Great
GGuest UserThe room is spacious enough. The room was cleaned very well. The breakfast was good. The following are the shortcomings: First, the curtains cannot be drawn at all. Every time, the technician has to move a large ladder to manually close the curtains. Second, the shower head on the top of the bathroom has too little water and the temperature is too low. I dare not wash my hair for fear of catching a cold. Third, and the most important one! Don't stay in room 106! Less than one meter outside the window is the eaves on one side, blocking half of the view, and the eaves are wrapped in iron sheets. When it rains, the raindrops make a huge sound and it is impossible to fall asleep! I stayed for three nights and it rained for three nights... So when you come to Palermo during the rainy season at the end of the year and the beginning of the year, don't stay in room 106. When we placed the order, we asked for a high floor and a quiet room in advance, but the front desk guy gave us this room when we checked in. As a front desk, the professional requirement should be to know all kinds of rooms well; if we are allowed to stay in this room under the condition of understanding and the occupancy rate is not high, the motive can't help but make people suspicious.
SSaSaThe boss is very enthusiastic and there is no problem with English communication. The room is exactly the same as the picture. It is clean and clean. It provides a hot water bottle. Small snacks. The car service is very punctual. The small terrace can see the sea.
GGuest UserIt's great, very beautiful and tidy, but no one is at the front desk at night. Remember to contact us in advance about your arrival time and how to open the door. Everything else is good, nothing bad
WWENMINGThis is a great place to stay. Big room in a historical building. Coffee and snacks served in the communual area. Nice ensuite bathroom. super conveniently located 70m from central station.
GGuest UserVery pleasant hotel near the train station but without criminal elements. Good big room with minibar, we had a room with toilet room in the room. Good lingerie, comfortable bed, in the room there was a small balcony. In the morning, breakfast, cut. cheese, baking, tea/coffee, you can order and you will cook omlet, grills, in the hotel there is a very good kitchen corner with microwave, stove, teapot, coffee machine, you can take plates. cups. glasses. Free access all day tea/coffee, cakes.
For us there was one minus that there was no elevator in the house and it turns out that it is necessary to pull the baggage of 4 stairs and in the closet only two hangers for clothes.
Hotel recommends, inside very clean and stylish
GGuest UserThe hotel was not obvious for us - when we arrived, we drove around for about 10 minutes looking for a sign before parking on the wrong side of the road, and having to call for instructions. It was our fault, as the hotel tried contacting us earlier in the day but we did not have signal to take the call. Once we were instructed to the right place, it was super straightforward as Gianluca buzzed us in remotely, and upon verifying ID, let us into the unit and our bedroom. The lift in the building was super cool - for this experience alone I recommend staying in this hotel.
The room was charming. Our previous hotel was a suite so this felt a bit small, but it was homely all the same. The small downside was how warm it felt in the room. The air conditioning wouldn't work with the windows open, but it wasn't running very strong. At night, we preferred keeping the window open for some fresh air instead. The poster bed added a quaint and romantic feel to the room, and we were absolutely spoilt with a surprise of a bottle of Prosecco as a gift! Of course, the highlight of the whole place was the jacuzzi in the bathroom. As we both had to do some work and also were tired from a road trip, all of these little touches made the stay in this hotel incredibly luxurious for us. I really recommend this place for a romantic getaway or a honeymoon.
YYvonne12On the arrival day, the owner never sent me a message on how or where to check in. Luckily, i am smart enough to google and ask people on the building. Finally, I managed to find my way to the unit after hours of finding it. The lady owner didn't bother to apologise that they didn't send any message, but well, just one night, so i didn't bother it much.
GGuest UserExcellent for short stopover or holiday vacation place centralY located at TRAVELHUB CENTRALSTATION AND BUSSTATION. EASY TO LOCATE Sorounded by eateries and traditional restaurants or pizzeria Very friendly staff at closeby Montecarlo palace 24 hours reception no hassle check-in. DONT WASTE TIME AND REACH EVERY PAET OF PALERMO BY PUBLIC TRANSPORT in front of Central Train station 2 minutes away.. Even fanous MONDELLO BEACH YOU MUST HE LUCKY TO BE CONFIRMED A ROOM
XxiaotailangThis resort hotel is located at the foot of Palermo, about 30 minutes by train from the center of Palermo. All rooms have ocean views, but the room I stayed this time had small windows and I couldn't see the sea unless I went out to the balcony. The view from the balcony was good, especially the view of the dusk was great. You can use 628 buses from the bus stop in front of the hotel to the port town and the nearest station, but you can't use cash or credit cards, so you need to install the app and charge with credit cards.
