The hotel host is very kind and friendly. He offered us a room with great view which we can see the travertines of Pamukkale. The room is clean and big, with living room, kitchen, bedroom and toilet. The host assisted us many times during our trip. He helped us to book our hot balloon trip with a price cheaper than online pre-booking. He also drove us to the bank ATM when we need cash and helped us to call local taxi. I highly recommend this hotel.

I had a good impression of the hotel. The staff were very pleasant. There's a coffee machine, and coffee and tea are available all the time. It's close to the travertine terraces and the park with the pond. The location is excellent. You can park your car in front of the hotel. The Wi-Fi is good. The downsides are that the room is small with minimal furniture: just a bed and two nightstands.

Newly built hotel with a pool. The pool is actually great as it is so hot during the day. Rooms were spacious and clean, as advertised. Linen and towels were also clean and new. The breakfast was delicious and the hotel is close to the main tourist sites. Would definitely book again if I stayed in Pamukkale. Suggest starting at South Gate first (300 lira taxi from the hotel) as it is easier to walk down the travertines rather than up. Go as early as possible as it gets very hot during the day and can make it difficult to see everything on foot, especially for an older person, otherwise pay for the buggy and they will drive you around.

A very pleasant, fresh aparthotel in Pamukkale. A magnificent, huge room, beautifully renovated. Comfortable beds, chairs, and a sofa. The windows offer panoramic views of the travertines, and early in the morning, we were even lucky enough to see hot air balloons flying nearby – simply amazing! Breakfast is traditional Turkish, delicious, and filling. And I'd also like to especially mention the wonderful, responsive host – he helped us with everything, offered advice, and was overall extremely welcoming.

I arrived earlier than the official check-in time, but the hotel owner was very flexible and kindly allowed me to check in early as soon as the previous guest checked out. He even gave me a discount on lunch, which I really appreciated. The owner was extremely thoughtful and welcoming throughout my stay. He even offered to drive me to Pamukkale Travertenleri and often asked where I wanted to go so he could help or arrange support whenever his schedule allowed. His kindness and hospitality made me feel genuinely cared for, and it was one of the best parts of my experience in Aspawa hotel.

This is the most cost-effective hotel for traveling in Turkey these days. The hotel includes breakfast and dinner, and the meals are very rich, especially the Turkish kebab and flying pancakes. The hotel also has a real hot spring for free, which is great. The hotel is only a 15-minute drive from the Pamukkale scenic area. If you get up early in the morning, you can see the nearby hot air balloons from the window sill.

The renovated general areas of the hotel have to be cleaned and maintained and the pool staff have to be provided with the spa lobby, restaurant hamam sauna, but the thermals have to be all-purpose. Friends at the reception are quite kind and professional. They upgraded us to our 3 adult accommodation and provided us with free transfer from standard room to delux room. Would you like my honest opinion? My first negative impression was upon checking in at the front desk. The manager was very surprised that we had arrived with our pet, a 3 kg Yorkshire Terrier. He spent a long time on the phone and was very unhappy when he was told over the phone that we could check in with our pet. However, both the hotel's website and trip.com state that pets are allowed! I specifically chose this hotel! I don't understand how the receptionist could be unaware of such important information and make guests worry. (After all, if he hadn't allowed us to check in, we would have had to find a new hotel immediately!) Second, we booked twin rooms—that means there should be a door between the rooms, not two standard rooms next to each other! Third, I can say about the food—it's available, it's safe, and it's delicious—but that's debatable. For breakfast, you can have an omelet or scrambled eggs prepared by a sous-vide. Fourth, I was surprised by the tea in the lobby, where a sign in three languages ​​stated that tea was paid for, but no one paid for it—what's the point of that sign?! The beds are quite comfortable, but the mattress is a bit hard for my taste, and the beds are narrow. We were given attic rooms, and at 173 cm tall, I kept brushing the ceiling when approaching the bed. I also arrived in a Tesla, which also influenced my choice of hotel. As a result, there was only one very slow charger, and there was a queue for it. I ended up charging at a neighboring hotel, which has four fast chargers and two slow ones. Overall, it's bearable for two days, but for me, five stars is too much for this hotel; four stars is the maximum. And there's practically no parking at the hotel; all cars park on the street in front of the hotel.

My wife, our one-year-old, and I were headed to Pamukkale, but we heard the thermal springs there weren't very hot, so we were recommended this place instead. The hotel has its own thermal spring right in the center, and the surroundings are wonderfully peaceful and quiet. There's a clean swimming pool and various types of baths. The buffet restaurant at dinner surprised us with some delicious fish. All in all, we were really happy with the value for money.
