Stayed at Dreams Macao to attend a wedding. Everything about this vacation was great. The resort was very clean and had lots to do. The area was perfect and the rooms were very very welcoming. The preferred club comes with a butler that caters to your every need as well. We stayed in the preferred club master suit ocean front and will definitely visit again.

Nice rooms, nice views.
AC wouldn’t shut off so it was freezing in the rooms. Hotel didn’t have enough towels for everyone, not enough loungers for everyone at the hotel, food was served cold. My child’s things were stolen and our lounger spots were stolen.

Staff are very friendly and courtesy. Lots of activities near the main pool area. Different entertainment shows every evening. The resort is clean and my family enjoyed the stay in this resort. .

Service was poor- we didn’t receive any orientation about the amenities or even a map of the property. They just directed us to an app. Alcohol wasn’t stocked in the rooms and housekeeping came in the later afternoon early evening. They kept trying to up sell things to us (experiences? Time shares?). This wasn’t a cheap resort but the experience felt like we went cheap. Won’t be returning.

The resort is beautiful, the food was fantastic, and the staff was very friendly and smiling. I would definitely return with my family. If I had to provide a recommendation, I would recommend more variety in the daily activities, and also security to prevent the public from entering the beach area. Also, I do not think that there should be charges for activities such as ziplining.

this hotel is very nice minus there are no VIP benefits and to receive them you are given a sales pitch at check-in for $80 additional each day. Towels are very difficult to find by the pool and the ocean. The food is plentiful but not very good. We enjoyed the pizza and the hamburgers but any of the upscale dining was not what you would expect from a hotel of this price.
