Everything was amazing from start to end. Our host picked us up from the train station and took us directly to the accomodation. He waited while we got changed to quickly shuttle us to the pickup area for the bus to the Golden Summit. At the end of the day, he was waiting for us to shuttle us back to the hotel. The hotel’s location is spectacular and our room was beautiful with an amazing view of the mountains. We ate dinner at the hotel and the food was delicious. Breakfast, likewise, was really tasty. The staff really made us feel comfortable and were available to answer questions and provide suggestions at any time. Felt like a very luxurious stay.

Our stay was truly exceptional from beginning to end. The rooms were excellent—very comfortable, clean, spacious, and well maintained—but what really made this hotel special was the incredible level of hospitality and attention to detail. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed. The hotel prepared a special welcome dinner for us, and they also organized a wonderful Valentine’s Day dinner, which was such a thoughtful and memorable touch. They went far beyond what we normally expect from a hotel. Transportation was arranged for us to different tourist attractions, as well as to train and bus stations, making it extremely easy to explore the area. The staff also helped us plan our excursions to the different mountains nearby, giving us recommendations and making sure we were properly prepared. For our excursions, they even prepared lunch boxes with food and provided shoe covers, rain protection, umbrellas, and everything else we might need depending on the weather. These small details made a huge difference and allowed us to simply enjoy the experience without worrying about logistics. What impressed us the most was how attentive, kind, and proactive the entire staff was. They didn't just provide accommodation—they genuinely cared about making our whole trip as comfortable, easy, and enjoyable as possible. Whenever we needed something, they were ready to help, often anticipating what we might need before we even asked. The combination of excellent rooms, outstanding service, transportation, excursion assistance, thoughtful meals, and personal attention made this one of the most memorable hotel experiences of our trip. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel, especially to anyone planning to explore the mountains and attractions in the area. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and accommodating throughout our stay. She even helped us arrange transportation to Leshan and assisted us with every detail we needed, making our trip completely stress-free. Facilities: The bathroom has underfloor heating, and there's a dehumidifier next to the bathtub in the living room, which perfectly solves any dampness issues. Service: The young lady at the front desk was very friendly and kind to the children. Cleanliness: Clean and tidy, very satisfied with the bedding. Environment: The garden and pool view from the courtyard is excellent. Book Cafe: The biggest highlight is the book cafe which has picture books suitable for children; my five-and-a-half-year-old had a great time reading them. Welcome snacks: A generous combination of fruits and biscuits.

The Hongzhu Forest Hotel offers a fantastic resort experience with an excellent location, right next to Baoguo Temple and the tourist bus station, making transportation incredibly convenient. The resort grounds are serene and tranquil. Upon check-in, we were assigned a dedicated butler who provided thoughtful greetings and patiently answered all our questions. The breakfast featured a wide variety of delicious local specialties. The mineral hot springs here are superb, with plenty of pools. After a soak, both body and mind felt completely relaxed and soothed. The hotel also has a swimming pool and a gym for recreation. The guest rooms are well-equipped, featuring a clean and functional bathtub. Overall, the value for money is outstanding. This is a perfect place to stay when vacationing in Emei Mountain.

The hotel's location and natural environment are excellent, feeling like a large outdoor park. There are numerous hot spring pools, both indoor and outdoor options, as well as an indoor swimming pool. The hotel offers a wide range of activities for guests, with the celebrity culture讲解 (explanation/talk) and sachet-making experience being particularly enjoyable. The client manager and staff are all very professional, dedicated, and enthusiastically provide various services. The breakfast is quite varied, and you can even sample local Emei snacks. A special thanks goes to the hotel for their professional and warm service: when an elderly family member suddenly fell ill, the client manager immediately helped arrange a hotel car and even used a wheelchair to escort them to the high-speed rail entrance. We will definitely choose Hongzhushan Hotel for our next trip.

This hotel is located in a beautiful old neighborhood surrounded by traditional houses and lovely gardens. From the very first moment of arrival, seeing the green trees and the old houses blended together created a very peaceful and pleasant feeling. Overall, spending time both inside the hotel and around the area was truly enjoyable. There are beautiful tea houses and charming restaurants nearby, which make the atmosphere even more special. The staff members do their very best to make sure guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Their kindness and hospitality are truly appreciated. Thank you for your hospitality.

A summer trip to Emei Mountain was made even better by this hot spring resort's ”Summer Adventure” experience – a perfect choice for families with kids! The moment you step into the hotel, you're captivated by its forest-like environment – ​​the windows offer panoramic views of rolling green hills, and every breath is filled with the fresh scent of nature. Just a 10-minute walk from the scenic area entrance, you can easily return to the hotel for a relaxing soak in the cool spring pools after exploring the area with your kids, offering privacy and convenience. The biggest surprise was coinciding with the ”Summer Adventure” event! Saturday's hot spring fun was a paradise for the kids: water battles with splashing water, kayaking races for the whole family, and a ”South-to-North Water Diversion” game testing teamwork – the children were soaking wet from head to toe, yet still clamoring for ”one more round!” The butler service was impeccable: they proactively contacted us during booking, sending scenic area guides via WeChat; upon check-in, they provided children's slippers and mosquito repellent patches; and upon check-out, simply leave your room key in the room – completely freeing up your hands. The room has its own private hot spring bath. My skin felt so smooth after soaking in it. The butler told me that the hot spring water is radon from 3,000 meters underground, rich in 24 kinds of minerals. Even my fatigue was washed away.

My stay at Shifang Sanyuan Zen Hot Spring was absolutely perfect, I have to rave about it! The moment I walked in, the atmosphere was so peaceful. The courtyard is tranquil and elegant, with Zen-inspired touches everywhere, making evening strolls incredibly relaxing. The private hot spring was clean and comfortable, with the water temperature just right. After a soak, I felt completely soothed and all my travel fatigue melted away. A special shout-out to the front desk lady – she was so kind and thoughtful. Check-in was fast and efficient, and she thoughtfully explained how to use the hot spring and suggested nearby attractions. She patiently and thoroughly answered all my questions, her service was truly heartwarming. The room was spotless, well-equipped, quiet, and peaceful. It’s also very close to Baoguo Temple, making it convenient for getting around. Overall, it’s excellent value for money, perfect for a relaxing getaway or a short vacation. I’ve already recommended it to friends and will definitely be back!

The hotel is built along the Emei River, offering stunning views of the green mountains right from your window. Lush greenery surrounds the riverbanks, and the air is wonderfully fresh. It's just a few minutes' walk to the Emeishan Tourist Center, making trips up the mountain incredibly convenient. It's a tranquil retreat that still feels vibrant. The hygiene standards are definitely five-star; the guest rooms are spotless, with no hidden corners. The bedding is soft and clean, and the bathroom is dry and odor-free, with meticulous daily housekeeping. The service is thoughtful and attentive. Staff proactively helped with luggage upon arrival, and our dedicated butler, Xiao Li, was always available. She patiently explained hiking routes, and any requests were met with lightning-fast responses. The facilities are comprehensive, with private hot spring baths, outdoor hot springs, a children's playground, a gym, and a tea room – everything you could need. The smart-home enabled rooms are comfortable and pleasant, and you can even enjoy a relaxing fishing session by the river. It's perfect for both family vacations and romantic getaways. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit to Emeishan!
