Casa-alloggio senza troppe pretese, il bagno in comune è un po' scomodo, ma se ci si soggiorna una notte o poco più ci si adatta. Molto vicino al centro di Lucca.
Cucina con possibilità di cucinare, farsi il caffè disponibile in capsule, disponibili anche merendine e succhi di frutta.
Nella camera è presente un ventilatore.
