"fantastic view from our corner room 718. day time and evening was amazing. clean, quiet. and comfortable. close to everything we needed. the only negative was workmen below renovating the park which was noisy at times. at the rate theyre working they will finish soon. and the toilet is in close proximity to the sleeping area little privacy."

They even reminded us about the breakfast options for the next morning, which was super reassuring. The next day, they proactively told us how to buy tickets for the Leshan Giant Buddha, including boat tickets. It’s perfect for a trip where you don’t want to do much planning, as they’ve thought of everything! The hotel itself is great, and it's a standalone building, which means you don't have to share elevators or floors with guests from other hotels. The environment is lovely, and it’s one of Leshan's more design-forward hotels, making it a great spot for photos too."

"I stayed at this hotel in late January. I didn't pay attention to the details when I booked, but there was road construction directly in front of the main entrance, making it inaccessible to vehicles. I had to take a taxi to a residential area near the back of the hotel. I was quite disoriented when I got out of the car and had to search a bit before finding the main entrance. My first impression was a bit disappointing; the surroundings didn't seem very good. Some rooms faced the residential area. However, the front desk staff, both the young man and young woman, were incredibly friendly. Their warm smiles made up for the initial disappointment. They even helped me switch to a room with a partial river view. On the second day, when I went out, I realized that this location would be excellent if not for the road construction. It offers river views, and a snack street with many well-known eateries is just a 10-minute walk away. It's incredibly convenient for exploring and dining. If the road construction is finished, a stroll along the river would be quite pleasant. The picture shows the view outside the hotel's main entrance."

"Facilities: The hotel facilities are very new and well-designed. The lobby is spacious and even has a calligraphy corner with flowing water. There are small fish and parrots at the front desk, which the kids loved. The room was also very large, and I must say the pillows were incredibly comfortable, leading to a great night's sleep. Service: The hotel's service was also excellent. After adding them on WeChat, they even recommended local eateries, and we ended up trying Yepopo Bobo Chicken nearby. The hotel breakfast was also quite unique; it was a set meal with dishes like crispy shaomian noodles, steamed buns, zongzi, and chia seed pudding – very filling! The hotel is conveniently located close to the high-speed rail station, making it easy to catch a train, and it's also not far from the Leshan Giant Buddha."

"Our friend booked the hotel and we arrived there first. As soon as we entered the hotel, we sent a message to him saying that he made a great choice and that the service attitude was so good, proactive and enthusiastic. There was green bean soup, free coffee and plum juice as soon as we entered the door, and they also helped us solve small problems. They even sent chopsticks in the middle of the night after just a phone call. Ask the front desk for ice cubes and they will give you the ones they freeze for themselves. The environment is also very nice and clean, with a large window, which is perfect for taking pictures."

GGuest UserThis was my first time in Leshan, and I chose this hotel because I liked the idea of having a small courtyard and a spacious room, around 70 square meters. I didn't hesitate to book it. I added the front desk on WeChat, and they told me to wait for the hotel's buggy at the Leshan Museum. Check-in was very quick, and the front desk staff were incredibly enthusiastic; they even offered to help me with my heavy luggage. The room certainly didn't disappoint. It had a wet/dry separated bathroom, a washing machine, and a king-sized bed with clean, high-quality bedding. I took a stroll around the courtyard, which had a parasol and a table. You could also exit the courtyard directly, which I believe leads to the Min River at the foot of the Leshan Giant Buddha! We even spotted some stray kittens during our walk. The hotel offers breakfast, which is a bit of a walk, so I'd recommend taking the buggy. The breakfast spread was quite varied. Another convenient feature is that the scenic area shuttle bus stop is just fifty meters from the hotel entrance. Overall, it was a great stay and I'm very satisfied. The service attitude was excellent.

GGuest UserThis hotel is pretty good for being near the scenic area. I booked it based on recommendations from Xiaohongshu (Little Red Book). The room size and overall design are excellent! I had read some reviews about poor soundproofing, but honestly, it was completely quiet! No issues there at all. I particularly want to thank Lynn. I had some supplies delivered to the hotel, and she contacted me almost a week in advance to help with an upgrade. She was incredibly responsive, answering all my questions and making sure all my requests were noted and handled. She also gave great recommendations for local food, drinks, and activities. On my last day, as I was leaving, my earphones fell out of my bag. The cleaning lady/greeter at the entrance helped me pick them up. Honestly, I was really touched by such thoughtful attention to detail. This hotel is perfect for a relaxing, slow-paced trip. Highly recommend it! 👍 I forgot to take photos of the hotel, so I'm just sharing a few pictures of the snacks Lynn recommended! They were super delicious, hehe. 😁

GGuest UserThe hotel is located relatively near to Emeishan High Speed Rail Station and the hotel conveniently provides pick up and drop off service upon guests' request, though Mandarin communication skills may be required. It is however possible to contact the hotel through the Trip.com message portal to arrange the pick up service. The room was very pleasant and well furnished with amenities. My only gripe is the toiletries provided (soap, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion) are limited in small bottles and had to be carefully rationed. They also provide free breakfast which I found to be quite satisfactory, though don't expect a Western continental breakfast. Got to try chaoshou wontons and corn leaf wrapped Baba for the first time, so that was good. You can ask to copy Buddhist scripture in the dining hall or they can send the kit to your room at your leisure. The public hot spring was under maintenance, but it was satisfactory enough to use the private hot spring in my room. Overall a very lovely stay. Staff are also very helpful in recommending the sites, attractions, food and how to get around, though Mandarin again required.

GGuest UserExcellent! The environment is really nice, and the service is excellent. There are stairs leading up to the pool, and the staff helped us with our luggage the whole time. The pool isn't very big, and it was cold, so we didn't go in. Actually, a hot spring would have been even better! The breakfast noodles were delicious! It's also very close to the Buddha statue! I would definitely come again if I have the chance.

Facilities: The hotel offers welcome fruits and a sweet soup. The room isn't huge, but it has a bay window, which is perfect for reading, drinking tea, and enjoying the view. There's also a simple playground behind the hotel where you can splash around or swing. Getting there: We took a taxi from Leshan High-speed Rail Station to Leshan Museum, and the hotel provides a complimentary shuttle service, which was also a great plus.

The hotel seems to have been open for a very long time, and the renovation appears quite old-fashioned. However, this doesn’t significantly affect the overall cleanliness of the hotel, although some areas might not be as clean due to the age of the building. During our stay, the toilet bowl was clogged. We informed the front desk before leaving, and the issue was resolved by the time we returned. The breakfast is average with limited options, but every morning a staff brings it to our room. Since the breakfast is free and included, there isn’t much to complain about. Overall, this place is value for money.

MM355679****We got a free room upgrade, and the owner is super nice and beautiful! The room was very clean, spacious, and unique, with a separate toilet and shower. Breakfast was also included and delicious. It's really close to the Emei Mountain Tourist Center, just a 5-minute walk away. It was a bit rainy that day, and the owner was incredibly helpful, reminding us to buy shoe covers. We were also able to store our luggage, and the owner even drove us to the station! It was just fantastic, and I highly recommend everyone stay here. There's no need to pick a place near Leidongping because private cars can't even go past the Zero Kilometer parking lot anyway. You still have to take the scenic bus to go up the mountain. From the Tourist Center, it's a two-hour bus ride to Leidongping. Then you can hike up (to the monkey area).

GGuest UserThe hotel is very close to the cable car, and dining is quite convenient. The owners are very welcoming and enthusiastic. My friends and I came to Mount Emei for a self-driving trip, but cars can only go as far as the Zero Kilometer parking lot, from where you have to take a shuttle bus up Mount Emei.

GGuest UserThe accommodation at Leidongping was rather basic. It was good that our upstairs room had an external window, so it wasn't damp and didn't have any musty smell. However, the facilities were definitely old and outdated, but it was tolerable for just one night. The main drawbacks were the poor sound insulation and the inconsistent water temperature, which kept fluctuating between hot and cold. I hope the owner invests in some much-needed upgrades!
