"It's an almost 5-star hotel. The most positive thing is the super friendly staff, with that super cheerful vibe. The hotel's maintenance is super good, with only a few minor details like the public restrooms that require general maintenance, but not cleaning. The food is what I think could be improved a bit more, apart from the Toro restaurant, which was high quality. The food is good but not excellent. We visited all the restaurants and they were all good. I don't have anything negative about the hotel. The bad thing for us was the beach, which was impossible to swim in, with too many waves. Children can't even play on the shore, which is extremely dangerous. We even managed to see a person drowning, and thanks to the lifeguards, they were able to revive the person. The rooms are quite comfortable and large. If you're not interested in buying a property, don't agree to go to the point-based talk because you'll lose half your morning. And with the vendors on the beaches, you'll find better prices. But if you're just looking for a pool and nightlife with nightclubs, casinos, and theaters, this is the perfect hotel. If you're just looking for the beach, this isn't the hotel for you, although a 20-minute walk along the shore will take you to quiet beaches."

"My friend and I stayed at this resort for four nights, and unfortunately it was the worst resort experience we’ve ever had. A week before our arrival, I emailed to request details about our room type and never received a reply. We didn’t get the room type we booked and had to move the second day. When we arrived, the staff kept passing us from one person to another, saying it wasn’t their responsibility. A staff I believe called Mayfer simply offered us the print out hotel T&C to read. Although I had prepaid the full amount, we were asked to pay again at check-in. I showed the payment confirmation and they finally acknowledged it — but at checkout, they asked us to pay again and made us wait about 30 minutes while they tried to verify the payment. Throughout the stay, the staff showed little interest in answering questions or helping guests. While there were some visible efforts to improve, the restaurant experience was extremely disappointing. The buffet food wasn’t replenished, the quality was poor, and I personally witnessed a staff member lick an orange at the buffet — which was shocking and unacceptable. Overall, a horrible experience."

"I'm going to share my experience, as for me, my vacation was ruined from the start. Once you're checked in, the staff doesn't care what happens to you. My room flooded everywhere, and we had to call multiple times for a room change. When they finally moved us, they gave us an even worse one, ugh, honestly, it was terrible! Customer service is non-existent; they're only waiting for tips, and the staff is rude. I must commend the chef at the Koi Sushi restaurant, who was a very pleasant person. The hotel has a long way to go to be considered 5-star. Most of the facilities are exclusive to elite rooms, but they only tell you this once you've already checked in, so you practically can't use anything! I would never set foot there again; without a doubt, the worst hotel I've ever visited. The beach is horrible."
