Did an amazing job with service and even helped us find a spot to eat for lunch. Everyone was super helpful and nice! Was very pleased with my visit and would definitely stay there again.

Disadvantages are: the room lighting is too dim, the heating is not hot at the beginning, it was freezing on the first day, and the hotel engineering staff came to fix it on the second day. The toilet is not very easy to use. Other things are OK. Service: The night we went, Luis and the white lady provided good service, especially Luis, who was considerate of the customers, and the African-American lady that night and the African-American lady the next morning provided particularly good service. The service of another waiter was average, sometimes not very friendly, and I hope it will improve. The hotel is about half an hour drive from San Francisco, the navigation is quite clear, and Gaode is good!

Everything was great until it came to check out, we had left a jacket behind there was a lady already cleaning our room and we tried getting it back but the front desk claims it’s not in the lost n found and the cleaning lady didn’t note it with our room number. So we know the cleaning lady stole it. Because she was in there when I had left it behind.
