Beautiful place to stay, but the service in front desk is not friendly, the guys who work there don’t have a good service attitude, I got a really bad time trying to get check out lat because my flight was delayed and we needed a place to stay, definitely I think this hotel has many good things except the front desk staff

I don't want to be too negative, because in the end, my family had a wonderful Spring vacation in Punta Cana. Our room was spacious and the buffet restaurant was good with plenty of options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The resort was also very accommodating to kids. However, there is construction on one side of the resort which is separated by a bamboo fence and there is sewer water running under the bamboo, causing the entire side of the resort to smell like sewer water. It was really bad. The front desk appeared to be understaffed and phone calls to them were often unanswered. During our stay the internet went out for approximately 24 hrs and the staff couldn't provide any updates or estimated time the situation would resolve. We ate 2 nights at the a-la-carte restaurants, but the service was too slow, especially with little kids, and orders ended up wrong or missing altogether. After the second disappointing night we agreed to go to the buffet each night for dinner. Fortunately, there was enough variety to keep things enjoyable there. The general consensus, in talking to other guest, was that everyone felt it was a very "affordable" resort. Given the price, I'm not overly disappointed with the experience, but we won't be returning.

The time is limited for everting, kids club was close even when they said it was supposed to be open, the playground was also close every time I tried to go with the kids. Besides that good staff

One of the best places we have visited in Punta Cana. Very clean, safe, friendly and caring staff, awesome beach and surroundings.

Food was okay, resort was clean and service was okay. They have nice pools and a nice beach.
If you don’t smoke I don’t recommend this resort, this is why I’m giving them 4 starts. There is people smoking everywhere, they should have designated areas where people can smoke, but believe me they are allowed to smoke in every corner.

Don’t waste your money on this property or the DR in general. There are many tropical and safe places to travel and this was not one of them. The staff was rude, the food was terrible, and the area around the property was in the literal slums

Upon arriving to the hotel, there is many people trying to haggle you and sell a timeshare. Which I did not appreciate , I am coming to relax if I wanted to buy a timeshare I would take the initiative. The service and attitude of the servers were unfriendly and acted like we were bothering them. Locals outside of the hotel were much friendlier. My money got stolen from my purse which was in a cabinet by room staff. I followed up with the front desk and spoke with a woman and filed an incident report. Security then came and searched my belongings with me present and said they would be investigating and never got back to me on the situation. I didn’t pay over $2500 to get my money stolen and have to worry about my things being stolen. The food was not the best and inconsistent at the buffet and restaurants. The hotel was beautiful and the rooms were clean with a nice view. The drinks were very watered down and inconsistent as well. I don’t think I will be coming back to Serenade, I know there are better hotels with food and service in Punta Cana. Don’t believe the hype you see on Tik Tok over this hotel.
