GGuest UserThe hotel was very clean. The only issue is the bedrooms were a little small and there is no house keeping every day. So you will have to make up your bed and take out your own trash. House keeping on 2nd or 3rd day of stay so basically when you check out. Th e food was outstanding and they have many selections for all types of eaters. I just wished they had actual creamers not syrups. Either way I will be staying there again if going that route in our vacation again. Front desk are very nice and helpful. The pool was very clean and jacuzzi was very nice also. Over all a great hotel stay.

LLEIThe rooms are very large and clean. The pool is divided into adults and children. The children must go to the children's pool every day. There is a great beer house restaurant at the entrance of the hotel. You can solve the problem by visiting Legoland. Outlet is less than 5 minutes drive from the hotel, recommend the Grand Pacific Hotel to Legoland, walk no more than 10 minutes

The Jacuzzi unfortunately, was not heating properly when we were there, so was not able to enjoy.
The pool is in the front of the Resort next to a very popular restaurant. It’s not very quiet and not relaxing to set at.  they have a beautiful green lawn that overlooks the ocean with lots of lounging chairs that is decently, quiet and relaxing.
The elevator is slow and old, and I preferred to use the stairs.
 the king size bed was very comfortable to sleep in.
We enjoyed having a little kitchen that we were able to keep leftover food in and reheat .

GGANGThe location is good, the price is good, and the room has a microwave. Opposite the hotel is the beach, with very good sea views. Please note that there is a parking fee. Very close to the outlet. The outlets have Panda fast food, you can buy fried noodles back in the microwave. Hotel management needs to be strengthened. RRUIThe front desk service was huge. We arrived at the hotel at around 12 o'clock in the evening. We had a long-distance drive all day. We thought that the sheraton service could not be bad. I knew that the front desk was a fat white man. When I checked in, I kept rolling my eyes all the time. When I applied for membership, I was too sleepy and didn't respond. I asked a question. The front desk immediately replied, ”I am very busy today, don't ask me to see it yourself.” At that time, I thought it might be too late. The front desk had emotions, and it was true that in April, it was obvious that the trash was a hostile phenomenon. After the completion of the process, I did not tell me how to find the room, just an understatement, ”Go through the door.” As a result, there was only 3 floors in the back of the lobby, and our room number was 50. I asked him back. He confirmed that he was on the 5th floor. He immediately left the lobby and told him not to look back. In desperation, I had to bite the scalp on the third floor. Fortunately, I met a couple of black couples who went downstairs to buy wine in the middle of the night. They were very friendly and said that they also found a room for a long time during the day.
