Guest UserWe had a wonderful stay here. The location is perfect, right in the centre. The room was spacious, full of character, but had all you needed (air con, kettle, safe, fridge, hairdryer) The service was brilliant, so friendly and helpful. We had breakfast and mentioned we were vegan when we booked. She baked a vegan cake for breakfast, which was absolutely delicious! They also offered oat milk. Perfect stay!

La struttura è in una posizione ottima, facile da raggiungere parcheggiando appena fuori le mura e comodissima per girare a piedi la città. L’hotel è pulito e le camere ben arredate. Abbiamo anche usufruito gratuitamente delle bici dell’hotel per fare un giro tra le vie e sopra le mura della città. Il punto forte è alla reception, Alessandro è stato molto accogliente e intelligente nel darci consigli su come spendere il nostro weekend a Lucca, da cosa visitare a dove mangiare ci ha fatto scoprire posti e persone magnifiche.

We had a wonderful stay in Lucca! Monica was super kind and welcoming. The room was excellent, with a beautiful view of the Piazza dell’Anfiteatro. Comfortable bed, very good shower, and air conditioning that made the stay even better. The location couldn’t be more perfect.
Tip for future guests: park your car at Parcheggio Mazzini (near Porta Santa Maria).

Comfortable one night stay in centre of Lucca
Check in/check out a breeze
Plenty of bars/restaurants nearby
Communication prior was good
Towels, shower, bed all good quality
Free coffee available from machine 8am-10pm
Approx 10-15 minutes walk from train station
Would recommend for price for stay in Lucca

This place was surprisingly nice in a really cool town that wasn't really on my radar. It's a short distance to the sights and some really good restaurants. It was a little challenging to check-in since the street doesn't have parking and it's hard to find, but ring the bell or connect earlier with the owner and it'll be smooth I'm sure. The parking on site was nice because it's protected from the street, but like all of Europe, pricey. There is also a breakfast option, but didn't spend the money to find out the quality. Rooms are of a really good size, great air conditioner, and bed is comfortable.
