"There were empty bottles in the room, and other people's belongings in the cabinet? I couldn't find towels or anything, probably because they were replaced at the last minute. The Chinese owner was very friendly and provided excellent service. It's a guesthouse, not a hotel. There was a shared restroom."

"We are given a room which is a distance away from the reception - where there are no shelter, involved crossing a bridge and stairs. it was raining when we checked in - which results in great inconvenience. The place we were located at does not have lift and we are on the 2nd floor. Take note to those who wants to book this place w big luggages. Other than that, room itself was clean and decoration was nice and modern. Aircon does not appear to be working as we felt that there isn’t ventilation in the room when windows are closed (for safety reasons). Room comes w free Mini bar as there were no breakfast."

"The hotel is located near Mestre Station, one stop before Santa Lucia Station on the main island of Venice. It's a bit of a walk from the train station, but it's very conveniently located with a bus stop right in front of the hotel. The room was very clean and simple. It was a comfortable stay. Thank you."
