Plaza Hotel Lucchesi

This is the first time in my life I've encountered such management. 1. The evening before departure, they ask you to pay the bill in advance, even leaving a note under your door urging you to go to the reception as soon as possible. 2. At check-out, they automatically add a tip to the invoice, and the guest has to explicitly ask for it to be removed. I travel very often, all over the world, and I've never seen such an operating procedure. Aside from that, the room was tiny and the value for money was definitely insufficient. Furthermore, they had assured us over the phone not to worry about the ZTL (Limited Traffic Zone) because they would take care of it. However, once we arrived, they informed us that we had crossed into the wrong ZTL. A truly absurd situation. Now all that's left is to wait for the potential fine.

The hotel's location is extremely convenient, very close to all the attractions.

The shower room design was truly outrageous. There was a half-glass door above the bathtub, so the showerhead water pressure couldn't be lower, but using the handheld showerhead next to it flooded the entire bathroom – a complete water disaster. And that wasn't the worst part; the shower water was all yellow and murky – absolutely horrible! Although they changed my room, I was still very unhappy! The next day, things got even worse. The elevator suddenly malfunctioned, shaking violently before stopping between the 2nd and 3rd floors. Although the intercom informed me it was under repair, being trapped in such a small space almost made me faint from the heat. The hotel offered no explanation, just two bottles of water – ugh! Also, while the rooftop restaurant had a nice view, I wouldn't recommend it; it wasn't good value for money.
