The guest rooms are divided into several sections, with some at the foot of the mountain, some halfway up, and others right at the peak, each offering its own unique charm. The hotel's shuttle service makes getting around between the rooms, cafe, restaurant, and museum very convenient. They also offer tea picking and bamboo shoot digging experiences, which were quite novel for someone like me from the North. The hotel lobby also provides entertainment facilities such as ping-pong, billiards, and a ball pit for kids. It was a really pleasant experience to spend a couple of days there with the family."

What truly touches the heart is the impeccable Banyan Tree service – from the warm cup of Anji white tea offered by the butler upon check-in, to the thoughtfully placed sleep-inducing aromatherapy during turndown service, every detail is perfectly executed. The restaurant meticulously selects local seasonal ingredients, transforming the flavors of the wild into exquisite dishes. This isn't just a simple stay; it's a healing journey, pampered by nature and warmed by genuine hospitality. I will certainly return again soon."

"The hotel service was absolutely excellent! They even helped us with our luggage. Each of the 61 rooms is unique, and at 35 square meters, they're more than spacious enough. The bathroom is completely open-concept! This time we brought our dog, and the hotel has a large lawn on the second floor where our dog could run around and had a blast! The restaurant is also dog-friendly, and while breakfast wasn't a buffet, it was delicious! When we checked out, they even gave us a cute mug as a souvenir! All this for just over 600 a night – incredible value for money!"

"Looking for a less crowded, beautiful spot to relax for a couple of days during the National Day holiday, and this hotel was a pleasant surprise! The location is great, the environment is lovely, and the facilities are comprehensive. It's very close to attractions like Canglong Baipu Waterfall, rafting, and dining options. Best of all, the hotel has its own stream trekking, paddleboarding, and swings right behind it, keeping kids busy catching fish all day! The room was also very spacious, and with a balcony, a few bugs are to be expected. Breakfast is in Building 1, and they have all the usual varieties, better than I anticipated. All in all, it's excellent value for money, and I've already recommended it to my friends!"

"Traveling with a family of 9, the 4 rooms (Wangshanju) were truly worth recommending. Initially, I was hesitant because of the mixed reviews, some mentioning poor service and room facilities. However, I decided to book it anyway, and upon arrival, we were all amazed. It was nowhere near as bad as some reviews suggested. On the contrary, the service from our butler was exceptionally thoughtful and detailed (perhaps there's been an improvement). Valet parking was available for pick-up and drop-off throughout our stay, and they were always on call, which was incredibly convenient given the rainy season. There were also comments about not being able to use the hot springs, but that's simply not true. While the hot springs aren't huge, with only three pools, each one was very clean and had the perfect water temperature. My elders, tired from a day of sightseeing, all said it was very comfortable to soak in (of course, during peak season, some crowding in the hot spring pools is understandable, as it's not a dedicated hot spring resort. Given that, what they've achieved is already quite good, so those who are overly critical should consider this point). Some also mentioned damp rooms. Personally, after staying for 3 nights, I noticed a tiny bit of dampness, but it didn't bother us. After all, it's in the mountains, so high humidity is normal. We've experienced similar humidity when traveling in Sanya, so I don't see it as an issue. This hotel is also quite considerate, offering dedicated pet-friendly rooms. I saw many guests with small dogs, and the staff were all very enthusiastic and welcoming towards them. The hotel is about a 40-minute drive from places to swim and go river tracing. Since we drove, getting around was quite convenient. In conclusion, the hotel is excellent. The environment, amenities, landscaping, breakfast, and entertainment all combine to make it a very worthwhile stay (you absolutely, absolutely, absolutely must check out the infinity pool, it's stunning!)."

"Booked this trip last August for the May Day holiday this year – funny to think about it now! Wangshan Tower is very new and conveniently located right at the foot of the mountain. We arrived early and didn't have to wait for our room. Perhaps my expectations for Hantian were too high, but surprisingly, there were no special activities during the May Day period. We ended up having a slightly boring 2-night stay. There's a kids' play area and a fish pond (though no fish food is provided). The views from the White Tea Museum are lovely, and the exhibits are quite extensive."

"I decided to go out at the last minute at night. I arrived at 12:30 in the middle of the night. The boss was waiting for me and upgraded the room type. He also turned on all the landscape lights. The hygiene was very good (the water pressure in the bathroom was very high and the hot water came out quickly, which was very important). I got up late in the morning and the boss enthusiastically kept breakfast for me. The environment was quiet and the location was excellent. It was worth coming. I didn't expect that I would choose a great weekend secret world with a sudden decision. I was in a daze and basked in the sun, enjoying the natural environment around. After checking out, I sat for a while and the boss enthusiastically sent me two cups of Anji white tea! Drinking white tea and bathing in the sun! The Goddess Festival with my mother was perfect! I highly recommend family travel with friends. There is a swimming pool, a lawn, a camping tent and a parking lot!"

On our first day, they helped us with our luggage, and every evening they made sure to reserve parking spots for guests. They prepared a delicious and hearty breakfast every morning and even provided us with travel tips for Anji. The room was also very clean and tidy. "I really loved that place. It was clean, cozy, and remote. I loved it. It definitely required a car to drive because the commute is a bit tricky, but we needed a getaway from the city, so that was perfect. Breakfast was absolutely lovely. It was a classic Chinese breakfast with steamed buns, rice, and pickled veggies. Classy. A few things to mention, though: 1. A bathroom needs hooks or shelves for towels. 2. Bring your coffee if you need one in the morning."
