I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express Houston Downtown and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is conveniently located near downtown attractions, restaurants, and highways, making it easy to get around the city. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which is essential in Houston’s weather. The staff were friendly and professional, always ready to help with directions or local recommendations. The front desk check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. Breakfast was a nice surprise — a good selection of both hot and cold items, including eggs, sausage, pancakes, and fresh fruit. The breakfast area was clean and well-stocked throughout the morning. Parking was easy and felt secure, and the property overall was quiet and safe, ideal for both business and leisure travelers.
