"Negativ: Leider gab es keinen Aufzug. Es gibt auch keine Rezeption für kleinere Anliegen. Der größte Minuspunkt ist, dass die Wände sehr hellhörig sind. Man hat deswegen sowohl andere Hotelgäste im Treppenhaus, als auch das Baby im Nachbarzimmer gehört (kein Vorwurf an die Familie, aber vielleicht kann hier noch baulich nachgeholfen werden). Durch den Schnitt des Zimmers kam seine Größe leider nicht ganz zur Geltung. Pluspunkte: Der Onlinecheck-In und die digitale Öffnung der Hoteltüre und der Zimmertür hat sehr gut funktioniert und war praktisch. Das Hotel ist sehr gut an den ÖPNV angebunden: Direkt vor dem Hotel gibt es eine Bushaltestelle. Der Bus bringt einen bis zum S-Bahnhof Blankenese. An der Elbe und im Treppenviertel kann man gut spazieren gehen."
