Pet Friendly Hotels in Lucca

We had a wonderful stay here. The location is perfect, right in the centre. The room was spacious, full of character, but had all you needed (air con, kettle, safe, fridge, hairdryer) The service was brilliant, so friendly and helpful. We had breakfast and mentioned we were vegan when we booked. She baked a vegan cake for breakfast, which was absolutely delicious! They also offered oat milk. Perfect stay!

La struttura è in una posizione ottima, facile da raggiungere parcheggiando appena fuori le mura e comodissima per girare a piedi la città. L’hotel è pulito e le camere ben arredate. Abbiamo anche usufruito gratuitamente delle bici dell’hotel per fare un giro tra le vie e sopra le mura della città. Il punto forte è alla reception, Alessandro è stato molto accogliente e intelligente nel darci consigli su come spendere il nostro weekend a Lucca, da cosa visitare a dove mangiare ci ha fatto scoprire posti e persone magnifiche.

We had a wonderful stay in Lucca! Monica was super kind and welcoming. The room was excellent, with a beautiful view of the Piazza dell’Anfiteatro. Comfortable bed, very good shower, and air conditioning that made the stay even better. The location couldn’t be more perfect. Tip for future guests: park your car at Parcheggio Mazzini (near Porta Santa Maria). Grazie Monica! 🌟

Great location - only steps to the city. Also was great in that it had parking available. Staff was very helpful and personable.

avevo prenotato questa struttura per un viaggio privato. la struttura è bellissima e centrale. purtroppo non ho potuto sfruttare il soggiorno perchè causa malattia non sono potuta partire. mi dispiace che la struttura abbia regole così ferree da non poter accettare in nessun modo una richiesta di rimborso/parziale rimborso/modifica di prenotazione per un motivo fra l'altro certificato. so di avere prenotato la struttura da sito terzo, ma l'hotel poteva comunque accettare di spostare la mia prenotazione ed ero disposta anche a pagare l'eventuale differenza di prezzo. il personale con cui ho avuto a che fare telefonicamente è stato comunque gentile, comprendo che un receptionist non può modificare le direttive dell'hotel, ma credo si sarebbe potuto fare di meglio. Apprezzo l'assistenza che ho avuto da trip.com, che almeno mi ha restituito una piccola cifra in trip coins. Ho comunque in programma di ri-prenotare in questa struttura perchè non voglio privarmi di questa esperienza di viaggio.

This place was surprisingly nice in a really cool town that wasn't really on my radar. It's a short distance to the sights and some really good restaurants. It was a little challenging to check-in since the street doesn't have parking and it's hard to find, but ring the bell or connect earlier with the owner and it'll be smooth I'm sure. The parking on site was nice because it's protected from the street, but like all of Europe, pricey. There is also a breakfast option, but didn't spend the money to find out the quality. Rooms are of a really good size, great air conditioner, and bed is comfortable.

Excellent small hotel with full charm and art works everywhere in the corridors. All very well of the basilic. Hanf is a little small but it's a good compromise given the location and price.

Abbiamo trovato la stanza in ordine e pulita con tutto il necessario per farsi la doccia e passare una notte tranquilla. La posizione é ottima se si vuole girare tra Lucca, Viareggio e Pisa dato che é vicina a tutte le direzioni
