So disappointed! The actual building exterior, hotel rooms and restaurants looked so dated and run down compared to photos online. Amazing photos but different in person. The hotel is in the city center and the location is very good! The equipment is very new, there is a shopping mall behind the hotel, shopping is convenient, there are few Chinese people nearby, the outdoor terrace on the second floor of the breakfast hotel feels very delicious. I solved it at a nearby Japanese restaurant in the evening, and there is Starbucks near 200 meters. All of this is very good, the only bad thing is that there is no boiled water, but most hotels in the United States do not, especially this place with few Chinese.

My husband and I stopped by on 02/19/2022 to have some drinks and try the food at From The Rooftop. Unfortunately, we did not stick around to try the food because the bartender wearing his black sunglasses, who would not crack a smile or acted like he was too inconvenienced to acknowledge you as a customer was very rude. My husband stood in line for 30 mins before he got a drink. He and 2 people in front of him stood waiting as the bartender decided he would serve the party of about 10 people first, who had just walked in and decided to bypass the line that had already formed. Keep in mind it was only 1 PM and the place was not busy prior to the party of 10 arriving. We really wanted to come back and stay at the Cambria, but I don't see that happening now. We love to visit locally and give recommendations to family and friends be it word of mouth or social media, however the service we received has really made it difficult for us to give any positive feedback which is very unfortunate.

The hotel is a 10-minute walk from dining centres such as cinemas. Breakfast is still a few old-fashioned housekeeping (several kinds of bread, porridge, 2 kinds of eggs, a kind of meat, juice), which is 6-10 points. If it is late, it will be robbed by African refugees. Will add. Coffee is available free of charge throughout the day, and the front desk is opposite the commissary. Others are okay, the price is still cheap, there is no sound of taking off and landing, but the sound of the car on the road may be a bit noisy, it will be much better without opening the window, there are 2 elevators, so it will not be crowded. The room type seems to be long and narrow, and it is not clear whether an extra bed can be used. Anyway, I live alone.

The perfect place to stay if you're coming in for a flight, say, that departs the next day. Parked our car at the hotel for our 1-week trip. You need to be OK with outside-only parking. Be aware that they have a free van to and from the airport, but it doesn't run earlier than 7:30 A.M. So we'd pre-arranged a taxi which was $20 plus tip, for all four of us. Or you can just Uber it. We did use their free van service from the airport back to the hotel, in order to pick up our car. I couldn't believe how quickly the van arrived at our Sky Harbor door. The driver was so very friendly and helpful, and took care of all our luggage. I wish I could recall his name. Oh, and the hotel stay itself was wonderful. Huge, very comfortable room. Friendly, helpful check-in guy. I actually wish we could have checked in earlier than that standard 3:00 P.M. check-in time--the hotel really offers a lot but we didn't get to use most of it. They probably offer pay-for early check-in. We dined at the restaurant. Not a huge menu, but what we had was really very good. For hotel food prices, it was pretty reasonable. I highly recommend this DoubleTree. Especially if it's for trip out of Sky Harbor airport (PHX).

Super close to the airport, restaurants, gas stations and all the highways needed to go everywhere. Breakfast was just okay but the coffee was pretty good and available 24/7. Overall a 4 star experience but I rated five stars because of Andrew. Thank you for your commitment to guests and your job. Even though you checked me in after 11pm, and were obviously exhausted by 9am when I saw you again, you were still happy to help me leave my note for Robert, the supervisor. The house prices are really not cheap. The townhouses and apartments in this area were bought casually at the price of 30,000 to 40,000 US dollars in 2008. So the relative land prices, the hotel is really profitable, and the hotel has a $ 39 resort fee. Ctrip is not included in the price. So be very careful when ordering, except for local tyrants. The hotel has a lot of ”pits”. I ordered a self-service restaurant at night, so no tip was given. After signing the order, the bank sent a text message. The price increased by 20 [%] Fortunately, the bank presided over justice. The place for breakfast was not labeled, but the ordinary Crossint and donuts in a supermarket each cost $ 4 for a total of $ 8. Fortunately only booked for one day

After arriving at the airport, you need to send a shuttle bus to the front desk to pick up, and it will come soon. Dry Arizona, the scenery along the way is good. The hotel is quite satisfactory, the breakfast is quite rich, the place is big, there is waitress service. With an early buffet, equivalent to a $18, it is more cost-effective. The booked single room, the standard room is relatively large, but the parking lot on the second floor is very close. The person who cares needs to tell the front desk to have a street view when they need to check in. Like most American hotels, there are no toothpaste toothbrushes and bath soaps. The lobby is spacious; the shuttle to the airport is half an hour, on time, regular; the swimming pool is small and exquisite, on the first floor, no one in the September stay, the visual inspection is relatively clean.

We booked our hotel during a very busy time because of girls junior nationals hosted in phoenix this year. As a result the hotel was in an overbooked situation for rooms with 2 beds. Despite it not being the problem of the two front desk employees (Arlene & Makayla ) They did the best job accommodating over 10 guest after 1am. They were gracious and professional considering the circumstances they were put in by their booking system. Arlene navigating the front desk finding rooms and making calls and Makayla went up and cleaned rooms for people at 1am because they had no one to clean the rooms. This is something that I felt was wholesome and memorable. We want to thank Arlene & Makayla for the amazing service and will look forward to booking with the hotel again in the future. We stayed here the last night of our trip due to its proximity to the airport and ability to house over 4 people in a room (up to 6). The hotel itself is fine, very average. The pool does not have sunlight in the afternoon which is a minus, as that means it's relatively cold in the Winter, even though it is somewhat heated. The rooms are large and have a full kitchen which is a nice. I took a couple stars off for cleanliness by housekeeping, as they left a wet towel in our room from the previous guests, and the blanket for our kids had stains all over it (gross, even our little kids complained). All in all it was convenient for the night before a flight out, but we would look to stay elsewhere next time.

New, big, business. It is very suitable for business people residing abroad, which is similar to domestic Raffles City. The swimming pool water is not very good, and very small. The breakfast is very good, you can make your own waffle, and the service staff are also very nice. I was awakened by the master repairing the extended wall at 6 o'clock in the morning the first night, which surprised me. Doesn't Lao Mei start work after ten? ? ! ! 🚀 lose to 🌞 I wanted to stay a few more days. Phoenix was too dry and my legs were cracked...so... after staying for two nights, I left. Having experienced the abuse of kindergarten children, I hated Ctrip for a while. But after the return of sanity... Ctrip is doing better. I hope that everyone who provides perfect service to travelers will be treated kindly by Ctrip. I have to say that I am very grateful to Ctrip for the past ten days in the United States. It is professional and efficient without the impact of jet lag. 👍👍👍

Hotel location is very good, but the facilities are old, the sound is not good, the toilet space is small, and the water pipes and other rooms are connected. The temperature of the water and hot water will change next door. It is too difficult to take a bath. However, considering the lower price, the price is still ok.

To start, we arrived at 2:30pm for check in. The place smelled like ****. There were not any staff at the desk and we waited for 30 min. We could not cancel due to a ”no refund by expedia”. We left to go get gas in our vehicle. I called back and a girl at the front desk who answered the phone was laughing and totally being unprofessional. I explained that we were there waiting for 30 and nobody came to the desk. She said ”Oh, it was lunch time.” When we returned to the hotel, there were now 4 girls at the desk and all acting like they were high or something. Went to our room on the 2nd floor and gagged with the smell in the hallway. It is a terrible place! The ”clean” bed smelled like cigarette smoke and I didn't dare lay my suitcase on the floor or walk barefoot. People! YOU DON'T WANT TO STAY HERE!!

The hotel itself is quite nice if you are fortunate to be there when it isn't overrun with totally unruly children. It is centrally located which is good as all the attractions in town are spread out in a circle. Overall, we were pleased upon arrival, but that opinion soon changed. Check-in was quick. We are spire elite priority club members and were given the first floor room we had requested ( a suite to boot ) and on the back side of the hotel away from the street noise, on the courtyard, right by the pool and by the laundry and ice. Very convenient. Unfortunately, the ice by our room was out of order and we had to go a long way, and it was a bit of a walk from the lobby and restaurant. There was a lot of pool noise in the living room area until bedtime, but at least we couldn't hear any noise in the bedroom. Hotel was a free for all for children. NO peace and quiet here which is what I had been looking forward to, to sit out in the courtyard and enjoy the weather. Unfortunately, that was impossible. When our children were young we received MANY compliments from strangers telling us that our children were the most well behaved they have ever come across. Exact opposite here. Was unable to use the pool or hot tub at all. I am handicapped and could have received benefit from the pool and hot tub both. Couldn't use either because all were full of UNRULY children who were even eating in the pool and hot tub. Couldn't even hardly get down the sidewalk to my room as children were running out in front of people, throwing balls everywhere, nearly hitting people and causing them to fall down. Parents, staff, no one did anything. Finally, on the last night of our stay, some peace and could sit out on a lounge in reasonable quiet. We did not hear any noise from adjacent rooms or from above. Suite was very spacious, had a comfortable living room area with computer desk and adequate luggage area in the bedroom. Had a kitchenette area, but unfortunately miserable one cup coffee machine which made making a pitcher of tea take hours. The sink was outside the bathroom and had adequate space for your toiletries, but didn't have a towel bar for hand towels or bright enough lighting to apply make-up. Big issue was that the hook was inside the bathroom door and desperately needed to be on the outside of the door so you could use it by the sink. Could not figure out how to set the clock in the room. Bed was comfortable. Internet connected quickly but was a little slow at times. Priority club members didn't nee to use password. First time I had encountered that, and not sure how the system knew. There was no maid service but if requested they delivered fresh towels to your room. We left the trash by the front door and they emptied that too. At beginning of our stay, they left plenty of towels and paper products. At end of stay, only left a couple of towels, so we had to go to the desk and all they had to give out were bathmats. Unfort

Five stars for Andrew. Thank you for being pleasant and helpful. Check in was quick and seamless. I was thanked for being a gold HH member. Room was clean and comfortable for the most part. I hope management appreciates your dedication and willingness to help out because it's rare these days. I hope you get a much needed day off and a raise!

Came down to enjoy a little time with the grandkids. My only requirement was a swimming pool and not too expensive. Green tree went above and beyond expectations. We got to pick what floor we wanted and the gentleman at the desk put us close to the side door and close to the pool. It was perfect. We spent our day out and came back to night swim. There was another family out enjoying the pool area. The next morning we were going up to the ice machine and the guy from the pool was riding as well. Turned out he was an employee he recognized the kids and took the time to talk to them about their cool jumps into the pool. . . I woke up early to grab some coffee before the kids got up and noticed the waffle maker was down. I must have looked panicked because when I came back to grab the kids cereal the employee that takes care of the breakfast area stopped me and said she got the waffles oiled and working good. She saved the day! Even in the hospitality business it is sometimes hard to find friendly people but everyone was great. Only complaint was I didn't realize I could enter next to the circle k so I was driving all the way up and turning around on 48th Street (but that my my ditzy brain)

This hotel is the worst of the many American holidays I have stayed in. Generally speaking, the level of holiday in the United States is higher than B W, but this one is worse. The hotel is very old, and there is a strong smell of inexplicable in the aisles and rooms. The facilities are also very bad, especially the beds and bedding are very uncomfortable. It is also a rare breakfast, similar to a hotel that requires a la carte. The attitude of the hotel staff is quite good. No supporting facilities around. In fact, it is not too close to the airport, because he has to wear a high speed. There are shuttle buses, but the frequency is very low.

My husband and I brought our teenage daughter to Mountain Shadows for Labor Day weekend. The staff were all friendly and delightful. I was honestly surprised by how friendly and accommodating everyone was. The friendliness of the staff reminded me of how I’m treated when I visit Disneyland. They just seemed like they went out of their way to make sure we were having the best experience. When we visited it was too hot for the pool during the day so the pool bar wasn’t open but we were able to swim in the evening when it cooled down a little. I was very impressed by the pool area. They had towels and even sunblock out for everyone to use which I thought was a really nice touch. We’d like to come back in the fall or winter when it’s more lively. We didn’t use the fitness center but we took a look in there and it was really nice. The equipment was newer and very clean. The AC was blasting and they had water and towels. We enjoyed the restaurant several times and had amazing service. We had the same server each time and we were so glad because she was fun, friendly and very knowledgeable. If you visit you have to try the beef tenderloin, it was one of the best steaks I’ve ever had and it was cooked to perfection. They also have a great selection of wine and drinks which we thoroughly enjoyed. They have a nice bar with a comfortable lounge area with couches and tv’s. We had drinks there a couple of times, very cozy. We did room service just about every day so we did get a little bored with the food selection after awhile but I think if we were to visit later in the year there might be more choices. I noticed a lounge/cafe near the golf course that was closed, so I think there are more options during peak season when it’s not so hot and people can spend time by the pool or golfing. I was very impressed with how fast the room service was. Whenever we ordered the food seemed to arrive in less than 15 minutes. They have a really nice mini bar with a good variety of snacks and beverages in the room, we noticed that they never replenished ours but I spoke with the manager and it sounds like they would have replenished it if I called down and requested a refill. We wiped out our snacks the day we arrived so I wish I would have called down. They do offer in-room massages though so we took advantage of that. They couldn't do 2 at the same time due to the size of our room (we had a premium double queen) so we had to do them back-to-back, but it was nice that they had the service available. We did wish we had booked a larger room, especially since we were there 5 days. Our room wasn’t small but I think for us it would have been perfect for a shorter trip or maybe if our daughter was younger. Since we were staying 4 nights I really should have booked a suite. It was a well thought out space though was clearly updated. The decor was very swanky and stylish. When we checked in they asked if we wanted a pool view or a garden view, I let my daughter pick and s

Hotel was an excellent choice especially during the low season. It was not crowded which made our stay feel extra private. The pool was great and heated to the right temperature. Tim, Brett, Darci, Suzi were all fantastic servers at Rita's and the poolside service. Rooms were excellent size and the double vanity plus the mini kitchen area was a perk. Free laundry was a nice touch! The main resort fitness center is extremely small and more than 3 people in there makes it crowded. The Spa Fitness Center is amazing, however it would be nice if that opened up earlier than 9am for those who like to get up early and exercise before the day starts. The pool was fantastic but during a busy season it will seem very crowded, so it would be nice if there were additional pools throughout the property to choose from. The elite member breakfast was a continental buffet breakfast with the option of upgrading to a hot buffet for a very reasonable and nominal charge. It was spectacular and we left full every morning! Overall an excellent resort and glad we tried this as a new place instead of our regular Hyatt or Hilton resorts.

I’d like to start by stating that I stay at a Hilton property at least 3-4 times per month and this property doesn’t deserve being part of the Hilton family. I’m a Diamond member and I don’t consider myself better or worst than other people, but I do expect to receive value for what I pay for my stays. I would rather stay in a motel than on this property. I had to make a last minute reservation and picked this hotel because it was centric and close to the freeway. The pictures looked fine, but when we arrived the story was totally different. We saw **********s in the parking lot (that was a red flag), we parked and even though we didn’t feel safe we decided o walk in. On our way to the room we observed that there were a lot of people that did not look like tourists, they seem to be living there. They were people sitting on the balcony eating sunflower seeds, and throwing the remains on the floor. People were smoking on the balconies, and most of them were looking at us in a strange way. Once we entered the room, it did not look like the photos. It seemed dirty, there was mold in the toilet, trash under the sink and it smelled like tobacco smoke. The bed, even though it was made looked like if someone was there before. Then I read the reviews here. We did not feel safe! We contacted the Hilton Honnors customer service line to ask for help, they contacted the hotel management to ask if they could refund our money, so we could move to a diferent property, but they refused. The Hilton customer service rep (Will) was very helpful and booked us at a Hindi e Suites nearby and didn’t charge us for the stay. This property should not be branded Embassy Suites, it died there deserve being part of the brand. From their customer service to the property features, it’s definitely not a Hilton. If this would’ve been my first experience with the brand, I would’ve definitely would not stay at a Hilton! I’m glad I know better and understand that this is an exception to the rule. I would not recommend this property to anyone!

The staff at this hotel literally go out of their way to make our stay perfect. I’ve come with my teen kids, once with my adult daughters and grandchildren and lastly with my dear friend and every time has been the same! We go to enjoy the sunshine during the rainy time in Washington and lounge by the pool. Rooms are always clean, breakfast is yummy but especially in this day and age the customer service is what makes our trip so relaxing! From the front desk to the head of maintenance to the temp. Manager… I can’t say enough good.
