It's a very ordinary holiday home-style guesthouse, but it has a very warm and friendly owner who speaks excellent English. He'll answer any questions you may have.

The hotel host is very kind and friendly. He offered us a room with great view which we can see the travertines of Pamukkale. The room is clean and big, with living room, kitchen, bedroom and toilet. The host assisted us many times during our trip. He helped us to book our hot balloon trip with a price cheaper than online pre-booking. He also drove us to the bank ATM when we need cash and helped us to call local taxi. I highly recommend this hotel.

Newly built hotel with a pool. The pool is actually great as it is so hot during the day. Rooms were spacious and clean, as advertised. Linen and towels were also clean and new. The breakfast was delicious and the hotel is close to the main tourist sites. Would definitely book again if I stayed in Pamukkale. Suggest starting at South Gate first (300 lira taxi from the hotel) as it is easier to walk down the travertines rather than up. Go as early as possible as it gets very hot during the day and can make it difficult to see everything on foot, especially for an older person, otherwise pay for the buggy and they will drive you around.

I arrived earlier than the official check-in time, but the hotel owner was very flexible and kindly allowed me to check in early as soon as the previous guest checked out. He even gave me a discount on lunch, which I really appreciated. The owner was extremely thoughtful and welcoming throughout my stay. He even offered to drive me to Pamukkale Travertenleri and often asked where I wanted to go so he could help or arrange support whenever his schedule allowed. His kindness and hospitality made me feel genuinely cared for, and it was one of the best parts of my experience in Aspawa hotel.

This is a pretty big hotel, and there were a lot of Chinese guests. To my surprise, they even had Chinese food on the menu! The front desk service was excellent. They helped me book a birthday cake for my son. The hot air balloon activity they recommended, which I booked a day in advance, also went ahead as planned. The staff member was great; they were worried I'd be concerned about paying for the hot air balloon in advance and not getting a refund if it didn't happen, so they gave me a receipt and a guarantee for a refund. Really fantastic front desk staff! 👍

Before coming to Pamukkale, a lot of people said to me that this is just a small town, stay here one day is enough. But I still be here for 4 days 3 nights 🥰. Luckily, I chose a perfect hotel to stay : friendly receptionist, nice people around, perfect location, clean room, colorful breakfast🥰🥰🥰.

didn’t know I had booked for 1 adult but had 2 of us. The room could fit 4 people, but the guy still insisted on charging extra for the one person So if one person can pay $90 for a room that can fit 4 people, then for 2 people I must top up additional $50? Doesn’t make sense. Anyway the thermal pools are dirty, yellowish, you can feel the sand at the bottom. The handlebar to the steps are broken. Maybe I am comparing with my experience in Japan so this definitely doesn’t match up.

Firstly, he has been a manager in the tourism sector for years and has travelled a number of thermal hotels. The renovated general areas of the hotel have to be cleaned and maintained and the pool staff have to be provided with the spa lobby, restaurant hamam sauna, but the thermals have to be all-purpose. The restaurant service is quite wide and you will certainly find something that suits your enjoyment. The negative aspects are the free of tea coffee water, including dining hours. Friends at the reception are quite kind and professional. They upgraded us to our 3 adult accommodation and provided us with free transfer from standard room to delux room. The Özbay hotel is perfectly fine for a stay in Pamukkale. It was a good value room for the price. Conveniently located near the Travertines and several restaurants. Linens are clean and beds are comfy. Unfortunately, our heater wasn’t working and the room was cold. We asked staff to take a look at the heater, but they only gave us the option to move rooms. We had already unpacked, so we didn’t want to move. But even the next day the staff didn’t try to fix it. The front desk team also didn’t seem to know anything about prices for the travertines, nor have a recommended plan for visiting Hieropolis, nor have any info about returning to the airport besides ordering a private car. All this information is available from other sources in town, but it would have been nice if our hotel could have provided some information.

This is the most cost-effective hotel for traveling in Turkey these days. The hotel includes breakfast and dinner, and the meals are very rich, especially the Turkish kebab and flying pancakes. The hotel also has a real hot spring for free, which is great. The hotel is only a 15-minute drive from the Pamukkale scenic area. If you get up early in the morning, you can see the nearby hot air balloons from the window sill.
