This was my first time staying at a motel. The facilities were similar to those of budget hotels in China—clean and new. It had its own small yard, and parking was relatively safe. The only downside was that when I arrived at night, there was no one at the front desk; I had to press the disabled access bell to get someone to check me in. There's a commercial area across the street with supermarkets and restaurants, making dining convenient. The 17 Mile Golf Resort in town (which charges an entrance fee) has beautiful scenery and is well worth a visit.

I stayed in Monterey for two nights to watch whales. The hotel is very close to the port and it is very convenient to drive for ten minutes. However, I was very seasick when I went out to sea. I fell asleep as soon as I got back to the hotel. The breakfast the next day was quite rich, with fried rice

Guest UserThe hotel has a beautiful garden, a large parking lot, and a very nice pool. We happened to check in during an event, and the room we got wasn't great, but the hotel apologized for it. It's a 10-minute drive to the whale watching spot. Hotel prices in Monterey aren't cheap, and we had a comfortable Chinese meal at the pier.

We stayed in a cabin with a kitchen, very convenient, kitchen utensils are all available, suitable for cooking. The hotel looks new and brighter than the picture, and the design of the two bedrooms is super suitable for four people. The hotel is within walking distance to the safeway supermarket, and the huge supermarket is very good. Self-driving Highway 1, this hotel is suitable.

Guest UserEverything was good except the fact of someone pounding on my door at 1:00am then they took off! It was ridiculously unacceptable as they think it’s funny! Other then that, the view of the beach from our room was spectacular. Well worth the cost. Checking in/out was quick and easy.

Within walking distance of Morro Rock. The room we booked on the 3rd floor was very clean and tastefully furnished. Breakfast was ample and prepared and served by a very friendly and charming staff member (Shelbi). We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and would stay here again anytime.

This hotel is in a small town we passed through while driving along Highway 1. It's quite clean, and breakfast was just apples and energy bars. Overall, it offers good value for money. There's also a pool, but it was too cold to swim.

The room was quite spacious and came equipped with a coffee maker and a microwave. I was assigned a first-floor room, and an elevator is also available for convenience. Overall, it's a nice hotel. The only minor issue was when I went to make coffee, I found a used coffee pod from the previous guest still left in the machine.
