Fresh, generous, and lovingly put together every morning. The authentic traditional Turkish tea served at the table was a true delight, and the simit — that gorgeous sesame-crusted bread — became my personal favourite way to start the day. What truly elevates Lugga above other hotels is the people. This is a family-run hotel, and you feel it in every interaction. The warmth here isn’t rehearsed — it’s genuine. The hand-made Turkish coffee offered at reception was an unexpectedly lovely touch, the kind of small gesture that stays with you long after you’ve checked out. The check-in process was smooth and the reception staff were very professional and well-organized 👌. The cleanliness in the corridors was excellent ✨. We had originally booked a garden-view villa with a pool, but the staff kindly upgraded us to a larger and more beautiful sea-view villa 🌊, with a very generous discount 💰 — definitely a great gesture that deserves recognition. When we arrived at the villa, everything was beyond expectations: absolute peace and quiet 🕊️, comfort 😌, cleanliness ✨, and a stunning view 🌴. The overall atmosphere was luxurious and dreamy 🌟. Some constructive notes: • The food prices felt too high 🍽️, especially considering such bookings should ideally include more meals like other luxury resorts. • The resort was extremely quiet 😴 — while that’s relaxing, it would be great to add some fun activities or light entertainment 🎶 to make the experience more complete. Overall, it was a truly luxurious stay, with friendly staff and an unforgettable atmosphere. Highly recommended 🌟.

In terms of atmosphere, this is probably the best budget hotel in Turkey. Both the room itself and the courtyard were full of interesting details that transformed this ordinary hotel into a magical place. As you step through the orange gates with the hotel's name written on them, you see the walls decorated with flowers, birds, and trees. Vases with plants and various figurines of animals, birds, and gnomes are scattered throughout. Lamps hanging from the columns create a cozy atmosphere in the evening. It's really lovely to sit in the courtyard in the evening, especially since there's a sofa with pillows at the end. You can also always enjoy a cup of tea (there's a variety to choose from) and coffee. The room has many charming details. The walls are also decorated with stickers of birds and plants, and the curtains are in the same style. We had a painting of an exotic bird, a mirror in a wooden frame, and a wooden cabinet with colorful hangers inside. There was a potted artificial plant in the bathroom. Many of the handles and surfaces had floral designs. Amenities included two bottles of water, two alcohol wipes, a tabletop sign listing all the TV channels and reminders for breakfast and checkout, clean linens, towels, and toiletries (soap, shampoo, conditioner, and cotton swabs). They only provided one pair of slippers, but that's not a big deal. The air conditioning worked properly, and there was a refrigerator, but we didn't need it. Unfortunately, the bathroom had very weak water pressure and the temperature was difficult to regulate. We stayed only one night, so we never brought this issue to the attention of the staff. I'm not sure if this applies only to the second room or to all the others. We didn't find the room's location ideal, as it was on the first floor and the window overlooked the reception area. We'd prefer to have a nice view from the window rather than be blocked by curtains, but the hotel is small, and only half the rooms are on the second floor. They try to make the most of the small space. The price included a buffet breakfast. They offered a wide variety: French fries, omelets, boiled eggs, sausage, cheese, vegetables (tomatoes, cucumbers, and avocado), olives, various jams, rolls, spinach, watermelon, and grapes. There were also various cereals with milk and a variety of single-use bakery toppings (cheese, jam, Nutella, etc.). When we arrived, everything was neatly covered, either with lids or cling film. It was a pleasure to have breakfast in such a place. The hotel is in a great location, close to the beach and the main streets of Bodrum. Overall, a unique hotel with a unique atmosphere.

Reception is attentive and client oriented. Paid upgrade to Garden view (to get king bed instead of twin bed) was not worth it. Breakfast very good and restaurant Attiko top notch. Although tried to reserve Folie Beach sunbeds in advance, got as hotel guest only on a waiting list. Quiet embarrassing. Hotel’s own beach sunbeds are not so comfy and too close to Holiday Inn’s beach.

I had the most amazing stay at the hotel. I was welcomed by a very kind gentleman who made sure that I was satisfied with my room and arranged my transportation to locations I wanted to go too. The hotel is very clean with amazing views of the Yalikavak Town. Very close to ocean front restaurants and also the Marina. I can’t recommend this place enough. Not to mention the breakfast which was included, absolutely amazing. I’m so grateful to the stuff, they were amazing and I’m coming back soon!

The hotel is a bit tired. We stayed in an apartment, which was quite large and had everything we needed. We could request dishwasher and washing machine supplies at reception, where the lady working there was very nice—a special thank you! But the furniture, plumbing, and spa area are in serious need of renovation. The breakfasts were okay, but nothing special. The location was important to us; there's probably no better hotel nearby. The spa area has a warm pool, which is nice in November because all the other open ones are either very cold or closed. We drove, and there's underground parking. The hotel is okay, but for the money, we've had better in Turkey. Perhaps after the renovations, it will be better, but we're unlikely to return if we ever return to Bodrum.

Hotel is cute and clean, location is good as well. I was not given the room i was confirmed to ( sea view) which set my relationship with the hotel management and Bodrum in general, maybe i am overreacting but after more than 7 hours travel i was expecting a welcome smile, a help with my stuff and the room I booked ( topical expectations from any hotel) none of this happened and i was given 0 directions as the management don’t speak English. With my disappointment with the room i just avoided communicating or asking about anything so my stay was like living with your parents because they provide a shelter but not getting along with them 😅. Was really sad to discover when I checked out that they do have coffee and tea to be served in the garden 🥲 Room is ok with balcony for the back side ( which was not what i booked) but other room had window on same balcony which was a bit not comfortable because sitting on my balcony will make them have the window and curtains closed (maybe not and maybe they don’t care but was not ok for me) Room have no refrigerator or boiler ( which i knew when I booked) and the toiletries mentioned as available are a liquid soap sane as the one on the sink. Again, with all that mentioned, hotel is not bad, and recommended for short stay if you don’t care about the above missings, and maybe management are nice but unfortunately I didn’t have the chance to see that. for the price they are charging, i think they need a lot of enhancements. Personally, I won’t go back there as my experience was not the best.

I would recommend 1000000☀️❤️, i love breakfast, there are many options, staffs are very friendly, swimming pool and view are amazing. Actually i have never seen clean hotel like this ❤️ and i just walked to beach for 15 minutes and city centre is near too.

The hotel grounds are very large and beautiful, and that's about it! We only stayed for one day, so it was long enough not to extend our stay! The staff at reception and in the panoramic restaurant were very friendly, but the same can't be said for the guys at the pool bar. We arrived with our child, stopped in for a snack at the snack bar, ordered, waited 40 minutes, and ended up getting nothing! What kind of ”all-inclusive” package are you talking about?! Little things like these left a negative impression of the hotel!

To be honest, the stay was okay, given the lack of complete cleanliness, whether in the room floor, bed linen, or bathroom sink. There was a very small, old-fashioned screen, and the air conditioner in the room was weak and had to be left on for a while to cool down. In addition, the main food items offered in the restaurant were limited to only two main dishes, and frankly, they were not of the expected quality. Also, the cleanliness of the eating utensils, knives, forks, and plates was very poor, showing signs of fading and rust. There was only one cleaning lady working alone to clean the rooms, which delayed her arrival to the neighboring rooms and prolonged the guests' wait. The situation was truly disgusting. However, the only positive thing was the kind way the hotel staff treated me.
