On a spontaneous trip, I unexpectedly discovered this hidden gem of a guesthouse. The location is superb, just a three-minute walk to Huangwan Tourist Center. The room was spacious and bright, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable. For someone who frequently travels for business, the comfort of the bedding is immediately noticeable. Good bedding leads to good rest, which is essential for enjoying the next day's adventures. The breakfast selection was rich, and although it was a set menu, the variety was thoughtfully put together. Some guests mentioned the portions were so generous they couldn't finish it all, and I even took some eggs and yogurt to eat on the go. The soy milk at breakfast was absolutely amazing! The owner said it's freshly ground every morning, which explains its delicate and silky smooth texture. With all these fantastic qualities, the handsome owner offering complimentary pickup and drop-off at the high-speed rail station almost feels like an afterthought, hahaha! Businesses that are thoughtful and high-quality truly deserve recognition! Oh, and before I left, I also bought their 'Piao Xue' jasmine tea – it tastes great and isn't expensive, perfect for both gifts and personal enjoyment!

Everything was amazing from start to end. Our host picked us up from the train station and took us directly to the accomodation. He waited while we got changed to quickly shuttle us to the pickup area for the bus to the Golden Summit. At the end of the day, he was waiting for us to shuttle us back to the hotel. The hotel’s location is spectacular and our room was beautiful with an amazing view of the mountains. We ate dinner at the hotel and the food was delicious. Breakfast, likewise, was really tasty. The staff really made us feel comfortable and were available to answer questions and provide suggestions at any time. Felt like a very luxurious stay.

Our stay was truly exceptional from beginning to end. The rooms were excellent—very comfortable, clean, spacious, and well maintained—but what really made this hotel special was the incredible level of hospitality and attention to detail. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed. The hotel prepared a special welcome dinner for us, and they also organized a wonderful Valentine’s Day dinner, which was such a thoughtful and memorable touch. They went far beyond what we normally expect from a hotel. Transportation was arranged for us to different tourist attractions, as well as to train and bus stations, making it extremely easy to explore the area. The staff also helped us plan our excursions to the different mountains nearby, giving us recommendations and making sure we were properly prepared. For our excursions, they even prepared lunch boxes with food and provided shoe covers, rain protection, umbrellas, and everything else we might need depending on the weather. These small details made a huge difference and allowed us to simply enjoy the experience without worrying about logistics. What impressed us the most was how attentive, kind, and proactive the entire staff was. They didn't just provide accommodation—they genuinely cared about making our whole trip as comfortable, easy, and enjoyable as possible. Whenever we needed something, they were ready to help, often anticipating what we might need before we even asked. The combination of excellent rooms, outstanding service, transportation, excursion assistance, thoughtful meals, and personal attention made this one of the most memorable hotel experiences of our trip. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel, especially to anyone planning to explore the mountains and attractions in the area. The architecture blends seamlessly with the surrounding mountains and wilderness. The hotel offers a comprehensive range of amenities, including courtyards, guest rooms, a swimming pool, a restaurant, and a cafe. Facilities: The facilities are well-equipped and excellently maintained. Cleanliness: The indoor areas are spotless. Despite being in a mountainous area, there wasn't a single mosquito. Environment: The environment is beautiful, with stunning views at every turn. Service: The service, from the front desk to the restaurant, was incredibly thoughtful. They helped with luggage and were especially attentive to our children.

I'd always heard great things about Le Méridien Emei, and this time, choosing it over Hongzhushan was definitely the right decision – everything was absolutely perfect! The hotel's exterior, including the gardens, roads, lawns, and lake, was incredibly soothing and the scenery was stunning! Inside, the decor, art displays, and even the music playing were all so stylish and hit just the right note for me. The room was also very spacious, and all the facilities were quite new; just a minor suggestion to upgrade the showerhead. The shower gel, shampoo, body lotion, and hand soap also had pleasant scents! Breakfast in the morning was fantastic, with a wide and rich variety of high-quality dishes, not just something thrown together. Finally, the service deserves a huge shout-out. Every single staff member, no exaggeration, greeted us warmly. Whether it was the concierge at the door, the front desk staff, housekeepers, restaurant staff, or drivers, everyone's attitude was exceptionally good. They were incredibly patient in helping us with any issues or giving us information. Room service was also very responsive (the staff's lapel pins paired with their white suits looked great!). When I asked for a plaster, the staff even thoughtfully asked if I was injured to better assist me – truly commendatory attention to detail! Even when we unexpectedly decided to go to Jinding the next day, and it was already 3 PM, the hotel readily agreed to let us check out when we asked. They patiently explained how to get to Jinding, and later, when we couldn't go and rebooked, they even upgraded us to a lake-view room. You could really feel their 'people-first' approach and how incredibly thoughtful they were! They also provide pick-up and drop-off from the high-speed rail station. We arrived very late at night, and even though the driver was off duty, the hotel specially arranged a Didi (ride-hailing service) for us, showing their thoroughness in every detail. For someone like me who tends to worry and be on edge about everything, Le Méridien helped me relax, as their service provided such a sense of security. I sincerely thank all the staff for giving us a truly wonderful and comfortable stay. I'll definitely choose Le Méridien every time I visit Emei from now on; it's truly worth it.

This hotel is located in a beautiful old neighborhood surrounded by traditional houses and lovely gardens. From the very first moment of arrival, seeing the green trees and the old houses blended together created a very peaceful and pleasant feeling. Overall, spending time both inside the hotel and around the area was truly enjoyable. There are beautiful tea houses and charming restaurants nearby, which make the atmosphere even more special. The staff members do their very best to make sure guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Their kindness and hospitality are truly appreciated. Thank you for your hospitality.

On our first night, we were given a street-facing room, and the noise from passing traffic disturbed us in the mornings. After a quick chat with the front desk, the staff immediately and graciously moved us to a larger, quieter room at no extra charge. Their problem-solving efficiency was excellent, and their attitude was incredibly gentle. We also received complimentary breakfast during our stay, which offered a wide variety of delicious options. The location is very convenient. It's a short taxi ride to Baoguo Temple, Fuhu Temple, and the Maluqiao Food Street, making it easy to get around with kids. The overall ambiance is a quiet, comfortable, and clean new-Chinese Zen-style courtyard. When traveling, such genuine and thoughtful service is a rare find. They didn't pass the buck when problems arose and made every effort to help guests. If I ever return to the foot of Mount Emei, I wouldn't hesitate to choose this place again. I genuinely recommend it to families traveling with children.

Choosing Wyndham was a happy accident. I didn't check reviews or do any research; I simply picked it because of the room size. This was a family trip (2 adults, 2 children), and while typical hotel rooms are around 30 sqm, here they're 50-60 sqm. The spacious room meant the kids had plenty of space to play without feeling cramped. I've stayed in smaller rooms before where just opening a suitcase made it hard to move around. Upon checking in, I was pleasantly surprised. This place feels more like a family-friendly hotel. It boasts three swimming pools, with both heated and regular temperature options. There's even an LED screen by the pool showing cartoons, which is a lifesaver for parents when the kids get tired of swimming. Next, let's talk about breakfast. I'm used to pre-made pastries, but here, the waffles are freshly baked! The moment you cut into them, a rich milky aroma fills the air. They're warm but not scalding, soft and chewy – I just love freshly baked goods. I always save the best for last: a special shout-out to customer service representative Xiao Jia. After checking in, I added her on WeChat. Whether I had a question about how something worked or needed staff to come help combine beds, she always replied instantly. I almost thought I was talking to an AI, even though the front desk seemed quite busy; she must just be incredibly fast. I've rambled on, but in short, I highly recommend this hotel. Oh, and it's also very close to the Huangwan Tourist Center, just a 5-minute walk from the hotel entrance – definitely solo traveler friendly!

The hotel is ideally located very close to the scenic area, boasting a beautiful environment and fresh air. The service was incredibly attentive, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. They offered a generous amount of complimentary amenities, including station pick-up/drop-off, fresh fruit, and afternoon tea. The overall service was truly outstanding.

I booked 1 night at this hotel just before I ascended Jinding. After a gruelling hike from Baguo temple it was such a nice surprise to stay at this hotel. We arrived at around 9PM and we were able to still order dinner and it was so tasty! The first hot meal of the day for us! After that I took a rest and then saw that my room was full of mosquitos (I left the lights on and the window open) so I went downstairs to call for help. The owners were so nice to help me get rid of the mosquitos and then I joined her downstairs for a minute. The room itself was very clean and the bed was nice too. Totally recommend this hotel!
