I like the hotel very much. This bed is the most comfortable one in the whole process, especially the bedding, which is soft and comfortable. A gorgeous hotel on Cannery Row. The room was super big and comfortable. Yes, it's an old hotel with history, but everything was clean, and it had the best bed I've slept in during my month in the US. You just don't want to get out of it! The bathroom is spacious, the room is large and comfortable, and sleeping with the window open is a pure delight. The only downside is the showerhead – it's a plague in hotels! It's fixed to the wall and has very weak water pressure, which is a disaster. It's impossible to shower without getting your hair wet if you don't have a shower cap. And the hairdryer! That's just a tragedy for a hotel of this caliber. The hairdryer was like my grandma's, so old and weak. I practically burned all my hair with it. I called reception and asked for another one, but they said all rooms only have that type of hairdryer. I told them it was a tragedy, that it takes an hour to dry your hair, and I don't know what century it's from. The views from the hotel are amazing, with panoramic windows, and the restaurant is one of the best in the city. The location is 🔝.

I stayed in Monterey for two nights to watch whales. The hotel is very close to the port and it is very convenient to drive for ten minutes. However, I was very seasick when I went out to sea. Monterey town is beautiful, there is no parking near the aquarium, 17miles is beautiful, and the coastline of camel town is stunning.
