Excellent hotel in a wonderful location. Lovely people at the reception. Large room, spacious bathroom, and a balcony view of a clean pool. This is a place the owners clearly love and maintain. Everything is spotless. Good breakfasts 👍🏻. We even flew in a hot air balloon over the travertines. We didn't want to leave. The clean mountain air, cool mornings and evenings, the chirping of birds, and the hooting of owls – pure delight. I wish this home-hotel continued prosperity!

I recently stayed at a hotel and had a very positive experience. The room was clean and tidy, with all amenities in good working order. The best choice for Pamukkale. As a Hilton Diamond member, I have very strict hotel standards, but this hotel is the best. It's very close to Pamukkale, and the owner is incredibly friendly. The pool is well-maintained, and the Kachwald breakfast was excellent. I was also worried about the tire warning light on my rental car, but they helped me resolve the issue. Thank you. I'll definitely choose this hotel again!

This is a family-run hotel, and the owner is incredibly kind. When we arrived around noon, the owner offered us tea, and orange juice for the kids. Upon learning we were visiting Hierapolis, he kindly offered to drive us to the north entrance of the site, allowing us to walk downhill through the ruins instead of climbing up from the base. We were truly grateful for his thoughtfulness. That evening, after returning from the site, we had dinner at the hotel's restaurant. The owner's wife cooked authentic local dishes, and they were delicious. The room was a bit small, but it had one double bed and three single beds. Since we were only staying for one night, it wasn't a major issue.

The environment is great. From the outside, it looks like the countryside, but once you arrive at the hotel, it's a pleasant surprise. The soundproofing is just okay; you can hear chickens, ducks, and turkeys. I thought about it for a while, but I still gave the service 5 stars because the chef in the kitchen was just too good. The half-star I almost deducted was for the shuttle service to Pamukkale, which drops you off but doesn't pick you up – that was a real bummer. Finally, I have to especially praise the hotel's breakfast; it was incredibly rich and plentiful.

Before coming to Pamukkale, a lot of people said to me that this is just a small town, stay here one day is enough. But I still be here for 4 days 3 nights 🥰. Luckily, I chose a perfect hotel to stay : friendly receptionist, nice people around, perfect location, clean room, colorful breakfast🥰🥰🥰.

didn’t know I had booked for 1 adult but had 2 of us. The room could fit 4 people, but the guy still insisted on charging extra for the one person So if one person can pay $90 for a room that can fit 4 people, then for 2 people I must top up additional $50? Doesn’t make sense. Anyway the thermal pools are dirty, yellowish, you can feel the sand at the bottom. The handlebar to the steps are broken. Maybe I am comparing with my experience in Japan so this definitely doesn’t match up.

Friends at the reception are quite kind and professional. They upgraded us to our 3 adult accommodation and provided us with free transfer from standard room to delux room. The hotel rooms are quite big. I suggest not to stay in the rooms on the side of the pool, which is a bit noisy. There are outdoor swimming pools, indoor swimming pools, and hot spring pools. You need to wear a swimming cap in the hot spring pool (please note this). The most convenient thing is that they provide dinner, but there are too many groups. Everything else is good.
