The hotel is located in the Cultural and Arts center, which is a free entrance if you're a hotel guest. They have traditional Uyghur music and dance performances throughout the day. The room is nice enough, the WiFi is better than most places we've stayed in. Breakfast was basic, packed and delivered to our room because it's off peak season and the number of guests were low. Overall, it was good for a 1-2 night stay.

The hotel was very large with a good dining hall for breakfast and dinner. The location is great if you have a car as it is quite far from and shops and the town. We stayed in the barrel home which was fantastic. Although I was at first disappointed as the swimming pool and the Sand treatment was closed, but upon asking, they opened both for us. It was a wonderful place to stay.

This hotel is located in Turpan city, and it's very convenient for driving with plenty of parking spaces right downstairs. The room is spacious, and the service is excellent. There's also a breakfast restaurant on the first floor. I'll definitely come back again.

Transportation: This is located in the city center, with many night markets nearby, including the Xiyou Night Market downstairs. There were plenty of things to eat and shop for, which was quite nice. Aside from the hot weather, walking around the night markets made us sweat a lot, but everything else was great. There was a Xinjiang Girl dried fruit stall where the prices were cheaper than in Urumqi, and the quality was good. Facilities were complete.

When checking in at around 6pm, I felt that the hotel's location and decoration were good. I wanted to book a big bed casually, but I was told that the waiter had gone off duty. No one cleaned the rooms that were left on the upper floors that day, so I could choose a lower floor room. After learning about it, I found that the suites were high-rise and had views, so I immediately booked a suite. As a result, I don't know if I was too easy to talk to when I checked in. When I checked out the next day, I asked us to wait for half an hour because there was a little yellow stain of coffee on the small square towel. The waiter soaked it in 84 disinfectant for dozens of minutes. If it can be washed clean, we don't have to pay for it. Otherwise, we have to compensate the hotel for 40 yuan. I felt speechless immediately. Which hotel's small square towel is not used to wipe the table and tea stains? Do guests have to wait for the waiter to see if the blood stains can be washed clean before leaving when they crush mosquitoes to death while sleeping, otherwise they have to compensate for the bedding. After staying in hotels for so many years, I have encountered such a weird practice. Do you think that guests don't care when they check in, so they want to earn tips for some reasons? It's unreasonable and incomprehensible. I personally feel that I am already a civilized customer, that is, I didn't damage the items in the room, and I didn't take away any extra things, but I feel insulted by being made difficult for this reason. Although the manager dealt with it later and refused to pay compensation, I personally think this is a matter of principle. Your hotel has serious management problems. Please ask the hotel management to pay attention to this. There are many hotels nowadays. Are you sure you can bully tourists who have come from afar like this?

出差路過吐魯番，看到這家酒店，充滿藝術氣息的名稱，很怕踩坑，所以帶孩子先看房間，主要擔心自己不能接受的味道🥹，大廳有淡淡的歐式香水味，沒有別的異味，確認一下如果房間沒異味就可以辦理入住手續，到四樓電梯門打開時有點小震撼，恍然穿越到博物館的感覺！因為來的比較晚，長長的走廊好像沒有盡頭，原諒這膽小如鼠的性格吧。一切都很滿意，辦理了入住手續，水很熱，洗了熱水澡，我太想給有情懷的老闆提一個意見了！因為目前淡季可以理解燈光的昏暗，但是，好的生意一定是燈火輝煌的。樓道一定要亮啊，燈光優化需要加強。明天如果看到別的什麼再補充😊整體很好，值得入住！物美價廉！#位置交通十字路口，很方便，周圍有大型商超。#衞生乾淨整潔，布草質量也可以。#房間設施不錯。#服務前台小妹妹很熱心。

The hospitality and abundance of Xinjiang people are fully reflected in this B&B. As soon as we parked, the young men helped us with our luggage and checked us in. The B&B has two floors, and my mom and I stayed in the family room with our two children. We were pleasantly surprised to find a Haier Little Prodigy washing machine. The facilities were all new and elegant, blending ethnic and modern styles. We had dinner directly at the hotel at 9 pm, and every dish was to our liking. I'll definitely choose this place again!
