The owners are very welcoming and helpful, always ready to answer questions and fulfill requests. When they heard we needed to buy medicine, the owner even rode his electric scooter outside the scenic area to get it for us – many thanks!
Suggestion: On the day we checked in, the air conditioning was extremely cold. Adjusting it in the room wasn't responsive, and it got too cold 🥶, so we had no choice but to turn it off completely. I suggest checking and improving this."

There are just too many tour groups in Hongcun, so the only option was to visit during off-peak hours. We arrived around 5 PM, had dinner, explored Hongcun at night, and stayed in the village. The next morning, we left after breakfast, which allowed us to avoid the crowds. Overall, it was a great trip. Hongcun's entrance fee is reasonable and not a rip-off. The 30-year-old Huizhou cuisine restaurant we tried for dinner was also good. This B&B is very close to Moon Pond, and the neighboring building, 'Er Yuan', has a really comfortable terrace. Seeing the Huizhou-style architecture from up high offered a unique perspective. The owner was very polite, and the service was attentive yet discreet, which I really appreciated. Excessive enthusiasm can sometimes feel like an unspoken pressure. The decor is simple and elegant, without being overly flashy, and the price is fair. Recommended!

The service is really attentive ❤️. Before staying at the hotel, the housekeeper will come in advance and add WeChat to set up a WeChat service group, inform the location, and come to greet you. When delivering, he also gave you a souvenir handmade in the store. The children and elders all enjoyed their stay. We could see the starry sky in our room at night. The children were very surprised and kept asking if they could continue to stay here tomorrow? ! The room is consistent with the picture of the reservation. The special mountain spring water and welcome dinner in the store are very considerate. The breakfast is also 10 kinds of which are very balanced and rich. The welcome dog Wangzai is very cute. He greets and sees off guests, and the overall impression is wonderful. Very good impression. I will stay here again next time I come to Hongcun.

HaiyangyangkanshijieThe room matched the pictures perfectly, a great size for families of three or four. The owner's shuttle service was prompt and the guesthouse environment was lovely. A special thanks to the owner for retrieving my child's lost smartwatch from the restaurant – they even rode an electric scooter to get it back for us! 🙏
Hongcun itself is quite commercialized now. Activities like making fish lanterns, sugar figures, tie-dyeing, and bamboo carving offer a good experience for kids, but a one-day stay is generally sufficient.
The fish lantern performance isn't on the same level as what you'd see in Chengkan, but the quiet morning in Hongcun is truly beautiful.

The courtyard has a great design, perfect for taking photos and checking in. However, the downside is that during the day, many tourists pass by and even enter the courtyard to take pictures, making it very noisy. It's almost impossible to get some rest or a quick nap indoors during the day. In contrast, it's very quiet at night, and the ambiance is excellent. The distinctive Huizhou architectural style is prominent, and overall it's quite good. The owner also arranges for an uncle to pick up guests and luggage from the bus station, and their responses are very prompt. Courtyard No. 2 is only a five-minute walk from Yueyao Pond and the Ancestral Temple, making it ideal for early risers to snap photos before the crowds arrive.

Guest UserThe rooms are clean and well-maintained, and the facilities are excellent. The food is delicious too! Most importantly, the staff are all incredibly nice, warm, and attentive. They helped us with our luggage, and even offered pick-up and drop-off services to and from the scenic area. A special shout-out to the beautiful lady manager – she was super enthusiastic and truly touched our hearts. Oh, and there's also a very cute little black dog! I really hope this wonderful guesthouse continues to thrive. We'll definitely be back next time we visit Hongcun!

I visited Hongcun with family and friends and stayed at the 30·SANGSH Hotel.
Overall, the experience was very comfortable. The Hui-style aesthetic design was very tasteful, the rooms were clean and tidy, and the two bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Cleanliness and environment deserve full marks, and the service and facilities were also excellent.
The only minor drawback was the balcony view, which was just average. However, its proximity to Hongcun makes it incredibly convenient for exploring the area, making it ideal for those who want a comfortable stay while also enjoying easy access to Hongcun.

Guest UserThis hotel totally exceeded my expectations! The room was spacious and bright, and the bedding was so soft and comfortable that I had a great night's sleep. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and helpful, and both check-in and check-out were very efficient. The location is excellent, making it super convenient to get around, and there's a convenience store right downstairs. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, with both Western and Chinese options. The city night view from the window was stunning, and the soundproofing in the room was excellent too. Whether you're here for business or leisure, this is an absolutely fantastic choice. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in this city, and I highly recommend it to all my friends!

I'm very satisfied with everything, the only downside is the poor soundproofing.
Located in the scenic area, it's convenient to go anywhere. The owner even offers to help with luggage in a small car, which is super convenient. Although it's a bit old, everything is very clean, and the balcony is quite large. Excellent value for money.
The only downside is the soundproofing. The balcony is connected to the neighbor's, which is a bit awkward. Even with the doors and windows closed, you can clearly hear anyone talking in the yard. It's quite noisy during the day, but very quiet at night.
