"I went on a 2-day, 1-night trip with my spouse on the 22nd and 23rd.
The hotel condition was really good and there was nothing lacking for the two of us. In particular, Naksansa Temple, Beach Beach, and raw fish restaurants and restaurants were nearby, so it was nice to be able to move around without a car.
The deck path along Beach Beach was well-maintained, so I was able to see the enchanting sunrise while taking a walk in the morning, which was so happy.

"It was very lovely designed room. The pink room was looking almost same in picture and the room temperature was very warm from the enterance. The room was clean overall but there was a cockroach appeared during our stay. The amenities was reasonable and not a bad quality. The breakfast was better than our expectation and reasonable price too.

"The building feels a bit old, and I can hear people talking loudly in the hallway, so I think the soundproofing isn't that great, but the bedding was clean and the room was warm, so I had a good rest.
There's a convenience store on the first floor, so it's good for buying things I need, and the ocean view from the room is nice.
It was nice that they provided sparkling wine and caprese as welcome drinks, and the barbecue set was delicious.
The ocean view from the sky lounge restaurant was also nice.
I also ordered breakfast and had it, and it was delicious.
It was nice to stay for a day and leave."

"I travel to Yangyang sometimes,
and this was my first time at a newly built hotel.
It was clean, but there was no information on the parking lot elevator or the lobby location, so I got lost a little.
The accommodation was clean and quiet, so it was very nice.
It seemed like there weren't any guests, but it was quiet.
It was clean, the water pressure was good, and everything was good.
It was a mountain view, but it was pretty good.
I come here sometimes,
but there's nothing nearby except for a convenience store,
and the sea is right in front,
so it's nice to be able to see the waves crashing right after checking out.
The hotel lobby had a nice exotic atmosphere, and I had a good night's sleep."

"The location is a bit tricky, but it's a new building, so it's clean and contactless check-in was convenient.
Parking is limited, so if you arrive late, you'll have to park in the public parking lot. There aren't many restaurants nearby, but a jangkalguksu restaurant is a 10-minute walk away, which is nice. There's also a convenience store on the first floor.
It's conveniently equipped with an induction stove and washing machine, just like at a resort!
During peak season, prices go up significantly if you don't book in advance."

"Nice clean hotel across from a nice beach for surfing. I was initially disappointed to find the hotel was across a very busy road from the beach, but the hotel itself is quiet and the rooftop in the morning was a great way to take in the sunset. "I really got a lot of good impression in this hotel. I arrived late after playing on the beautiful beach near the hotel, but even though I was a foreigner, the boss who was waiting in the parking lot welcomed me and told me where to park. When I left, the boss told me how to back down and the surrounding attractions. It felt like children were coming home from afar. It was really warm. The rooms were spacious and clean and all facilities were complete. The hotel is near Geumgang Oxidation Amsa Temple (Shinseo University) 🏔️, which is very suitable for hikers. It's a really beautiful mountain. It's 330 km from the city I live in, but I'll visit again a few times in the future. I wish you the health of the boss and more guests. 🥰"

The hotel in the middle of no where, hard to by walking to reach. And no restaurant around. Only hotel food which don’t have much options.
No sure about the facility as windy day.
The room is big with balcony but don’t have the bathtub for most of rooms."

GGuest UserWe had an amazing stay at the Family Studio. Service was great - we faced some delays and arrived much later than the usual check-in time, but the owners waited for us until we arrived and helped us with our luggage. The camping cars are located within walking distance of the beach, which is super convenient. They also provide charcoal and other equipment if you would like to have a bbq at night.
The only downsides are that it may be slightly difficult to find the location of the accommodation (especially if you're travelling there at night) and that the only way to contact the owners on short notice is via their Korean phone number (and communication in Korean), which might be difficult for foreigners.
Otherwise, we had a really good stay!

The beach and commercial facilities are within a reasonable distance, so it was a great location that was easy to walk to and away from noise.
However, as mentioned in other reviews, there may be inconveniences in using the elevator during peak season.
But considering everything, I think I will only use this accommodation.

GGuest UserUrbanstay Naksan Beach offers an amazing location—right by the ocean with beautiful views and easy access to the beach. It’s a perfect spot for a peaceful getaway. I booked the suite room expecting something a bit more luxurious, and while it was clean and well-maintained, it didn’t fully match my expectations. The self-check-in process was a bit inconvenient, especially for first-time visitors. I had also requested early check-in, but wasn't clearly informed beforehand that there would be a charge of 10,000 KRW per hour, which would have been helpful to know in advance. Still, the overall experience was good, and I’d recommend it for the location alone—just be sure to clarify details ahead of time.

GGuest UserThis is a good place to stay if you come to visit the Raksansa Temple or to swim. The hotel is three years old, so facilities are fairly new. It has a cafe downstairs, waterfront seafood restaurants and convenience stores all within walking distance. It has a gym and washing machines and dryers (5000W per cycle for each) at level 2. staffs are friendly - they speak English, one of them Mr Chui speaks Chinese - If I come back to Yangyang, I would consider booking here again.

GGuest UserIt's a great location, right on the beach, near the village on the right side of Jukdo Beach.
It's a JD Launzi building, but it's structured so that three different operators operate the hotel, each under their own name. You have to self-check in at the lobby and check out again when you leave. I was a bit confused at first, but it's actually quite convenient.
It's a new building, clean, and has a great ocean view. It's small, but there's also a kitchen, so I had a great time.

There's a convenience store nearby and a hot spring.
There's nothing to live here when you go to Xueyue mountain
The hot springs are actually close to a simple swamp room.
It's better not to expect too much,
It's good to have a bus stop close to Yangyang or Sokcho.

Thank you for not paying extra people (children) and for the quilt.
The facilities are a bit old, so there are damaged places (beds), and the water supply and bathtub are not in good condition. The air conditioner is not full, but it will be cool if you wait a little.
It has an overwhelming advantage of covering all the downsides.
The sunrise from a high location (the hotel is a bit on the hill and assigned to the 5th floor) will be remembered for a long time.
