"On the first day of check-in, I was a little disappointed by the average attitude of the front desk staff in dealing with room facilities. I was going to change hotels the next day, but surprisingly, the front desk manager and the staff on duty that day responded quickly to the airport pick-up fee I mentioned earlier and gave a solution, which made me change my mind about changing hotels. These were very impressive."

"The reason I booked this hotel was because of the superb reviews. I can confirm the accuracy of those reviews. This is a fabulous place to stay. The staff are great. The facilities are exceptional. The restaurant is wonderful and has such a variety of delicious food. The health pool has crystal clear water. My room was much larger than what I'm used to over the last five weeks of traveling. It is easy to get the concierge to book excursions. There are airline check-in machines in the foyer. This is easily the best hotel I have stayed in over the past five weeks and comes with my highest recommendation."
