Everything was amazing from start to end. Our host picked us up from the train station and took us directly to the accomodation. He waited while we got changed to quickly shuttle us to the pickup area for the bus to the Golden Summit. At the end of the day, he was waiting for us to shuttle us back to the hotel. The hotel’s location is spectacular and our room was beautiful with an amazing view of the mountains. We ate dinner at the hotel and the food was delicious. Breakfast, likewise, was really tasty. The staff really made us feel comfortable and were available to answer questions and provide suggestions at any time. Felt like a very luxurious stay.

An Exceptional Stay at Zoland Emeishan — Beyond Expectations Our stay at Zoland Emeishan was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, every detail was thoughtfully taken care of and the level of service was truly impeccable. What really sets Zoland apart is the one-on-one butler service. Every little request was handled with genuine warmth and attention. We truly felt so well taken care of throughout our stay. The food was another highlight — every meal was a gourmet experience, beautifully presented and incredibly delicious. The quality, creativity and attention to detail in the cuisine were truly on another level. A very special thank you to Mr Ma, the General Manager, who personally brought us on an evening walk along a route behind the hotel towards Qingyin Temple — a path only locals would know. Along the way, he shared fascinating stories about Emeishan. It was such a personal and memorable experience. Zoland isn’t simply a beautiful hotel nestled in the mountains — it is the people and their genuine hospitality that make it extraordinary. The combination of serene surroundings, exceptional cuisine, impeccable butler service and incredibly warm hospitality makes this one of those rare stays that you remember long after you leave. A huge thank you to Mr Ma and the entire Zoland team for making our stay so memorable. We came for the beauty and tranquillity of Emeishan, but we left completely won over by the hospitality. Emei Utopia Hentique Resort is a wonderful place to stay if you are looking for a peaceful and relaxing getaway surrounded by nature. The resort is beautifully set amidst lush greenery, creating a tranquil atmosphere that makes it easy to unwind and escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. The room we stayed in came with a private hot spring, which was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. The room amenities were excellent, and the hotel also offers great facilities that make the overall experience very comfortable and enjoyable. The breakfast selection was another highlight, with an excellent variety of choices to suit different tastes. We also appreciated the complimentary airport transfer service, which was a very thoughtful and convenient touch. The only downside is that the resort is located some distance away from Emei city, so getting around can be slightly less convenient if you plan to explore the city frequently. However, if your priority is relaxation, nature and a peaceful resort experience, the location is well worth the trade-off. Lastly we would like to extend our appreciation and compliments to 小包， who was excellent in her service and recommendation during our stay to make it a memorable trip for us.

Facilities: The bathroom has underfloor heating, and there's a dehumidifier next to the bathtub in the living room, which perfectly solves any dampness issues. Service: The young lady at the front desk was very friendly and kind to the children. Cleanliness: Clean and tidy, very satisfied with the bedding. Environment: The garden and pool view from the courtyard is excellent. Book Cafe: The biggest highlight is the book cafe which has picture books suitable for children; my five-and-a-half-year-old had a great time reading them. Welcome snacks: A generous combination of fruits and biscuits.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, close to Baoguo Temple and the tourist bus station, offering a serene and tranquil environment. Upon arrival, a dedicated butler warmly greeted us and patiently answered all our questions. The rooms are well-equipped with amenities, including a bathtub, and are spotlessly clean and comfortable. Breakfast features a variety of delicious local specialty snacks. The hotel also offers a mineral hot spring with numerous pools, providing a truly relaxing and pleasant experience, alongside a swimming pool and gym. Overall, it offers outstanding value for money and convenient access for travel. It's a highly recommended choice whether you're looking for a relaxing getaway or exploring Mount Emei.

A summer trip to Emei Mountain was made even better by this hot spring resort's ”Summer Adventure” experience – a perfect choice for families with kids! The moment you step into the hotel, you're captivated by its forest-like environment – ​​the windows offer panoramic views of rolling green hills, and every breath is filled with the fresh scent of nature. Just a 10-minute walk from the scenic area entrance, you can easily return to the hotel for a relaxing soak in the cool spring pools after exploring the area with your kids, offering privacy and convenience. The biggest surprise was coinciding with the ”Summer Adventure” event! Saturday's hot spring fun was a paradise for the kids: water battles with splashing water, kayaking races for the whole family, and a ”South-to-North Water Diversion” game testing teamwork – the children were soaking wet from head to toe, yet still clamoring for ”one more round!” The butler service was impeccable: they proactively contacted us during booking, sending scenic area guides via WeChat; upon check-in, they provided children's slippers and mosquito repellent patches; and upon check-out, simply leave your room key in the room – completely freeing up your hands. The room has its own private hot spring bath. My skin felt so smooth after soaking in it. The butler told me that the hot spring water is radon from 3,000 meters underground, rich in 24 kinds of minerals. Even my fatigue was washed away.

My stay at Mount Emei this time exceeded my expectations. The butler was incredibly attentive throughout, even proactively sending me daily weather updates for the mountain in the mornings, reminding me about the temperature difference at the Golden Summit and the slippery mountain paths – crucial information for hiking. They patiently answered all my questions before I ascended the mountain. The room was clean, the bedding comfortable, and it was very quiet at night, ensuring a good rest. Breakfast was served on the first floor of building five, with ample dining time and good taste. The hotel even prepared a thoughtful souvenir, a really heartwarming detail. The location was convenient for getting around. I could easily arrange shuttle service to the station and inquire about late check-out. After a tiring journey, returning to the hotel and experiencing such considerate service, not just polite but genuinely welcoming, was wonderful. The entire hotel grounds, with its lake and mountain scenery, were beautiful. There's also a forest hot spring to enjoy in the evening. Next time I visit Mount Emei, I'll definitely choose this place again, and I highly recommend it to friends planning to hike. The restaurant offered several non-spicy dishes that my child loved, and the value for money was excellent. Finally, I have to especially commend the service – it was incredibly thoughtful and considerate. They even provided medical supplies and various conveniences when they learned I was injured before my stay. Their warmth felt nothing like a state-owned hotel; I'm truly grateful!

This hotel is located in a beautiful old neighborhood surrounded by traditional houses and lovely gardens. From the very first moment of arrival, seeing the green trees and the old houses blended together created a very peaceful and pleasant feeling. Overall, spending time both inside the hotel and around the area was truly enjoyable. There are beautiful tea houses and charming restaurants nearby, which make the atmosphere even more special. The staff members do their very best to make sure guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Their kindness and hospitality are truly appreciated. Thank you for your hospitality.

On our first night, we were given a street-facing room, and the noise from passing traffic disturbed us in the mornings. After a quick chat with the front desk, the staff immediately and graciously moved us to a larger, quieter room at no extra charge. Their problem-solving efficiency was excellent, and their attitude was incredibly gentle. We also received complimentary breakfast during our stay, which offered a wide variety of delicious options. The location is very convenient. It's a short taxi ride to Baoguo Temple, Fuhu Temple, and the Maluqiao Food Street, making it easy to get around with kids. The overall ambiance is a quiet, comfortable, and clean new-Chinese Zen-style courtyard. When traveling, such genuine and thoughtful service is a rare find. They didn't pass the buck when problems arose and made every effort to help guests. If I ever return to the foot of Mount Emei, I wouldn't hesitate to choose this place again. I genuinely recommend it to families traveling with children.

Choosing Wyndham was a happy accident. I didn't check reviews or do any research; I simply picked it because of the room size. This was a family trip (2 adults, 2 children), and while typical hotel rooms are around 30 sqm, here they're 50-60 sqm. The spacious room meant the kids had plenty of space to play without feeling cramped. I've stayed in smaller rooms before where just opening a suitcase made it hard to move around. Upon checking in, I was pleasantly surprised. This place feels more like a family-friendly hotel. It boasts three swimming pools, with both heated and regular temperature options. There's even an LED screen by the pool showing cartoons, which is a lifesaver for parents when the kids get tired of swimming. Next, let's talk about breakfast. I'm used to pre-made pastries, but here, the waffles are freshly baked! The moment you cut into them, a rich milky aroma fills the air. They're warm but not scalding, soft and chewy – I just love freshly baked goods. I always save the best for last: a special shout-out to customer service representative Xiao Jia. After checking in, I added her on WeChat. Whether I had a question about how something worked or needed staff to come help combine beds, she always replied instantly. I almost thought I was talking to an AI, even though the front desk seemed quite busy; she must just be incredibly fast. I've rambled on, but in short, I highly recommend this hotel. Oh, and it's also very close to the Huangwan Tourist Center, just a 5-minute walk from the hotel entrance – definitely solo traveler friendly!
