Guest UserOut of all the hotels we've stayed at during our trip through Western Sichuan, this one was by far the most comfortable. It's located right inside the Giant Buddha scenic area, and the shuttle bus service is very convenient. Even though the parking lot is a bit far, the shuttle driver was always there whenever we called. The front desk staff was also very nice! We were extremely satisfied with the service!

TaokexiaThe hotel's environment is fantastic, a tranquil oasis amidst the bustling Emei Mountain scenic area. Outside, it's lively, but the moment you step into the hotel grounds, it immediately transforms into a peaceful haven.
The room is grand and exquisite, with many details that stand up to close inspection. The courtyard is a hidden gem, offering views of the river, lawn, and forest stretching from near to far. It’s incredibly layered and very quiet. The soaking pool in the courtyard is also wonderfully comfortable, filling up quickly. In the end, my son and I decided to skip the crowds at Emei Mountain and just relax in the room, enjoying the scenery – wasn't that a better idea?
Finally, a big thank you to our butler, JUNE. She was incredibly attentive, making our check-in seamless, and all our specific personal requests were handled far beyond our expectations. Most importantly, she recommended several restaurants near the hotel entrance, each one more delicious than the last, which was a huge help!

Our experience at this family-friendly hotel far exceeded our expectations! From the moment we stepped into the lobby, my child was captivated by the play area and welcome gifts. The thoughtful details in the room, like the kids' tent, special toiletries, and anti-collision corners, were truly exceptional. The variety of parent-child activities was fantastic, and the buffet catered perfectly to both adults and children. The staff's genuine and warm smiles, always considering families' needs, truly allowed me to enjoy a relaxing and pleasant vacation. My child cried when it was time to leave, and we've already promised to come back again! Highly recommend it to all families traveling with kids.

1yaoThe room decor is elegant, and the hygiene is spotless. The courtyard is also very cozy, lush with greenery. The best part is being able to hear all sorts of nature sounds from the room, like cuckoos, crickets, and chickens. As a city dweller, I found it incredibly relaxing—something man-made environments in big city resorts can't compare to. Plus, the hotel has a pool, and it was so pleasant to sit there in the evening, enjoying drinks and snacks. Truly excellent value for money!

The room layout is well-designed, with a partition between the bedroom and living room, and two bathrooms. The courtyard also boasts a variety of plants, including four trees and small bamboo, making it a very pleasant spot to eat and chat. The breakfast was also excellent. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Leshan!

The hotel was a pleasant surprise during our trip; the kids and our dog were very happy with it, as it had a large bathtub and a small garden. Since we were leaving very early the next day, our butler, Jiqing, thoughtfully packed breakfast and provided a lot of information on sightseeing and dining options. Leshan is a treasure trove of a city; besides the Giant Buddha, there are many other fun places to visit. I would definitely choose to cycle solo for a thousand miles again next time.

The hotel is located relatively near to Emeishan High Speed Rail Station and the hotel conveniently provides pick up and drop off service upon guests' request, though Mandarin communication skills may be required. It is however possible to contact the hotel through the Trip.com message portal to arrange the pick up service. The room was very pleasant and well furnished with amenities. My only gripe is the toiletries provided (soap, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion) are limited in small bottles and had to be carefully rationed. They also provide free breakfast which I found to be quite satisfactory, though don't expect a Western continental breakfast. Got to try chaoshou wontons and corn leaf wrapped Baba for the first time, so that was good. You can ask to copy Buddhist scripture in the dining hall or they can send the kit to your room at your leisure. The public hot spring was under maintenance, but it was satisfactory enough to use the private hot spring in my room. Overall a very lovely stay. Staff are also very helpful in recommending the sites, attractions, food and how to get around, though Mandarin again required.

This hotel is located in a resort community, just 2 kilometers from Mount Emei, essentially right at the foot of the mountain. The location offers great value for money. The environment is very tranquil, and the rooms are decorated with a strong Chinese flair and are very spacious. From the higher floors and rooms with good views, you can even see Mount Emei from the balcony! Although the room facilities are a bit dated, they are very clean, and the staff are very enthusiastic. It's a really good choice.

Guest UserThe room is reasonably clean given it is deep inside the Emei Mountain. There is still some walking distance from here to the cable car station to the Jinding. Therefore, if you plan to watch the sunrise at the top of Jinding, you need to start walking to the cable car station early in the morning or you'd better stay at a hotel at the top of Jinding, which will be 2 to 3 times more expensive. The cable car system starts operating around 20 minutes before sunrise. There are many dining choices around the hotel. You may be able to see some wild monkeys around the area.

The accommodation at Leidongping was rather basic. It was good that our upstairs room had an external window, so it wasn't damp and didn't have any musty smell. However, the facilities were definitely old and outdated, but it was tolerable for just one night. The main drawbacks were the poor sound insulation and the inconsistent water temperature, which kept fluctuating between hot and cold. I hope the owner invests in some much-needed upgrades!
