The owners, a family from Chongqing, are genuinely warm and welcoming. The rooms are clean and tidy, and there are grapevines all over the yard – you can just pick and eat them! If you're driving, there's a free charging station. It's right next to Frog Lane Pedestrian Street and the Folk Culture Park, and not far from Karez Well. When we checked out, the owners saw us off like family; it felt incredibly personal. It's a huge courtyard, very suitable for families with children.

A hidden gem hotel, highly recommended! The location is not far from the scenic area entrance and the county town, especially convenient by car. The desert is right outside the room, less crowded and with beautiful scenery. The owner was very kind and upgraded us to a room with a 180° view. You can climb the sand dunes and go sandboarding. After 8 pm, the desert cools down, and the sunset light and shadow are beautiful, perfect for taking photos. We saw a perfect sunset and orange afterglow from the tent entrance. If you don't want to move around, you can lie in bed, open the tent flap, and leisurely waste a day. The breakfast is delicious, but the dinner, at 100 RMB per person, is just average and not great value, though it looks very nice in photos. By the way, dinner only had naan (a type of steamed bun), no rice, which isn't very friendly to people from the south; I suggest adding a rice option. Overall, satisfied, the kids said they want to come back!

This stay experience is perfect! The moment you open the door, a fresh breath hits you in the face. The marble floor is as smooth as a mirror, the bedding is smooth as new, and even the decorative ornaments in the corners are spotless. Every detail shows the hotel's professionalism and care. The parking lot is well planned and the signs are clear, so you can easily find a space even if it is your first visit. Free parking tickets are also provided when you leave. The biggest surprise was the breakfast session, with a wide variety of Chinese and Western dishes, the freshly cooked noodle soup was fresh and rich, the freshly baked bread was soft and sweet, and the freshly ground coffee was fragrant. You could feel the chef's superb cooking skills in every bite. From the environment to the service, it's impeccable. Next time I come here on a business trip, this hotel will definitely be my best choice!

First off, this five-star review is for the front desk staff. The lady at the front desk was incredibly helpful and patient, and very responsible, which made for a pleasant check-in experience! Overall, the experience was really great. The location is excellent, the facilities are comprehensive, and the room was spotless, allowing me to fully relax. The bed was also exceptionally comfortable. I highly recommend this place.

We traveled with our pet by car and stayed in a special twin room (no window) on September 8, but other facilities were complete, new, clean and hygienic. I had a good sleep and was very satisfied. Thank you for being pet friendly. The area around the hotel is safe, clean and not cluttered. There is an open park diagonally opposite, which is very convenient for walking the dog. The front desk service patiently reminded us how to use the smart phone in a thoughtful and meticulous manner. The room is spacious, the bedding is comfortable, and the mattress is thick and will not be disturbed by the springs. The bathroom has a large washbasin, the shower has all the necessary functions, the water pressure is high, and the toilet has an intelligent heated flush that requires no manipulation. Smart lighting makes it convenient to turn on the lights at night, and Xiaodu voice wake-up the air conditioner is also convenient. There are too many advantages to list here. Next time I go back to Xinjiang, I will definitely stop in Hami and stay at this hotel again.

It's very comfortable staying here. The room temperature is perfect, and the lobby has a unique water feature. There are plenty of restaurants nearby; beef skewers are only 3 yuan, and lamb skewers are 7 yuan – super affordable!

My experience this time was exceptionally good. The guesthouse environment is excellent, and they even offer unique sand therapy services, along with healthy, nutritious meals. The housekeeper was genuinely sincere and friendly, making communication easy and pleasant. The surroundings of the guesthouse are also overall very good, and the guesthouse itself is meticulously thought out, handling matters efficiently and reliably. Every detail is handled perfectly, making one feel very secure and comfortable. The overall performance is outstanding, I'm very satisfied and highly recommend it.

The breakfast is plentiful and delicious, especially the local specialties. Its excellent location and convenient access make it an ideal choice for exploring Turpan. The hotel is in a great location, within the Grape Valley scenic area, across from Fengqing Garden. The service was very friendly and helpful, even booking a car to pick us up at the train station. Self-service laundry is available. Upon arrival, the room was average cleanliness, with a slight odor. Turning on the lights at night, we noticed spider webs and a dirty duvet cover, likely from the bedside table. The headboard was quite dusty, so we wiped it clean before we dared sleep. We informed the owner the next day, and the room was cleaned shortly thereafter. Breakfast was simple but adequate.

We stumbled upon this guesthouse on our first day in Turpan and were absolutely delighted with it. The small courtyard offers a lovely spot to relax outdoors. The owner, originally from Shandong, was incredibly polite, easy to communicate with, and always went out of their way to be accommodating. We'll definitely be back!
