This was my 2nd year coming back for my new years bday celebration. And quote I travel alone. You will not be bored at Riu Republica…always fun & staff are great. Check in was a little issue due to the room they gave me but got accommodated quickly to a good room and view. I will be back Riu!

I was not please with my experience here! The entertainment was sub par. The diving was limited, show dining halls closed, food was not kept in a sanitary way. There was a ton of cross contamination. Hosts would turn you away from dining due to being short staffed. The room key constantly stopped working so it because an inconvenience. The front desk was never available.

The property was clean and beautiful! Food was not good and it was hard to communicate because very few staff could understand English and could speak English.

Well the room we stayed in in the shower door did not shut the bathroom door didn’t shut either and the tv didn’t work and patio door was hard to latch never gave us enough of towel and the door keep wouldn’t work had to go down and have them reset the cards

This is a party hotel with little to no supervision or authority. I would stay clear from it unless you want to stay in a "five" star report that is noisy, dirty due to the limited cleaning staff, and sometimes unsafe.

The food was awful. Late night dining is only nachos, boiled hot dogs & strange looking burgers at ONE station for the entire resort. Facilities need updating.

Huge resort. Nicely maintained. Huge 5 pools. Pool bars. Multiple actvities. Things to do in day and nights. Get never get bored on this resort. We didnt do multiple activities outside of hotel as the hotel had all you need. Staff friendly and service top notch.

Amazing. Perfect. Out of this world. I have too much to say about Riu Republica! My family and I have never been to an all inclusive resort so we did some research and booked our stay at the Riu Republica and we are so happy we did. This resort has everything. The staff was professional and friendly, rooms were great, activities were fun, food options and quality was solid, resort/rooms were always clean, I can go on. My family likes to party and we thought it was a very party driven campus, but there were many parts on the other side of the resort that were definitely quiet and made for those who don’t like loud noises and partying. Overall this resort has something for everyone! I saw a few negative reviews before going but highly disagree with them. The only small complaint I had was that one of our rooms had an air conditioning issue that wasn’t resolved even after asking the front desk a few times, but it wasn’t a big deal. Highly recommended people to go during the holiday season, you’ll have a blast. We will be back!
