Excellent hotel in a wonderful location. Lovely people at the reception. Large room, spacious bathroom, and a balcony view of a clean pool. This is a place the owners clearly love and maintain. Everything is spotless. Good breakfasts 👍🏻. We even flew in a hot air balloon over the travertines. We didn't want to leave. The clean mountain air, cool mornings and evenings, the chirping of birds, and the hooting of owls – pure delight. I wish this home-hotel continued prosperity!

The breakfast and dinner were incredibly bad, to the point where I didn't even want to look at them. However, the manager really made up for it! From the moment we checked in with the hot air balloon transfer to Pamukkale and then a taxi to check out, the manager's service was impeccable, even taking us to the roadside for our minibus. The manager's service was truly thoughtful.

The best choice for Pamukkale. As a Hilton Diamond member, I have very strict hotel standards, but this hotel is the best. It's very close to Pamukkale, and the owner is incredibly friendly. The pool is well-maintained, and the Kachwald breakfast was excellent. I was also worried about the tire warning light on my rental car, but they helped me resolve the issue. Thank you. I'll definitely choose this hotel again!

The hotel is clean and tidy. The lobby and restaurant are decorated with modern walls and wooden frame glass doors, which are quite beautiful. The staff are polite, friendly and service-minded. The room also has a small balcony, which makes it very bright. The downside is that there is no elevator, but the staff helped with the luggage when I checked in. When I checked out, I moved by myself, but since I was a boy and had to go downstairs, I didn't find it too troublesome. The breakfast is not very rich, but worth the price.

The host of this hotel is good. He is sleeping in the counter at midnight. But whenever you need help at 3am, he will give you a helping hand. He is 100/100! Location is a bit far to the city center when comparing to other hotels. But given for this price, I think it’s very good. There is no cover for the bathing area, so water flash out when showering.

The restaurant service is quite wide and you will certainly find something that suits your enjoyment. The negative aspects are the free of tea coffee water, including dining hours. Friends at the reception are quite kind and professional. They upgraded us to our 3 adult accommodation and provided us with free transfer from standard room to delux room. The hotel rooms are quite big. I suggest not to stay in the rooms on the side of the pool, which is a bit noisy. There are outdoor swimming pools, indoor swimming pools, and hot spring pools. You need to wear a swimming cap in the hot spring pool (please note this). The most convenient thing is that they provide dinner, but there are too many groups. Everything else is good.

My wife, our one-year-old, and I were headed to Pamukkale, but we heard the thermal springs there weren't very hot, so we were recommended this place instead. The hotel has its own thermal spring right in the center, and the surroundings are wonderfully peaceful and quiet. There's a clean swimming pool and various types of baths. The buffet restaurant at dinner surprised us with some delicious fish. All in all, we were really happy with the value for money.
