"We checked in pretty late. There was only one bath towel in the bathroom. We asked the front desk for more towels because we were out all day and I needed to take my kids a bath, but was Informed that we had to wait for 45min to an hour because they did not have any clean towels. Even though I booked the room for my 3 kids and I. Then we noticed the bathtub. The bathroom was dirty. It literally had hair in the tub and brownish stein from the mold that wasn’t cleaned. The front desk offered us another room right next to us to literally take a shower. But it was also dirty. Idk I have never stayed at a hotel with these bad steins before. Is that the new normal? The only thing they could offer was free breakfast even though we had already with our reservation. Never booking again."

However, because the hotel shares a parking lot with the casino, luggage is not allowed to pass through the casino lobby, making it particularly inconvenient to retrieve belongings. When you call room service to ask for a bottle of water, no one answers."

The bathroom products like soap, lotion and etc smelled nice and refreshing! We overslept so we missed breakfast but the breakfast aroma lingered throughout the lobby and was pleasant. Nice & clean overall!"

"The location is very good for Pitt or Carnegie-Mellon. The room was great and the check-in was friendly and fast. The parking is adjacent so that was nice. Sad to pay an additional $22 on top of room The bar was lively enough without being too much I was happy to be able to get breakfast starting at 6:30- and the food was good. I will stay here again."
