The scenery was great and the sanitary facilities were also nice👍! A small incident happened on the way. As the local electric vehicles are well developed, after chasing the blue tears that night, when we were still 1.9 kilometers away from the homestay, the electric vehicle ran out of power. I had no choice but to contact Zhang Guanjia at 12 o'clock in the night. Zhang Guanjia was very responsible and found a car to find us on the deserted roundabout road. Sharing my experience at Sunrise East China Sea B&B Reasons for choosing: 1. Newly opened in 2024, with relatively new facilities. 2. Conveniently located within a 10-20 minute walk of Tianmeiao Beach. Highlights: - Brand new rooms, fully equipped with laundry and drying areas. - Excellent value for money, with affordable prices. - The hostess was friendly and welcoming, even offering a ride to the beach on her bicycle. Tips: The path leading to the B&B is the one in the last photo (near the small garbage station, flanked by wildflowers and grass). Mosquitoes are common in the evening, so please take precautions.

Just finished the pleasant trip to this sea view inn, my heart is full of nostalgia and aftertaste. The seafood food that can be served is fresh and delicious, rich in variety, and perfectly presents the unique charm of Pingtan. The inn is built on the sea, and each room can enjoy the invincible sea view, as if you are in a fairyland on earth. The hotel facilities are modern and complete, the room layout is very tasteful, and the details show human care. In particular, I would like to praise the service. Whether it is the booking, check-in or check-out process, the whole process is very warm. This stay experience exceeded my expectations and I really recommend it to all travelers.

Excellent services. They offer us an upgraded room as the air-condition in the room originally booked is malfunction. They help to bring the suitcases up/down the stairs, and recommended the place for lunch. The restaurant is a good selection and we went back for dinner ! Breakfast is freshly prepared, well presented and tasty😋. The downsides are bathroom towels are disposable and the bathroom partitions are opaque and doesn’t provide proper privacy 🫩

It was difficult because of the language barrier, but thank you for helping me in real time through WeChat. The accommodation with a view of the windmill was really nice, and it was spacious and comfortable, so I had a comfortable stay. The only regret was that the towels were disposable, which was a little inconvenient. It was a Chinese holiday, so there were a lot of people, and the traffic control was severe, so it was difficult, but if you avoid the national holiday, it seems like it will be a very leisurely trip. The beauty gave me a humanized tour route based on my itinerary 👍 and recommended a car rental shop (deliver the car directly to the B&B, the price is also cheap) , they were afraid that I would get sunburned and they lent me sun protection clothes before letting me go out (it saved my life😭otherwise I would have sunburned my hands in these three days, thank you very much🙏) All in all, a very satisfying stay experience, recommended ✔️🉑, I will stay here again next time I come to Pingtan🎉🎉🎉👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

It was a very satisfying experience. Although there was nothing to do as a result of Typhoon Shantol, the only activity was to climb to the top of the mountain observation deck with my parents, but we were almost blown away by the typhoon. But the B&B is really impeccable, the food is delicious, the rooms are great, and the service is beyond praise. If I have the chance to come to Pingtan again, I will undoubtedly choose his place first.

Stayed here for two nights during the Spring Festival and was very satisfied. First of all, the location is particularly good, you can see the big windmill, you can ride a few minutes to see the sunset, there are many net red coffee shops next to it. There are several restaurants downstairs, which is very convenient for eating. Second, clean and hygienic. I saw a sea view homestay before. When I passed by, I went to see it. The mountain and the roadside were full of garbage. Come back next summer, it will definitely be more beautiful.

This is the second time I stayed here with my baby. It is definitely the first choice for parent-child accommodation, the best in Guocai Village. The room is very spacious, the view from the terrace at the door is also amazing, the beach is right outside, you can go to the sea after the tide goes out, the homestay can also provide tools for going to the sea, and we also caught a lot of small crabs. The auntie at the homestay washed them for us and steamed them for us to eat. The auntie was also very enthusiastic and responsive. The breakfast was also very rich, with rice porridge, soy milk and egg pancakes. In short, I was very happy and will come again next time~

We brought our dog with us to Pingtan, and after a lot of research, we chose this pet-friendly guesthouse. It definitely didn't disappoint! The yard is spacious, and the owner is incredibly accommodating and kind to animals. The guesthouse itself is clean and tidy, and the common areas are well-maintained (with lots of beautiful flowers and plants too). Our room had great natural light and ventilation, and all the daily necessities were provided. We could walk to the beach, and taking our dog for a walk along the shore with friends in the evening was incredibly relaxing. It was a super comfortable island stay!
