The hotel seems new or at least recently renovated. My room was really lovely and very clean. The 24/7 pool is, in my opinion, a remarkable amenity. The location is truly perfect for exploring the Pamukkale site (just a few minutes' walk). Breakfast is served at the table and is plentiful and varied (the photo I'm adding below is missing the eggs, the Turkish flatbread with spinach and cheese and all drinks, especially hot çay). But the real highlight of the hotel is the staff—everyone was truly kind. In particular, Büsra, the girl at reception, answered all my questions impeccably the morning before my visit to the site, and in the afternoon she let me recharge my phone and enjoy the pool a bit longer even though my stay at the hotel had already ended. I also recommend it to families with children because, as in addition to the pool, they can pet the kittens roaming around it (during this period, there was even a little kitten) P.S. During my stay, there was just a small issue with the Wi-Fi in the room. I notified the owners, and they said they would try to fix it soon

It's too far from the ruins of Troy, there's no village in front and no shop behind, and you can't even finish your meal after three bowls! There is no public transportation, and taxis need to be called from shops in the city. It is very expensive to go anywhere, 600 lira! If you have a car, it doesn’t matter! You can live downtown and take the bus to Troy and the return bus! The hotel environment is simple and average! If you want to see the sea at your doorstep, go to the Canakkale Beach Hotel, it’s more beautiful!

The room was generally OK, the bathroom facilities were average, and the shower was not very convenient. The hotel is fully equipped with a garden courtyard, a Turkish bathroom on the first floor, and each room is equipped with a private hot spring. The hotel is run by a family of three. Osman and his parents received me very warmly. On the second day of my stay, Osman personally drove me to the north gate of Pamukkale. The breakfast was cooked by Osman's mother and was delicious. I will choose to stay at this hotel next time I come to Pamukkale. Very satisfied stay experience.

This is the most cost-effective hotel for traveling in Turkey these days. The hotel includes breakfast and dinner, and the meals are very rich, especially the Turkish kebab and flying pancakes. If I said China, they demanded I buy a swimming cap for 100 lira, otherwise they wouldn't let me in. But I saw many foreigners weren't wearing swimming caps. It was strange; it was discriminatory treatment.
