"It is next to the Daxia River and very close to Labrang Monastery. It takes more than ten minutes to walk. There is also a small electric car. The only drawback is that there is a water outage. The service is very good. They helped us prepare in advance and also helped to move the boxes."

GGuest UserThis homestay is simply a treasure homestay. It seems that it didn't take long to open, so the room was quite new, and I missed it. The boss service is very good and also sent yogurt. It is very close to Labrang Temple, next to a small river, the location is quite good, and parking is available at the door.

GGuest UserThe homestay is very recommended. The boss is a folk Tangka artist and a very religious practitioner. The room is very clean and has a faint cypress fragrance, and sleeps comfortably at night. The most important thing is to paint Tangka as a very good experience. In the morning, there was no car, the boss rode a motorcycle and sent us to the monastery.

CConnie_WanThe first homestay I stayed in during the trip to Gannan, the room was too much to expect, dry and clean, my husband couldn’t help reminding his daughter not to drag the suitcase on the ground as soon as he entered the room, the whole village should be a family-made homestay, and the meal was recommended by the boss. Relatives' homestay next door, The three big ones spent more than 100, and the beef and mutton and butter tea were very good. Breakfast is eight yuan per person, and it is just in time to go in before the traffic jam at Labrang Temple. It is perfect.

GGuest UserLet's put it this way, the Gannan Ring Line has just arrived halfway, and I don't want to leave the night of the stay. I want to continue to live here for three or five days.
The mountain spring water at the door. I have not got off the bus and have been stunned by the service, parking on behalf of the car, carrying luggage, a welcome song, a white Hada, and even a glass of artemisinin wine for the guests.
The dust all the way has dissipated at this moment, I even think it is a bit like a home in another country.
As soon as I entered the room, I was stunned by the scenery outside the window. This large floor-to-ceiling window included all my beautiful imaginations of Gannan.
I am very, very enthusiastic and thank you very much for my help in my trip. Tashi Delek.

TTracey’sBest hotel I’ve stayed in on my trip. The family made me feel so welcome. The room was very comfortable and quiet. Lots of hot water. Food was great. They gave me a bike to cycle to the grasslands and did my washing for free! Also dropped me at the bus station. So kind and lovely. And the owner speaks perfect English.

It is very quiet and has no interference. There is a stream at the door. In the morning, you can listen to the flowing water and see the starry sky at night. The room is clean and hygienic, the facilities are very new, the bathroom is spacious, the hot water is sufficient, there is a special Tibetan hot pot, there is a light meal in the morning, and the boss is hospitable. Location and Natural Beauty
The hotel is nestled on the edge of the Sangke Grassland, offering vast grassland scenery as soon as you step out the door. On our check-in day, the welcoming owner offered to take us for a walk by a nearby stream. Verdant grass lay beneath our feet, dotted with wildflowers, the stream gurgled, and in the distance, cattle and sheep strolled leisurely. It felt like stepping into an untouched natural landscape. This immersive experience, detached from the hustle and bustle of life, was one of the greatest surprises of the trip.
Service is in the Details
What touched us most was the owner's thoughtfulness. Due to our tight schedule the next day, we planned to depart at 7:30 AM. We had planned to skip breakfast, but the owner specifically inquired about our departure time the night before and prepared a hot breakfast the next morning. Bread, milk tea, and side dishes...the simple fare held the most simple warmth, making us feel like family on a cool morning. This selfless enthusiasm far exceeds expectations of ”hotel service.”

AAnonymous UserWe stayed three nights at Nirvana Resort in early July and loved our time there. Spectacular location, the grasslands are alive with flowers and birds, and everyone at Nirvana was kind and helpful. We had our own car (ideal if possible) and alongside visiting Labrang Monastery and walking in the nearby hills, we also enjoyed driving around the backroads into Qinghai and immersing ourselves in the landscape. At the end of each day it was perfect to climb the hill to the Sky Bar and drink a beer while watching the land grow dark.

WWuhouhongcha1668The rooms are well equipped and the room service and restaurant service are satisfactory. Two problems: First, the room temperature was too high, about 30 degrees, and there was no temperature control. I reported this to the hotel, and they said that the heating temperature in Xiahe is always that high and the hotel cannot control it. We opened the windows and drew the curtains, but didn't dare turn on the lights because there was a hotel across the street. We couldn't fall asleep in bed at all. It felt like we were in a scorching hot room with no ventilation or air conditioning. It was minus 14 degrees outside, but it was suffocatingly hot inside! We, an elder who was almost 70 years old, had to travel the next day, so we didn't sleep the whole night and just endured the scorching heat.
