The boss gave us 6 breakfasts. The breakfast was made by the proprietress herself. There were milk, eggs, pancakes, fried dough sticks, pickles, although simple but affordable. The milk for breakfast is very delicious. The hotel owner is a simple Tibetan brother. It is very pleasant to communicate with us when we leave the store. A very pleasant stay experience, recommended to every guest who travels to Xiahe.

What a beautiful hotel! It is traditional ******* style, and the family who run the hotel are so friendly. They helped us with many things and told us about some events happening at the monastery. We were able to store our bicycles on the ground floor. The room was stunning and spotless. Great value too! Couldn't be a better location. I think this has been my favourite hotel of our whole trip. It was a very good stay. First of all, the location is excellent, just steps from Labrang Monastery, and the Labrang Scenic Area parking lot is right outside the hotel. The hotel owner was very attentive and provided detailed information about nearby travel routes. The room was very well-equipped, and I slept very well in a quiet environment. I will definitely stay at this hotel again next time.

The hotel is currently getting renovated so every room on our level was getting drilled and sawed and hammered. The room smelled very strongly of sewage. Upon arrival, there was a towel with dried blood/booger hanging in the bathroom. The bathroom didn't have soap so we had to use the shower gel to wash hands. Pros: The older reception lady spoke English. The location is next to the monastery.
