Very friendly, helpful, happy staff! The room and the bed was excellent. It is petfriendly. The food was good.

This is a decent hotel. Very basic. Nothing special, but clean and safe.

We didn’t get the room we reserved, it was only one with that description I showed them the picture they said it was taken, the room was small. We didn’t get the drink we had in the reservation by *******. The food in the restaurant was terrible and expensive, the breakfast eggs uncooked and the bread old. The early check in was half of the booking price plus taxes. The front desk staff was not that great, however the housekeeper was nice

Didn’t like For those who need to go to the Coliseo, the hotel is very close, so it’s worth staying there for the convenience. But I didn’t like the breakfast — very few options and overall quite poor. Service varies. I was well attended by some staff members but very poorly received by others. The room has no windows and no air conditioning. Access involves stairs, and even though there is an elevator, you still always have to use stairs. I didn’t think it was terrible, but I was disappointed. I expected more.

Its location is strategic, as it is about 10 minutes from the historic center of the city. It is excellent when there are events at the Rumiñahui Coliseum, as it is about 200 meters away. The service is excellent and the attention is very friendly.
