clean. It was a bit disappointing that the room lights all turned off when switched off because there were no individual lights. I was worried it might not be warm since it was winter, but the room was warm and nice. Overall, I'm satisfied considering the price!! In the morning, I had a great view of the beach from the window, so my eyes were treated to a feast."

Guest UserThis place is rightly distanced from the most busy travelers area - surfing beach in Yang Yang. Still in walking distance. The building is surrounded by pine tree forest and beach view. The service for customers is very warm and extremely nice. Breakfast bagel +complimentary water+free nespresso capsules-refilled , free cafeteria with all sorts of teas and coffee +free use of laundry-drier are all so generous. ROOFTOP bbq area is very nice too. Its self contained unit but also offer room cleaning service twice in a week. The owner of this boutique resort really provides personal service. I don't drive so was gonna call taxi when I need but the owner courple offered a ride whenever they can. How kind!!!

천리적토마I'm in Yangyang County, heading towards Jumunjin, not far from Hyuhyuam. It's a quiet, secluded rural village, so I came here for some healing. Since it's a popular surfing spot, I saw some surfers. There aren't any restaurants nearby, but there are two convenience stores and a Hanaro Mart nearby, so it's not too inconvenient. Be sure to reserve an ocean view room. Highly recommended! The facilities were impeccably clean and nice. I'd definitely visit again.

Strawberry milkThe location was great, and the view from the room was truly satisfying. Since the building is brand new, everything was clean and the facilities were well-maintained. I booked a special offer, so the price was very low, which initially made me a little skeptical, but after staying for one night, I regretted not booking for two.
The only downside was the parking. There were spaces available in the underground parking lot when I checked in, but when I returned after dinner, it was full, so I had to park on the roadside. It seems there isn't enough parking space compared to the number of rooms, so I hope this aspect will be improved.
Other than that, the staff were all friendly, and overall, it was a very satisfying stay. It is a place I would like to stay at again.

Even though it's old, I visit often because I like the beach walk.
I recommend the hotel because it's cleaner than the resort.
I especially recommend the ocean view even if it costs a little more.
It's worth it~~^^
I was in room 515, and the plaza was visible,
and the bathroom was relatively clean.

Guest UserIt's a great location, right on the beach, near the village on the right side of Jukdo Beach.
It's a JD Launzi building, but it's structured so that three different operators operate the hotel, each under their own name. You have to self-check in at the lobby and check out again when you leave. I was a bit confused at first, but it's actually quite convenient.
It's a new building, clean, and has a great ocean view. It's small, but there's also a kitchen, so I had a great time.

Guest UserThis is a good place to stay if you come to visit the Raksansa Temple or to swim. The hotel is three years old, so facilities are fairly new. It has a cafe downstairs, waterfront seafood restaurants and convenience stores all within walking distance. It has a gym and washing machines and dryers (5000W per cycle for each) at level 2. staffs are friendly - they speak English, one of them Mr Chui speaks Chinese - If I come back to Yangyang, I would consider booking here again.
