The room is very large, clean, well-equipped, the room supplies are very clean, the bed is wide and wide, next to a small supermarket, it is a Western food, it is simpler than the lieutenant, but full. Overall I am satisfied.

Hotel stay was good has a issue but was solved in a timely care manner. Would stay here again for the price room was clean breakfast was good nice clean eating area. Hotel staff was very nice and mindful of my issue and was fixed quickly

First cheap, second cheap, third is cheap

To start, we arrived at 2:30pm for check in. The place smelled like ****. There were not any staff at the desk and we waited for 30 min. We could not cancel due to a ”no refund by expedia”. We left to go get gas in our vehicle. I called back and a girl at the front desk who answered the phone was laughing and totally being unprofessional. I explained that we were there waiting for 30 and nobody came to the desk. She said ”Oh, it was lunch time.” When we returned to the hotel, there were now 4 girls at the desk and all acting like they were high or something. Went to our room on the 2nd floor and gagged with the smell in the hallway. It is a terrible place! The ”clean” bed smelled like cigarette smoke and I didn't dare lay my suitcase on the floor or walk barefoot. People! YOU DON'T WANT TO STAY HERE!!

High cost performance, good facilities, location near the airport, good surrounding environment, breakfast is very good, there is parking lot, the room is large, clean and tidy, service is very good,

The hotel itself is quite nice if you are fortunate to be there when it isn't overrun with totally unruly children. It is centrally located which is good as all the attractions in town are spread out in a circle. Overall, we were pleased upon arrival, but that opinion soon changed. Check-in was quick. We are spire elite priority club members and were given the first floor room we had requested ( a suite to boot ) and on the back side of the hotel away from the street noise, on the courtyard, right by the pool and by the laundry and ice. Very convenient. Unfortunately, the ice by our room was out of order and we had to go a long way, and it was a bit of a walk from the lobby and restaurant. There was a lot of pool noise in the living room area until bedtime, but at least we couldn't hear any noise in the bedroom. Hotel was a free for all for children. NO peace and quiet here which is what I had been looking forward to, to sit out in the courtyard and enjoy the weather. Unfortunately, that was impossible. When our children were young we received MANY compliments from strangers telling us that our children were the most well behaved they have ever come across. Exact opposite here. Was unable to use the pool or hot tub at all. I am handicapped and could have received benefit from the pool and hot tub both. Couldn't use either because all were full of UNRULY children who were even eating in the pool and hot tub. Couldn't even hardly get down the sidewalk to my room as children were running out in front of people, throwing balls everywhere, nearly hitting people and causing them to fall down. Parents, staff, no one did anything. Finally, on the last night of our stay, some peace and could sit out on a lounge in reasonable quiet. We did not hear any noise from adjacent rooms or from above. Suite was very spacious, had a comfortable living room area with computer desk and adequate luggage area in the bedroom. Had a kitchenette area, but unfortunately miserable one cup coffee machine which made making a pitcher of tea take hours. The sink was outside the bathroom and had adequate space for your toiletries, but didn't have a towel bar for hand towels or bright enough lighting to apply make-up. Big issue was that the hook was inside the bathroom door and desperately needed to be on the outside of the door so you could use it by the sink. Could not figure out how to set the clock in the room. Bed was comfortable. Internet connected quickly but was a little slow at times. Priority club members didn't nee to use password. First time I had encountered that, and not sure how the system knew. There was no maid service but if requested they delivered fresh towels to your room. We left the trash by the front door and they emptied that too. At beginning of our stay, they left plenty of towels and paper products. At end of stay, only left a couple of towels, so we had to go to the desk and all they had to give out were bathmats. Unfort

The room is quite big and clean, and the sound is too big. The sound of the air conditioner was huge, the room was very poorly sounded (the next door was able to hear everything), and the sound in the hallway was heard clearly. The house cleaning staff is also very rude. The undisturbed sign fell to the ground, and after violently knocking on the door, the door was directly pushed in, or it was early in the morning. However, parking is very convenient, and the commissary downstairs can also meet basic needs.

I originally wanted to stay at this hotel during the New Year holiday in the United States. I ate a bunch of Chinese restaurants in the next door. However, due to forced demolition, the Chinese restaurant was closed and there was no fun. The hotel itself is quite good, breakfast is the same as other hotels. On the 1st floor, there is a commissary, a printer, an ATM (which can identify UnionPay cards), and a swimming pool outside the house. Shuttle shuttle is estimated to call to pick up at the airport? I haven't been there because I took the Greyhound bus to Phoenix. The rest is not the airport at the terminal, but the Washington Street at the previous stop. I will get off the bus and walk straight. Personally, it is a huge loss to the Chinese restaurants and supermarkets in the cultural center next to them. But if you don't want to eat Chinese food, it's good.

Very good ～ The front desk attitude is very good. Close to the bus station, you can take the free bus line Earth to the central area and ASU, breakfast is also good, I like bacon 🥓 with potatoes 🥔

When I arrived the person at the front desk could not initially find my reservation even though I had checked in with the app. She stated that I was not in the system and that they were fully booked. I proceeded to show her my confirmation number and email, I also showed her my online banking where I had the charge pending on my account. She said well you are not in the system and looked at the other receptionist and said I'm going on break. The other lady made a call and was given instructions on how to pull it up and it was then resolved after waiting 20 mins. I went to my room which was dated but clean. The room was fairly cold and I wanted to take a shower I turned on the heat to alleviate the chill and the unit started to smoke and the smoke detector sounded. Afraid it would start a fire I turned the unit off and called the front desk because the smell of smoke was filling the room. The front desk said they would send the maintenance person shortly. The maintenance guy came and checked to make sure there was no fire but advised that I should not use the heat until they were able to have it checked in the morning, and since the hotel was fully booked there was nothing he could do at the time. I was disappointed, I had only gotten the room because my flight came in late and I was too tired to safely drive home, I slept in a smoky cold dingy room all night and despite my documented experience I did not receive one courtesy call or email apology not one opportunity to turn this experience around was ever made. SMH I will stay with Hilton from here on out.
