"There were empty bottles in the room, and other people's belongings in the cabinet? I couldn't find towels or anything, probably because they were replaced at the last minute. The Chinese owner was very friendly and provided excellent service. It's a guesthouse, not a hotel. There was a shared restroom."

"這不是一個酒店，介於民宿和青年旅舍之間的一個選擇。房東自己運營這個房子，一樓是健身房，二樓是客房，有一個公共區域。位置確實很好，距離火車站很近，附近還有公交直接去島上。 我到的時間是中午12點。房子外面是有鐵欄桿的，剛好有一個人進入房子，幫我喊了房東。房東出來的時候很嚴肅地問我，你有沒有收到我的短訊！我以為是酒店入住短息，就拿出來給他看。但是他表現得很生氣，拿出一個軟件給我看，他發了一堆訊息。我説，我從來沒有收到這個訊息。他大概內容是想問我幾點入住，如果在2點前入住是要額外收費10歐的。我當時其實不太開心，但感覺他也很生氣。於是我就算了，告訴他我提前入住。他問我在哪裡定的酒店，我説在攜程。他説，所以你跟這個軟件沒關係？我説，是的。於是他緩了一下情緒，帶我上樓。非常認真跟我交代房子的每一個細節，附近的車站，最後還加我微信，讓我有事情找他。我當時有一種回到大學時候住學生宿舍的感覺。 房間衞生情況很好，看得出來房東可能有潔癖。被子很薄，但有暖氣。晚上開了暖氣是舒服的。窗户非常高，有可以調節的百葉窗，沒有窗簾。晚上有點亮。屋子裡沒有熱水壺，但是有咖啡機。洗漱用品都要自帶。有毛巾。房間空間非常大，我住的是雙人房，其他幾個是多人房間。 最後走的時候，房東還來特地跟我say goodbye, 幫我把東西拿下去。 就也是很奇妙的體驗吧"

"The hotel is refurbished considering all the old building architecture of the city. Room is clean, modern and decent size, but the bed board is torn and sadly, not repair. Staff is helpful and responsive whenever I WhatsApp them.  The way to the accommodation is interesting and feels like a maze, u will get use to it after awhile. Night time is abit dark along the way but there is auto light in the front porch.  Overall I enjoy the space & amenities like vanity kit they provide as compared to other hotels I stayed in other parts of Italy. And I personally prefer modern rooms instead of old looking ones."

"We arrived at the hotel on January 12th at 10:30 PM. The room was absolutely amazing and split over two levels. On the ground floor there was a bathroom and a separate shower. Everything was very beautiful, clean, and in perfect working condition. The shower did not leak at all, and there were no unpleasant smells. On the upper floor there was a bedroom with a large bed and an additional sofa. The room was equipped with a large Smart TV, a spacious wardrobe, a safe, and a hairdryer. We were also provided with two 0.5 L bottles of water. There was both a heater and air conditioning, and everything worked perfectly, so it was not cold at all. The location is excellent. It may look a bit confusing on the map at first, but we figured it out quickly. When you see the shop “Ca’ Macana Atelier”, turn immediately to the right. You will see an old public telephone, and between the buildings there is the hotel entrance (the hotel name is written on the door). All access codes worked without any problems. The interior of the hotel is very beautiful. The owner is a very kind and welcoming lady truly wonderful. She speaks English and cleans the rooms daily. If you prefer not to have your room cleaned, you can simply inform her or hang the sign on the door. The tourist tax is €3 per person per day. We absolutely loved everything. Out of all the places we have stayed in (priced between €20 and €60 per night), this hotel and room are without a doubt our number one favorite. Thank you so much. If we ever return to Venice, we will definitely stay here again. ❤️"

"It's about 3 to 5 minutes from the station. It was very accessible and comfortable. You have to climb a few flights of stairs to get to the front desk, but there is an elevator. I arrived a little early so I asked if I could leave my luggage there, and they showed me straight to my room. I was so happy. Thank you. My room had its own private bath and toilet right in front of it, so it was convenient, but it may be inconvenient for those who live further away. It is very well cleaned. I was happy that the gargle cups were individually wrapped. This is a hotel that makes me want to stay again."
